This was my first time going to that Walmart. Overall good experience👍 I only waited about 5 minutes after I parked and they brought out my groceries. Only negative is that walmarts produce really sucks. Onions, tomatoes, mushrooms and lettuce are all old and about to expire. Other than that they had like 97% of what I ordered, which was great. I would of given 5 stars if it wasnt for the poor quality of the vegetables/produce.

I really dont understand the high marks at this store... I feel like its employees family is doing it or something... There is one employee who I absolutely adore! Her name is Sonya and she is the best Walmart employee I have ever encountered! I feel like shes wasting her services at this horrible store! Suzette in particular is the rudest person you will ever meet! And for some reason she got a promotion probably because thats the norm at Walmart! Not to mention the fact that whatever I try to buy produce at this place it needs to be thrown out the very next day! Not to mention its only self checkout in a predominantly 55 and up community... No idea whose idea that was but it was horrible because the lines are always held up because elderly people have issues checking out and never get assistance! And dont even try to do WIC at this store! They make you ring all your items by yourself at the self-checkout, then they cancel out your purchase at the self-checkout and make you go back over to the customer service desk to put in your card information because WIC cannot be done at the self-checkout... And then I have to go back and pay for the rest of my stuff thats sitting at a self checkout register... Try doing that on a Saturday afternoon with a one year old... And the general manager has a horrible attitude problem... I constantly see everyone on their cell phones oh, and no one likes providing service

This is our neighborhood Walmart and weve been coming here for many years. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and the place has always maintained clean and safe. Everything is organized so its easy to find and if you cant find it, someone is always willing to go out of their way to help you find it. Check out is also fast and easy.

Great store. The staff are polite and always working hard. The store is always cleaning and you can see the moving parts of the staff. Management is great and I shop here every week.

Ordered for curbside pickup and waited more than 30 minutes before a human acknowledged my existence. I called the number and the mailbox was full. Lesson learned

This Walmart is very accommodating if you like organics, they seem to have an abundance of what I need in that department. I appreciate that this Walmart still carries Land of lakes cheeses as I prefer them to boars Head. I do miss the banter with the cashiers that are no longer available due to the fact that they have gone completely self checkout. It is a very busy Walmart so I make sure I go early or late. They have a great selection of tea. The only problem I have is that they do run out a lot of the organic vegetables that I require.

This is my first visit since the pandemic. My how things have changed here! Whole new layout and all registers are self checkout and walmart associates on hand to assist. VERY COOL! Except for elderly or people who may need someone to bag and cash for them. I hope they have a designated register for that I didnt notice one. Overall the place was busy with activity this afternoon and lots of associates around packing, scanning Etc. I think I will definitely give them another try next time I go grocery shopping!

I dont know what it is about this wal mart but every time I need the customer service desk, its always an issue. Theres always a problem. Whether its western union being down, money order being down, Ill go in line with one item in my hand ask for cigarettes and theyll tell me I have to go wait in the huge other line. Mind you theres not one customer at the desk either so I wouldnt be holding up the line with my one grocery item. Its just ridiculous and it never fails

Great place for groceries shopping. With self check out machines, is much easier and faster way to finish with your shopping. Employees are very helpful.

This is one of the better Walmart grocery stores Ive been to. like the other stores, its well-stocked, but what I like most about this one is how clean they keep it and the many self-checkout machines they have.This location is down the street from work. I can be in and out in 5 minutes.

It was a little challenging checking out but at the same time very easy once you get the hang of the self check out. The plastic bags were sticking together and could not get them open but with a little patience it all came together.

You feel slightly better morally, walking into a Neighborhood Market than you do your typical Walmart. When you walk out, you still feel like you acquired multiple diseases.

I arrived an hour early for pickup and they were still very helpful and friendly

No check out clerks here. Doesnt have quality selections on items. Shelves not organized or kept up as with Publix. No area to recycle bags. Overall, if you dont mind substandard shopping then be my guest.

Clean, peaceful, organized, well stocked, and pleasant. It was comforting to see so many workers stocking and organizing shelves, carrying boxes of meats and produce to where they were needed and Associates answering peoples questions and instructing them where to find what they were looking for. It was the best shopping experience Ive ever shopped through. KUDOS WALMART WORKERS AND MANAGEMENT . KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK IN THESE TRYING TIMES.

Self serve grocery store. No registers open for anyone to check you out. Completely self check. So if you’re shopping for more than a couple of things— go elsewhere.

I just moved to the area and its unfortunate that this is now my nearest Walmart. Always out of stock on the items I need and full of expired foods or foods nearing expiration. I recently ordered online for curbside pick up and nearly everything I ordered expires within the next two weeks. I even received a box of chips that expired back in January, worst Walmart I ever Shopped at. Shopping at the publix nearby will be worth the extra cost.

Good service and nice people, been going here over 3 years and it’s save me time when I do pick up, thank you ! Now with a new born and everything going on it’s the best let them do the work for me ! So far I been not having problem with my order and if they are out they are making good substitution.

Placed on-line order to pickup. Delivery speed of bringing the stuff to my car was a bit slow considering there was only one other person waiting when I arrived. Other than that, another great experience using this service.

Its Walmart... not swanky, but also not nasty. Ive been in wal-marts that at gross. This isnt one of them.

This location will do nothing about asking a customer to leave that is walking around with a 5lb dog on a leash. As long as the customer states the dog is a service dog they take their word. Service dogs must wear a designated vest. This dog is barking at everyone and wearing a pink hoodie. The owner is pulling the dog through the store. I dont choose to shop where pets are roaming around. Service dogs are there for a purpose and reason. Walmart management does not take things serious.

Its good a Walmart to shop at,might not have everything you need as a super Walmart but it does fill in the gap where needs be.

This has the feel of your local grocery store and many items are less money that publix

Talk about getting what you need in a pinch. This store finally has proper self service check outs. Dont get me wrong its not a bad thing to have a CSR available at Almost Closing Time... but hey, werenin pandemic.

Tbh, I was disappointed. the superstore suck, especially the long lines. But Walmart thinks they figured it out by putting all self checkout testing it in North Lauderdale & Tamarac. We actually had, which btw, looked GREAT, but when we noticed it was ALL self checkout, we left & went to publix. I asked an associate & they said, the cashiers can help.Broward County

I went on a Subday afternoon..the store was packed...the employees were restocking the shelves in almost 50% of the isles...a lot of the shelves were sparse...maybe they should restock after hours..it was hard to maneuver the isles..I couldnt complete my shopping list because they werent stocked ..I think I will go on another day.. not Sundays

New kiosks make it to check out, and avoid long waiting lines. Presently some products are not available due COVID-19.However availability of alternative products are.

Really like this store, much better than Super Walmart. Staff is helpful and friendly. Only reason low score, 64 Oz Coffee Mate is never in stock, no matter when or what day I come. Also Dansani water case of 32. If these are always gone, wouldnt you order what goes frequently? Skip the computers and use your brain, its what we want!

I went for a covid test at the pharmacy drive though from quest. It was very easy, little wait, and I got the results by email in 24 hours. I was negative, yay

Place has gone self check out. Its not been pretty! If you buy groceries for a week, the wait to check out can be 15 minutes. Wasnt a good upgrade but defeats the $15 you plan to pay the remaing staff. Killed at least 6 jobs.

Security at the door accused me of stealing saying I didn’t scan my items and I was racial profiled against. The guy told me to go back to the ghetto if I didn’t have money to pay for my items. Continue to provoke my boyfriend by telling him he get off at 9 and he will punch him in the face. At this point I told them I want my money back and I will never shop at the store. Come to find out all my items was paid for in total. I was harassed and was called out my name. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN !!!!!! Corporate will be hearing from me.

Always friendly employees, very helpful. Grocery pick up service is easy, breezy. Neat, clean store. However, this is grocery only.. They dont always carry the same items as the main stores. Still like this store better than the big store anyway.

When the store first opened it was nice but has gone down hill. The store is dirty and employees lack customer service and people skills. I will give props to the gentleman who picks up the carts, when hes working he actually takes pride in his job and I respect that. Shelves are not stocked, lines are long the only thing the employees care about is walking around with the blue carts filling online orders ! I dont know what happened to customer service here but every time I give them another chance I leave their more frustrated and know why you pay more at Publix.

The customer service at this store is appalling. I cashed in coins at the coinstar kiosk and proceeded to do my shopping. While shopping the power went out. They then told everyone to leave the store after the power came back because they didnt have internet. I waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes and they started letting people back in. I went to the customer service counter to cash the voucher and was greeted by a lady who was very nasty and confrontational. I was told I had to go to a register because her computer was not up. I went to a register and was told card only. I asked about the voucher I had an how to get the money. The lady at the front of the store became very loud and unprofessional. At no time should any customer be talked to the way I was talked to. I will never use Walmart again.

I like this Walmart because they are usually well stocked. The store is clean and I can usually find the item I’m looking for. The prices on produce, bread and cereal are much cheaper than Publix.

So the new thing now in order to get customers out of the Walmart is to turn off the lights in the whole store 15 minutes prior to 8:30 PM. The employees then go to every isle and tell customers they have to go to the front because its not safe. Incredible that they use such tactics. They did not let me get my kids diapers. Last time I shop there. 😡

Smaller, in-and-out Walmart. Friendly. Efficient. Gracious. Rotisserie chicken is always available. They carry Martinellis unfiltered apple juice, and their produce is not run of the mill. Always a boutique selection of something to interest you in fruit. Hardly ever congested.

An associate named Pablo went above and beyond to assist me. There needs to be more associates that take care of the customers and display pride in their work.

More items now that the virus is tapering off, especially paper products, disinfectant and hand sanitizer, also certain food items.

They removed all the registers and you have to stand in a long line that goes all the way to the back of the store and wait a long time even if you only want to buy 1 item. They dont care about the customers convenience at all.

The only issue i have is while shopping the isles had alot of boxes full of items that needed to be put on the shelf. I feel this shold be done after hours not while customers are shopping.

They should at least keep two registers with people open to avoid so much traffic in the store self checkouts are not all that you got sometimes people that take too long or have too many things to pass through the register
