Horrible staff! They tell filthy stories to each other out loud in front of everyone! They must really hate their jobs to be so disregarding of customers. They treat you like a criminal when you report a problem with a purchase. If it was possible I would give them a -5 stars as a rating! Made a decision to NEVER return to this particular store and to tell as many people in my circle to do likewise.

Store was a disaster, literally boxes and even piles of items blocking a couple aisles. I will say the items that were actually unpacked and put away were petty neat.

I frequently shop at this store but today they allowed people in without face masks and customers were ignoring the 6ft apart tape on the floor. We are still in the Covid-19 pandemic and must follow city orders. Keep your distance, stay healthy!

I get some good deals here, but the customer service is HORRIBLE, and not just this one I have tried different ones in my area and one is worst then the other. Corporate you need to give your employees a course on what good customer service is!!!

This store has failed to open in a timely manner two weeks in a row. Today I sat there 15 minutes and the doors still were not open.

I had a good shopping experience. The male cashier and female coworker need to stop talking on their phones while working.

The store is very disorganized. The isles are full of debris and crash potential objects. A customer can easily slip and fall or bump into stuff. The prices although it says one thing on the labeling when you approach the register it may be more. One employee was just on her phone arguing with what seem to to be her man while the other one was connecting her phone to a Bluetooth device and singing loudly and slow grinding lol. I gave two stars because I love family dollar regardless. This one doesnt have much selections and their stuff is outdated however, the other ones I visited like one at the corner of sunset strip and university is excellent.
