I have an item that is outside of their return window. I never opened it when it came because I didnt have an immediate use for it. It was a gift. Low and behold, the item was defective and Mix Wholesale will not replace. Im not even looking for a refund, just a replacement. Take this as a buyer beware. If you choose to make a purchase please test your product, even if it is a gift.

Product was delivered promptly and clean. BUT BE WARNED accidentally ordered 2 and when we shipped the extra back, a $50 FEE was subtractedfrom refund. Additionally the emails from customer service were a bit snarky.

My new sport bounce house is awesome! It arrived just in time for my sons birthday party. He loved it! We couldnt be happier.

There customer service is outstanding. I ordered the wrong size and contacted them to cancel that portion of the order I made on December 25th. I had a response within hours that it had been canceled, which prevented me having to return. I worked with three different representatives to help me with my multiple orders and each representative went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company.

I have had at least two orders through this company where they delivered only half of what I ordered. Both times I have contacted them and they put me through the ringer like I did something wrong. I had an order from them months ago that came in damaged and they offered a credit that was never received. I will NEVER order from them again. They are a joke and absolutely dishonest. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.1/12/21 - follow up!Those shelves that they said they would send in the response, never arrived. They just said that to look like they resolved things. They never did.

As of December 18th, I have contacted them via email three times with pictures of the damage to a item I received after initially being contacted by them. They have not responded which is upsetting since this was a Christmas gift. The item i ordered was almost exactly what I wanted, too bad it arrived broken and they are unwilling to send me replacement pieces :-(12/22/2020 - I upped this companys rating from a 2 to a 4. I did receive a replacement part, it had been shipped on the 17th ... just ZERO communication that they were resolving the problem. So they seem a responsible company, just poor at communication.

I purchased the cheeseboard from Mixed Wholesale. It is very nice and it was very reasonably priced. We used it for a get together and everyone complimented it. The good thing is that they have a pick up option at a location where you can pick up your item the same day!! That way you save money on shipping and you have your item when you want it!!

The service they gave me was bad they dont know about my order it took 7 days to realize it and to return my money I still have to wait 24 to 48 hours I never order AGAIN!!!!

Today I visited Mix Wholesale. I purchased several table cloths and table runners. Mix has a very large assortment of colors, sizes and various fabrics. The prices are unbelievable.Not only do they have linens they also carry a wide variety of household items. Michael, was extremely helpful and so polite.You have to see this place to believe it!!

This place is a joke!!! They are willing to take your money but then NEVER send you what you order!!!!! They wait until the items are supposed to be delivered then they cancel the order without any reason. Then they claim they ran out of the product you ordered but say under the item description only 3 left, order soon. Then its a hassle to get your money back!! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! If you see anything from Mix Wholesale on Walmart, Amazon, Target, etc. DONT EVEN TRY TO BUY IT!!!!

I ordered ink, followed the delivery notices. Said it was out for delivery and would be delivered by 8:00 pm April 24th. It’s now Saturday the 25th and no sign of my ink and no response from my many requests for my money back. So sad people do business so poorly. Of course now the website says the item is no longer available. Guess a call to the Better Business Bureau is next.

Worst company to deal withPurchased through AmazonI recieved this item in a torn up, looked to be wet at some point box. When I blew the item up it smelled horrible. I contacted the company who offered a discount and that would have been great if I hadnt had to clean it so many times. I ordered through another company to make sure I had one to use by that Saturday. When trying to return this I was informed they could not send a box. So not only have I wasted my time cleaning this product I have to hunt down a box big enough, then make time to drop it off. I did not have time for this, so I took their discount in Hopes when I got a chance to clean it a few more times, the smell might disappear. Well thats a no. So not only have I wasted so much time, Ive paid $500 for a pile of trash. Save yourself time and money and move on to a better company to deal with.

I contacted Mix Wholesale and they responded to my email communication within 24 hours. They gave me a partial refund for the damage / inconvenience. I am satisfied on how they handled the issue.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!This company allowed me to order their tablecloths linens when they were out of stock. They never cancelled this tracking so I was under the impression I would receive the table cloths when in reality, they never shipped.They REFUSED to expidited shipping. Its 2019 and they REFUSED to ship overnight. The customer service representative was of no help, she refused to work with me as a customer. A poor business plan and terrible customer service.
