I had made the decision to replace my existing windows, doors and garage door with impact windows and doors. A few big name TV replacement companies came around leaving ads. One said they were working on many homes in the neighborhood. When I asked which houses so I could see the craftsmanship they suddenly couldn’t answer; red flag.At this point I wanted someone local so if there were any problems I could have someone to go to without a run around. My neighbor had windows installed and they looked nice and they seemed to have a higher quality than others I’ve seen. She told me to call the owner Manny. He came over, answered all my questions and provided me with a estimate. I did a little research into the glass he uses and it checked out fine. I also realized that not all impact glass is the same. There are qualities and failure standards. Anyway, the estimate he gave me was acceptable and was what I expected it to be based on my own calculations. I went ahead an ordered.The installation crew was fantastic, friendly and professional. They put up plastic sheets everywhere to keep dust and debris from accumulating inside and cleaned up any mess. The job wasn’t rushed and you could see the attention to detail and the quality of the installation in itself. 11 windows, 2 doors and a garage door: a 3 day process. There was some minor stucco damage outside because the previous windows were really screwed in and sealed tight. Afterwards Manny had a separate crew come over to re-stucco all of the exterior window frames. Manny also inspects all of the work himself directing his crew to any issues as needed.Two things came up which weren’t anticipated. First, during inspection the inspector for The City of Tamarac said this was the best glass you could have and this company was the best you could use. Usually inspectors say nothing. Second, when I had 3M privacy tinting installed the installer said he seen a lot of replacement jobs but this one was done exceptional. That’s two people from outside the company who don’t know each other commenting when they didn’t have to.The job is complete and I am 100% satisfied and without any doubt will recommend this company to anyone.

Smart Replace installed a total of 17 windows and 2 sets of French doors at my home. Prior to Smart Replace, I interviewed, and eliminated, 4 other companies. I was lucky to have someone that had just done their windows and recommended Smart Replace. I fully understand why. They are responsible and accountable. The others were significantly higher priced and played games with excessive discounts and high pressure sales tactics which pressured you to sign on the spot (reminded me of buying a car). A world of difference dealing with Manny. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what he does.
