I would highly recommend Door Master to install an automatic gate opener to your business or residence. I called six companies to get a price on a new gate opener and only one called me back and that was Sam at Door Masters that day.(not one of the others even called back) They were at the property the next day seeing what was need to replace an aging electric gate opener of 20 years. The next day Sam had a reasonably priced proposal to take out the old one and install a new one.I accepted the proposal and within a week they had the new Viking L3 gate opener to install. Josh came and started a difficult install and with Sams help installed the gate to a prefect working order. Josh was great and Sam as well as keeping me posted on how the install was going.I am a property Manager for a condominium complex and I needed the job to be done right and this company did it. If they could take care of this job so well, Im positive they can take care of any residential or commercial needs for garages, fences or gate openers.

Non stop series of failures. The scope of the job did change, but they were wholly unable to follow through. Numerous unreturned calls, texts. Appointments came and went. I came down from up North to meet them; no show. The person I dealt with had no clue what was going on, nor what to do. I would avoid this company.

My gate opener stopped working yesterday Sept. 14. This morning I found DoorMaster online, I called at 10 am, at 11.30 Sam was at my door. In about 15 minutes he was ready with a fair quote, and after giving him the go ahead he finished the repair in under one hour efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend this company!
