I would give zero if I could. I waited in line at the drive thru for my Rx. I was told its too big to fit the tube, I asked if I could wait in the covid testing lane. I was told yes. I waited in that line. When I got to the window the youngman REFUSED to give me my Rx. There are 100+ people in the store waiting for vaccines. I have now been exposed for NO REASON! DO BETTER

I shopped at this CVS tonight. Visha displayed some of the best customer service skills Ive ever seen. She got me my prescription on time, I paid, and then I had a questions regarding my prescription. I asked her although the purchase was complete. Smiling and without hesitating, she answered all my questions which helped me a lot. Visha also courteously helped another pushy customer who could not wait until she was done helping me. She also graciously apologized to me for the wait. Thank you, visha. Ill remember your kind and professional demeanor.

Went to get the COVID Vaccine. There was no one waiting there to get one. We asked if there was anyone there to give the vaccine. We were asked if we had an appointment. We said no. They told us we needed an appointment. As we were leaving we noticed a sign stating that for COVID vaccines, walk-ins were welcomed. So much for that.Went to Walgreens. They have us the vaccine without an appointment.

I deal with very helpful customer service agents when I go to there. I have been going there for years. Most of the clerks have been there for a while so they know the store and the regular customers. I dont know how they can remain so patient and courteous while dealing with some rude and troublesome customers.

I came here to get some health things but when I went to the register I had terrible customer service. all the employees were playing and when I asked could I come up one of them said which was pregnant and I quote ur being agressive and the one that looks like off brand Maui told me that I need to stop doing all this and then the rest of them just stood there laughing. that made me and my daughter feel very uncomfortable so I went to self checkout and no one bothered to help be when I asked so I just left never again will I come to this CVS.

I came to return 2 items at cvs but I couldnt because they have a NO RETURN policy in that store on a piece of paper. all CVS store basically have their own return policy; whats the point of going to cvs.com for information if every store make decisions for consumers. I basically wanted to do an exchange for new body wash. I dont know why I still shop there, CVS is seriously the worst. -0 star by the way

Went for a COVID test, waited in line. ilby time i get to the window its a few minutes past my appt time. They tell me they cant do it cause their shift is over at 5 and they cant do the test in 2 minutes

I’ve never experienced such terrible service from a pharmacy. It’s been over a month of going back and forth between my doctors office and the pharmacy regarding a prescription. The pharmacy says they never got the rx and then the next minute they say it’s being processed. All in all i’ve decided to switch to a different pharmacy.

I actually never leave reviews. But this one of the worst locations I’ve experienced in my life. Workers are rude and EXTREMELY SLOW. They never answer. They gave me refills I never asked for. I am definitely changing locations and will drive farther to avoid this store. Horrible !

I been on the phone for 30 minutes nobody picked up the phone to say hold on. Im trying to get my medication im tired of this. I know cvs care about the customer but really I hang up and call back still on the phone for 10 minutes now . This is unacceptable.

Absolutely rude employee by the name of Sarah. There r no clear instructions that first lane is covid only . I had to go around n instead she look up my prescriptions she waited until I had to rejoin the line in the second lane to tell me my prescriptions couldn’t fit in the tube. I had to then go to the front of the store where she literally aggressively handed me my prescriptions n it almost fell. I will be going to publix from now on. Been going here for a year and have yet to receive courteous service. Customer service sucks.

Went to cvs to purchase item for my new born baby as instructed by his doctor and notice when got home that item expired 5months ago . This item was handed to me by a cvs employee . so since I had purchased item last week as well I decided to check expired date on that as well in that was expired as well. I can’t believe cvs has multiple expired items on shelves for purchase. Unbelievable. Not only that but when I called the store ask forManager spoke with Brian in he didn’t give a care in the world regarding my concerns. was very nonchalant in careless so of course that made the situation worsts. he only offered refund but items are used already one even finished can u imagine using a 5month old expired product on your new born. I was now in tears in concern about my newborns health. Rushing to ER as I type this complaint. Will be contacting lawyer after my baby is checked by a doctor . This is a nightmare. 2products 2 different dates both expired I wonder how many other expired products they are selling their consumers.

Pick a different cvs pharmacy to use. Definitely don’t recommend this location, they never have any medication that is prescribed and always have to order it or tell me I have to find a different cvs who has it, because they are always too busy to look for a different cvs location in their system who has it.

Brought my daughter here for a Covid vaccine and it was the single worse experience I have ever had. Disorganized, and disrespectful, all the way from the person at the entrance to the person in the pharmacy. I had my vaccine at a CVS in Hialeah which was inconvenient because I live in Broward, but given the choice I would do that 10 out of 10 times. They were far better and kinder. My daughter was so shaken up by their behavior that she didn’t even sit for the required 15 minutes after the vaccine. She did not want to leave the premises in case she had a reaction so she walked out and just waited the 15 minutes in the car in front of the pharmacy.

I was involved in an accident that smashed up my face pretty badly. I have a fractured nose and other injuries. I went to the ER and was prescribed Percocet, 5 tablets. I drove to this drive thru and was told they didnt have it. Being in too much pain to further inquire, I went home. The next day calling to see if they had it or could get it for me as Im in no shape to drive around seeing which pharmacy has it. I was told they couldnt help me. It is a store policy not to locate narcotics for their customers in need, from any of their other locations. I was made to feel like I was a nuisance and she kept referring to my medication as a narcotic.Why is it store policy not to assist injured customers requiring pain medication? Its apparent that if the customer has a prescription for the medication, that they need that medication.Im thoroughly disappointed in CVS, unfortunately my insurance forces me to utilize them for my medication needs or I would not be going back.Now Im sitting on hold with other CVS pharmacies in my area trying to locate this medication with fractures in my face.Thank you CVS for the wonderful customer service.... ☹

So I went there on 2/17/21 to refill my meds and was told their computer was down so they can not process it, ok no problem. Same evening went there to get some beer and was told their cooler key was broken, great! On wait both times employess were really nice about it!! Especially manager, oh wait maybe his brain was broken too that day, sorry!!

Store # 990 on Commercial Blvd. The pharmacist on duty at 2:30pm on 3/10/2020 is the WORST pharmacist in the entire world. My daughter had to pick up a prescription post surgery and they didnt want to listen about out of network copays, instead she did everything she could to not fill the prescription. The absolute worst!!! Whatever you do, save yourself the aggravation and DONT GO THERE!! Youll thank me one day, I promise!!

EXTREMELY RUDE PHARMACY STAFF. I was in extreme pain trying to inquire about a prescription and the woman hung up in my face. HORRIBLE SERVICE! This location needs to be reported to corporate and whoever else can fire everyone thats behind the pharmacy counter. Complete incompetency, I dont even understand how these disrespectful, vile persons got working behind the pharmacy counter! The hiring manager should be held accountable as well! A TOTAL DISGRACE

I stopped at this store on March 12th around 8:00 p.m. The manager was working the front counter. He greeted everyone who walked in the door in a friendly manner while waiting on customers. The counter was really busy, but he checked out people quickly and efficiently while still maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude. I was VERY impressed with him. You have an awesome employee!

The staff is always extremely rude. And they take their time and ignore you as if you’re not even there. If you go through the drive thru, they’ll put the phone down and ignore you lol. If you call on the phone, they’ll hang up on you.I’ve been to this location 3 times and every time it’s a horrible experience. Really sad.

I recently left my Visa debit card in the machine here as I was checking out on 3rd Shift. I went back to get it five minutes later and the girl gave it to me. That very morning two authorized charges to my card were attempted, one by Boost Mobile and one by AliExpress. What a coincidence. I believe that someone might have snapped a photograph of my card before they gave it back to me, and they also photograph the security code on the back. The TD Bank caught it as they knew it was fraud. But still they tried to rip me off.

The Assistant Store Mngr Tabby was extremely rude and sarcastic to me when I shopped there I was only trying to fulfill a rain check that was given to me for them not having the item on sale in stock when I went to purchase it at the time of the sale previously. With that being said when I initially went to several CVS stores and they were out of stock I was advised they only carry a very limited supply of the item and it would be a while before they got any more bc their warehouse was out of stock for the item.I then asked to be sure they would honor my rain check at a later date with my manufacturer coupon bc I wanted to know if they will accept a manufacturers coupon if it expired before they replenished the item? I was repeatedly advised that they will still honor the expired coupon because they didnt have the item at the time that my coupon was still valid and as long as my rain check was dated prior to the coupon expiring they would make an exception.The employees attitude really gave me a bad impression and the overall experience with her has made decide to not longer give my business to CVS I have spent a ton of money with this company and to be treated in this manner over a simple rain check situation is ridiculous.. I will take my money and business right across the street to WalgreensIf I had the option to give this store a 0 star rating it would be a -0..

They are horrible, rude they dont even say hello, they call my mother in law to tell her about my daughters medicine and when I call to tell them why they call her, they said the only number listed on my account was mine and denied calling. They dont say bye either they just hung the phone up, horrible manners and is most of them inside and drive thru from the technicians to the pharmacist.

Visited the pharmacy to fill prescription. I was told med out of stock. I asked pharmacy can he order med. I was told by the pharmacist tech that the pharmacist stated he didnt have a form to order the meds. Pharmacist not once came to the window to explain never looked up to what the problem was. Poor customer service no wonder Walgreens gets more business and publix and walmart pharmacy is taking over.
