Excellent service and products! Went in to have maintenance on my 7 year old hearing aids and ended up purchasing Starkey micro-Tech Wireless Esentia hearing aids! I have to admit, what sold me on these were the facts that I could pair with my i-Phone and receive all calls IN MY HEARING AID, and that the Thrive Hearing Aid Software featured Fall Alert and Language Translation! It wasnt until I received and put on my new hearing aids that I discovered that not only could I HEAR better, I could actually UNDERSTAND what people were saying! Voices are crisp and clear of people who I thought mumbled and slurred their words! If this isnt enough - the Service is fantastic - not only from Michael Bailey of Quality Hearing Aid Center but the Starkey Help Line (that answers on the second ring!) technician who will stay with you and follow up until you are totally satisfied! I AM! Thank you Quality and Starkey! Price? Although you cant put a price on HEARING and UNDERSTANDING, their prices are extremely reasonable and they offer affordable financing if needed.
I am a long time hearing aid user. For the first time I can hear clearly. For the first time I was told what I needed not what I wanted. Thank you to the staff for being so caring and to the provider for being so professional.

This place is quick to sell you hearing aids, but when they need to be adjusted or serviced it takes forever to get any customer service...Beware this is not a good customer service location...
My father is 98 years old and has been wearing hearing aids for over 20 years. Today, we just experienced our 3rd hearing aid emergency this year. Brian Rodriguez and Quality Hearing Aids has been consistently reliable. Had his hearing aid fixed while we waited. Highly recommended.

In a word, horrible. Completely unresponsive. My wifes 2 year old hearing aids havent worked for months and you cant get them on the phone and you cant get an appointment. Do yourself a favor and dont buy from them.
If I could give them 6 stars I would. Always there for you when needed. Highly recommend them if you want honest answers regarding your hearing problems.

The hearing aids are good quality and the service is excellent. My particular hearing problem really cant be addressed very well but some improvement it better than none.
Twice I heve gpne during business hours and there is no one there. There was a second customer who turned away and a Fed Ex tag on the door Sorry we missed you. The phone goes righ to voice mail, and they dont call you back.
