If you are having any IT issues James is your guy. I appreciate that James is honest, caring, his prices are reasonable, and he’s thorough and gets the job done. I had several people look at my laptop before getting it to James and the diagnostics I received were not good, it was either that my computer was not repairable or the cost of repairs would cost me a brand new laptop. On top of that the damaged done to my computer in the diagnostic process was quite upsetting. When my laptop finally got in the hands of James, not only did he figure out and fixed the issue in less than 24 hours, but I left there spending a fraction of the price his competitors were charging me and he was able to recover all of my files and I was good to go before making it back to my house which was literally about a 45 minute drive.
