I have been going to Nina’s for at least 25 years mostly for jewelry repairs. I am now almost two hours away and waited until I was going to be in that area to get my watch fixed. They did an awesome job, and mailed my watch back to me! I believe the lady who helped me is called Rena (not sure) but she was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. I was also very glad to see the older gentleman (who is always there)I believe he is called “uncle” he was very pleasant and kind as usual! Thank you!!

BEWARE!!!! Absolutely terrible jewelry repair. To begin with my wifes wedding ring broke a prong off. We decided to go to Ninas since its nearby our home. The repair guy said confidently that he could fix it. Trusting him on his word we left there, when we came back they had soldered a gold prong on my wifes rose gold wedding ring. And to make matters worse the stone was completely crooked and not sitting inside the setting, and they twisted all the prongs. I wish i wouldve been notified that they didnt have the right materials or the ability to do this. I had to go to another jeweler repair place to fix it, and thankfully they did. In short, our experience was very poor here, and we will never be going back.

First time here. Called over the weekend to get a quote on my watch, the first watch place I called didn’t want to give me a quote “over the phone” I called Nina’s and they said $7-10!!! I read their reviews and I hurried over, place was packed (on a Saturday) didn’t even know this place existed bc I take my jewelry to South America. Can definitely tell they were all regulars. The owner was so nice. Had my watch fixed in 5 minutes and I inquired about a cleaning of my necklace and he gave it to me on the house. Needless to say. My new watch repair and jeweler moving forward!

Called Ninas and spoke to Prem who was able to quickly give me pricing on a couple of necklaces I needed repaired. I stopped by and for something another jewelry repair shop quoted me $145 for, Ninas cost was $15 and they fixed the necklaces in 20 mins. Awesome service and great quality!

Fair prices and very friendly, went to have a gold chain fixed and the price was very fair the work was quick and clean, this was right before they were closing and they did not rush or seem bothered at all.

What a pleasant experience. Such awesome and attentive people. I came in to get my wedding band resized because it kept falling off my finger in the shower. Very transparent and upfront. Plus, if you are concerned with COVID, as soon as you walk in, they have a temperature check machine and hand sensitizer machine. These people get it. Highly recommend.

I went in earlier today to have some links removed from a watch band & was really impressed with the service I received. Even though there were quite a few other customers when I arrived, I was greeted quickly & warmly. Karan helped me and was very friendly & professional. He took the time to patiently listen to me and delivered excellent results fast. I had my watch sized perfectly in less than ten minutes for five dollars. I’m a very happy customer & will definitely be back! :)

I buy all my jewelry at Ninas and I never leave the house without wearing them. They have great quality gold, the prettiest designs and reasonable prices. There is no one who sees any of the jewelry and I don’t get a compliment on how pretty they are. They also accommodate my preferences changing and altering what I want added and changed especially on the rings that I have bought there over the years. I prefer rubies and diamonds and if I like a ring and ask if I can get those stones in the ring, it is always done and I get them in a timely manner as well. I also bought the most wonderful and daintiest pendant at the store and every one loves it asking me where I find such beautiful jewelry. Horrible customer service. I dropped my jewerly since mid August. At the time and date they explained my jewerly would be ready, it was not. I returned to pick up my items today thinking they had ample time to repair my items and they could not locate them. The young guy game me a horrible explanations to why he could not locate my items and became upset that I did not understand his jargon. Patron at your own risk. After I pick up my items I will not be returning nor will i refer anyone there.

This place has great customer-service until you need it then its really really poor .I bought a ring and 2 Stones fell out .I called the owner and he said he would fix it at no charge .When I brought itin he did not remember the phone call and refused to fix it without sharing the charge with meI guess he wanted to make some more profit .The prices are great but now we know whyplease be very careful when you shop here .because the merchandise is fairly shoddy and wont be fixedWe wont shop here again.
