I dont know what this guy talking about below?That hobby store is know about the best costumer support around.He just committed to bought a wrong battery online!I was in the store and he called the store numerous times, and always got help.Now because hes getting a wrong charger, using it and decided dont need two.Bring it back with a ripped box (not a little)!Why is the store fault?This is a family owned store, not a Walmart where you can return product left and right.Go check the store out! You wont be disappointed!

Will not take my R C Hobbies Gift Card!!! They said it was more than one year old. They said ownership has changed hands last year and are not honoring gift cards more than a few months old. This is wrong. They are using the same Store name, Location, Phone number, even same gift cards but said they are not responsible. My gift card has no exp. date, and verbally they will tell you there is no exp. If you make an exchange they will only give you a gift card as store credit, but it isnt worth anything if they dont accept it. Do no buy gift card from people who dont respect the trust we as consumer have in the supposed value of a gift cards. They would only give me 50% value of my gift card if I spent more than $200. When you buy someones business your still responsible if you are using their name, address, phone, and gift card system. Shame on you! You will ruin your own reputation by such dishonest practices.

Super competitive pricing. Some inventory issues at times (Should keep more than 1 chassis in stock for guys like me) but the place is pretty great. Because of the nature of RC toys (crashes, smashes, etc) they are very wary of manufacturer defect vs user error, and understandably so. They will at least look at your item and check it out free and diagnose why it happened in the first place and offer replacement parts. I have been there a few times so far and the guy behind the RC Car area (Albert?) is ultra friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. I will go there again for sure.

This is a true hobby shop. They have everything that you would need. We got lost with all the plastic models and puzzles. We went there to fix our RC car and Arnold was the best very helpful and really knowledgeable.

Very disappointment of business little bit of product and whenever I need a part they had to order it. I just bought a charger not even 24 hours ago when I got the battery the paper said it was a life battery but I tried to get a life battery charger because it said life but I got home it did not fit when i went back they said the battery was a lipo so I try to get back my money but just got half of the money 42 out of $85 just because the box was ripped a little I didnt need two chargers for lipo . If somebody would ask me where to go I would say Maniac Hobby theyre cheaper and better and they wont rip you off just because of a stupid box having a little rip on it, take a trip Maniacs has more product and more customers then triconty hobby take the time out and just go to the right store whats better dont go to this store because the store is just a rip-off

They have always been a great shop! Have been going there for almost 10 yrs. Always have what you need and very knowledgeable!There prices are the same as online shops with personal service!You must buy the ECX Ruckus 1/18th from them, it is amazing for under a hundo$.

Hands down best hobby store around! Ive purchased a 2WD Ruckus and a Sprint 2 Drift car will full upgrades............. I had the worst luck with my truck, and stuff was getting damaged and the owner and the crew was replacing stuff for me for free, and giving me some discounts on some parts. Thats what I Call CUSTOMER SERVICE! Im always greeted at the door, always approached. Seems like the Chick-Fi-La of Hobbies. Great job Tri County!

Best Hobby Shop around. Period. I try to buy all parts/cars/trucks/paint/etc. from this location. Compared to other local hobby shops, this is the best - Owner works the floor and knows his stuff. Staff is good as well - but it is good to know the owner of the store is not just in it for the money - the stuff at his store he is into as well.Im not going to go into a lot of detail arguing against some of the negative reviews (IE: purchased a truck for my son, and it broke) - but this location is a true hobby store. In my experience with my RC hobby - stuff will break - but half the fun is fixing/upgrading. I have purchased a X-Maxx, HPI Sprint 3 flux, Losi TLD SCTE, and 2wd Stampede from the location... If your looking for a Walmart type of experience - i would recommend manics. If your looking for parts/info/custom setups/etc. this is the location for youAlso, the location has an indoor track! what more can you want.Keep up the good work... and dont change a thing.

Well I guess the repair people dont get any type of commission when they do repairs. I went to 3 different people who completely avoided repairing my rc helis. On one of the helis the servo was not going up fully and the other needed the tail replaced. It would have probably taken an hour to repair them both...But I understand since they dont get paid anything extra for the delicate work... why bother to do it at all. If i was them i would probably avoid doing it too. The owner needs to give some sort of incentive for repairs....

I brought in a car that needed a carb cleaning, they quoted me 50 then they tell me it wouldnt start, which it would but would bog out. They call me again and tell me my piston was broken, which they broke and it would be 130. They purposely broke my car to get more money dont go there, boca hobbies replaced what they damaged and did what was supposed to be done all for 45
