I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but I showed up to the appointment 10 minutes early because I had some questions. The door was locked and no one was there, I had to stand out in the heat and my hair got all frizzy and make up came off, was unsure I was at the right place, no one picked up the phone. when the photographer got there she acted like I was the one that was late, was very gruff, didn’t even tell me her name. Felt very sweaty, tense and uncomfortable for professional headshots which lasted a minute. I was truly disappointed because I had really prepared to make the headshot nice and then felt rushed through a bad experience. Wish I got them done somewhere else I could have been comfortable, I hope the pictures turn out okay because the experience should have been more professional and I did not feel my best for taking a photo that to me was very important.edit: the person who took the picture saw this review and cancelled the shoot and told me to contact Groupon, then called me and told me to take down my review! I empathize that you are a small business but I was clearly upset at the shoot and said so multiple times and your response was life is unpredictable. Not sure I wanted a refund but thats what Im going ahead and doing now, not sure why I wasted half the day driving, preparing for the shoot, then contacting groupon, now I have to do this all again with another company. This has honestly been such a petty and strange process that Ive never had with a company before. If a customer is having a bad experience just apologize so we can all move on, that is not what you did. Just learn from it and dont try to strong arm your customers, clearly you have had many good reviews, maybe today was a bad day? God bless you and good luck to you.

I booked the Out-of-the-Box Creative photo shoot and had a terrific experience! I needed more than just one headshot and this was the perfect option. My photographer was Kattian, and she was open to my ideas, spent time with me so I didnt feel rushed, and offered some great suggestions. She took several poses and I was able to bring one change of outfit. I viewed the photos immediately at their studio and was able to choose 6 poses that I liked. The digital files were then emailed to me 3 days later as promised. I would highly recommend One Stop Photo!

Ive been using One Stop Printing for approximately 2wks, and Im truly amazed the quality of the tshirt prints. I have an online tshirt shop, and have brought some of my business and they have done great direct to garment work.

This company is the WORST. I purchased a Groupon for a headshot for my girlfriend and they had the nerve to charge her an extra $30 on top of the groupon when she got there to edit the photo, which should already be part of what you pay for when you get a professional headshot done. Then they send it back looking like a 3yr old edited it in the free Microsoft paint app rather than a professional photoshop job she paid for. They didnt even make the white in the background match and you can clearly see the 2 different shades around the right side of her head where they edited it. They also cut off part of the top of her head making her head look flat and took the photo with little piece of lint on her shirt and didnt edit them out. They refused to refund her money and said Sorry to hear this due to the nature of business a refund is not possible all sales are final. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE UNETHICAL AMATEURS WHO WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO A HORRIBLE JOB!

I recently expanded one of my luxury brands to Miami, FL and wanted to bring my business to a local, minority vendor for my printing and packaging needs. I met with one of One Stop Photo & Prints managing partners, and he impressed me. He worked hard to earn my patronage. He was thoughtful, resourceful, and seemed honest. I had already placed an order with my current printer, but I was eager to see what OSPP could offer and decided to suspend my current order.I placed an order for 50 8.5 x 11 folded greeting cards and asked to receive a quote. My previous vendor had already quoted me a total of $41.49, including expedited shipping. This was a great price for what I needed, and I was already familiar with the quality, but I truly wanted to move my business to a local, minority shop. The gentleman I was working with informed me that pricing was handled by his partner, Maya G., and she basically took over the order. I had expressed my preference to continue working with her partner, as he was the one who brought me to the shop, but she told me she would take care of me and asked me to go over my order once again. I obliged, and she returned with a quote of $560.25 excluding shipping and taxes. I was fairly certain this was a typo and asked for clarification. She was firm on her quote, of which I promptly declined. When I mentioned that her quote was considerably higher than any of my previous quotes, she responded, Short runs are always higher. When you want to run a larger campaign 500 or more we can be more competitive.When the gentleman I originally worked with followed-up with me to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction, I informed him of his partner, Maya G.s predatory pricing. He shared my initial thought that perhaps $560.25 was a typo. He proceeded to look into other orders hed brought in to search for comparable prices to verify the quote range and found a pattern of similar price gouging. I could sense his embarrassment as he tried to ameliorate the situation, but being quite savvy in this field, I had already decided Id never migrate my business to OSPP.Ive been a very successful Creative Director working in the entertainment industry for 18 years. I work with Fortune 500 companies and top-tier, A-list celebrities and artists, and its a fast-paced, demanding environment. I depend on building good vendor relationships. When selecting my vendors, I focus on customer service, communication, and quality. As a frequent patron of print and copy vendors, integrity and customer service will cover a multitude of sins. I would caution any serious patrons to beware of this place. Maya G. clearly didnt understand that she wasnt speaking with a novice and couldnt take advantage of me in this transaction. I dont mind paying a little more to support minority-owned businesses, but this was just greedy and ridiculous. I can only imagine how many other unwitting customers she has done this to.
