To sum my opinion up; overworked, underappreciated, and Im not satisfied with the pay. I feel like i wasted a few years of my life here.

One of the most horrible places to work for especially the molding Department. Management does not manage well and the supervisor at night in that Department has an iq of a 2 year old roach. You will not get overtime and you are undepaid for your expertise. Not to mention over worked. Sometimes there is no work to do because they cant get machines to run properly. You are better off going any where else but there to work. Miserable atmosphere.

The employees are all very nice the managment are all to far up each other to be useful or see issues with the company
