I would suggest avoiding this place if you are looking for a pleasant, hassle-free experience.These employees should not be working for a shipping company; not only are they not able to properly pack an item, they are also unaware of their partnerships, going so far as to suggest that Amazon does not pay them for their services.Maybe these employees and owners should try a different profession and maybe Amazon should really consider who they contract with.Edit: They didnt even ship out my Amazon return which caused me to be charged. Luckily, Amazon refunded me without issue. Do yourself a favor and AVOID this location.

MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT FOR AMAZON RETURNS! Amazon never received my return that I brought here and I got charged $130. Luckily I took a photo when I dropped it off so Amazon did refund me. But Im pretty sure they never sent it especially after seeing all of the other similar experiences. Hate to say it but it seems like something shady is happening with these Amazon returns that mysteriously disappear.

I never do business with this location again. Extremely poor customer service. Only gave one star because the location is convenient. I paid for priority mail 2-3 days and they did not give the package to the post office for 5 days. They also did not disclose that the price was higher to ship from them and that it may/would be cheaper to go to the post office directly. They over-charged me by over $11. When I called the gentleman was just as rude as he was in person. Kept saying that I should have known the price was higher and that they told me the price was higher, which they did not. Please save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere.

The big set Indian man is very lazy, with such a horrible attitude. I came in with a (thin foam) dog bed from amazon. And this man said I had to pack it myself because its too big. I said oh ok, but its foam,and can easily folded to put it in the box. His response.. u can fold it yourself and bring it in. I proceeded to show him how it can fold mind you its FOAM! He still said no. Its laziness is what it is. Ive never had that issue before. And his prices are unbelievable I own my own business and every ups has different prices and theirs is by far highest cost material wise and shipping

I asked them to package, ship, and insure an item for me. My package was not cared for and as a result was damaged during shipping. I contacted the store and provided all the evidence of the damage that UPS requires, and opened a claim. Two weeks passed so I called the store and asked for an update. I was then told by Pat Dangelo, the store owner, that there was no update and they would let me know when there was, and to stop calling about it. This didnt sit well with me and it had been a full two weeks so I called UPS myself who said there WAS NO CLAIM for my tracking number. The UPS Store had never actually opened a claim on my behalf.I requested to open a claim with UPS Claims department and AGAIN had to provide all the photos, documentation, and videos they require. Another week goes by and I call UPS claims for an update and they said they were waiting on the UPS store to provide some information. I called the UPS store and once Pat learned that I opened the claim myself that it was out of their hands and he couldnt help me. I went to the store, email in hand from UPS Claims that stated they were waiting for The UPS Store to provide info at which point the store owner said They dont know what theyre talking about I requested he call the UPS Claim Dept. and he said he was too busy. I looked around and saw ONE OTHER PERSON IN THE STORE, and they were using the copier! I asked Pat what he thought my next step should be and he just shrugged and said I dont know, these things take a long time. Keep in mind it has now been four weeks since my initial claim for damages. My next question was if he thought I should hire an attorney to help me with the claim and at that point he started yelling at me to leave and some huge lady bounded out of the back office yelling Ohhh you said legal, you cant say that! Now you have to leave! YOU SAID LEGAL! YOU. SAID. LEGALLLLLLL! LMAOI just kind of stood there for a moment wondering what was happening. I got home and began making some calls and eventually got to a person in charge of customer service for the UPS locations who sorted everything out for me over the next two weeks. Note that this person was extremely helpful and had to repeatedly call the UPS Store to compel them to do their part. I eventually (about three months later) received a check in the amount of the claim, and just so you are aware, the check had to be delivered to the UPS Store, then they would forward to me. Well that check sat in the UPS Store for THREE WEEKS before they delivered it to me via USPS (US Postal Service). It took a final call from UPS Corporate to get them to forward the check to me.Pat Dangelo and his staff at the UPS Store #3102 did not honor the terms of the shipping contract with me by 1) incompetently packaging my item, 2) purposefully impeding/blocking my actions to receive compensation, and 3) willfully delaying my compensation by three weeks.I cannot recommend that anyone spend their time, energy, or money at this location. The location in Coral Springs, however, is very nice and Ive never had an issue there.

This place.... wow! There is not one time that I called and wasnt on hold for over 10min. Customer service is horrible, I dont like leaving bad reviews but maybe this is the only way they will do better. If you need more staffs hire more staff so things can run smooth. Not a good look!

I mailed an envelope Thursday that supposedly was going to be picked up Friday at the UPS store to be delivered Saturday. The man told me that if I mailed it by UPS and there is not anybody at the recipients house, the delivery person did not have the key to leave it at the mailbox, so it would take it back and it would deliver it at a later day, or the people from the house would need to pick it up at a UPS store. I did not want it to be delayed, so I mailed it with them with only a stamp to not be delivered by the UPS person. I received a receipt with a tracking number. Due to today Monday the envelope has not arrived yet, I tried to track it via computer but it did not exist. I called the UPS store and they got me waiting for 10 minutes until I lost the call. I went personally to the UPS store, and the same man told me there is not tracking number. He said that he told me there was not going to be tracking number and it is not true. Whats the reason to have a tracking number on my receipt if its not going to work? As you can see, they give a terrible service. I learned the bad way that its better to drive more miles to find a UPS store that really gives us good service. Shame on them!

Went to store to mail my package. The one girl was so nasty. The guy didn’t even want to even look at my phone to help me find m bar code. They wanted to change me 3.95 to print my label. When I went somewhere else they printed the label free and the service was great! Beware.

Aboslute worst customer service ever!! Ive gone twice to clear up an issue I had the first time around. They were just as unhelpful as the first time. I have been given customer service by two different people and they were both just as ill-mannered. I was able to clear up UPSS shipping issue with Amazon and will never step foot into this horrible UPS again. Im actually not sure how these people are still working here. Im so certain that any rating above one star is an employee writing their own store a review or someone that the employee knows. I honestly wish I could give 0 stars because they dont even deserve one.

I am unsure why they talk and behave the way they do, whether itd be personal or not; but, if this isnt something that fulfills their life, a career change should be their next step in life.

EDIT on 07/22/2020: Amazon never received one of my returned items. The male (big bald guy) and his wife were dismissive, did not even try to help me look for the transaction history. I tried visiting just yesterday and they closed early. Never again, its not worth it, no matter how close they are. Change your ways!Unnecessarily rude couple. 😞 Theres just no reason to behave so mean. I tried returning to this spot a few times because its so close to my house, hoping this couple would be in a better mood. Now I go out of my way to go to another location just to drop stuff off. Hoping things get better there someday.

If you guys leave a sign that says you close at 7, the expectation of the customer is that you close no later than 7pm. I arrived at 6:54pm to do an amazon return that would normally take 2 minutes. and they closed the store 15 minutes prior. Utter ridiculousness that they can just close whenever they want with no notice to the customer.

A lady was checking me out and I guess one of the owners took over and completed my check out. First she said she wouldn’t charge me for the box (it was an amazon return that they normally pack and ship for free), then I guess she changed her mind and charged me for the box anyway. When I asked her about it she said she never said that... whatever no biggie... then I see she charged me for printing the label. $2.95 per label + 0.22 per page... two extra BLANK pages printed with one line at the top (you know how sometimes your label runs onto a second page). She charged me for the two extra pages!... I’m like mam why would you charge me for that. You could see there was nothing on it. The pages just ended up being discarded. Just to get an extra .44cents out of me. That’s terrible. A company shouldn’t be that greedy. Overall a disappointing experience

The employees at this location are very rude. They brush you off and don’t even look at you when they speak. I came in to drop off a return and both the male and female were very dismissive. They had me looking all over for a return code that they later told me didn’t exist since I already had a return label. I would’ve been more understanding had it been very busy in the store, but I was the only person in there (aside from two other women who had come & gone). Zero stars would be a more appropriate rating. I’ll never return to this location.

Upon re-locating to Florida the UPS Store on North University has become such a time saver for us and we utilize all of their services on a regular basis. They are always professional and friendly, James always has time from his busy schedule to talk. Service is always quick. My experience at this location was my first and last. I always use ups to do my online returns. The big bald guy told me that I would be paying .50 cents per box for them to tape my boxes closed. I was shocked and I told him and his wife that I’ve never been charged to have my boxes taped closed before. They preceded to argue with me “ the customer “ about how every single customer adds up in their cost of tape! As if “they” purchase the tape out of their own money! To avoid the inconvenience so paid the “taping” fee. A couple days later I visited a different location and wasn’t rudely told that the charge to tape would be .50 per box. As a matter of fact; the packaging tape was out in the lobby for anyone to use. Idk if the Tamarac location is privately owned with their own set of rules, but that kind of service is bad for business all around.

The ladies at this store were an absolute pleasure. I had a large return to process with many different labels going to Amazon. Ms. Joy packaged the things that needed it at a very fair price, as well as helping me with the things I was packaging myself. Would go out of my way to specifically go to this UPS.

The staff member that I just dealt with was very rude and unprofessional. He was on the phone speaking very rudely to a customer to speak better English and then was even ruder to me because I had to open my boxes to double check I was returning the correct Amazon item. I will drive to the UPS further away from my house so I wont have to deal with that level of unprofessionalism again.

I am laughing at some of the reviews because I am a director of business development. I gladly paid my 50 cents since it costs me less than buying a roll - lol. UPS Stores are independently owned; they are a franchise. If you leave a review over a piece of tape, no one should take those reviews seriously. Reviews about customer service, that is what should be considered. My experience at this store was great. Oh, and I can afford the 50 cents :)

About 2 months ago to return AT&T equipment. Supplies were orderly and had a certain type envelope that the local post office didnt have. Very good service. Knew what had to be done. Took care of business 1-2-3. Courteous too! Thanks UPS. Am going back in few days.

Unfortunately this is the closest UPS location to my new home and was my first and last time doing business there. They gave me a difficult time returning items to Amazon. ALL of the UPS I’ve been provide packaging when my return label states no box or label needed. When trying to explain that to lady she couldn’t seem to understand. They said they can only put the items in a “BAG” and they don’t not provide boxes. Then I used a box that was sent to me from an amazon delivery, they stated the box was too big. I called amazon after my visit and the representative could not understand the foolishness they were telling me. Don’t waste your time, go to another location.

Customer service at this location is the worst. Unfortunately this is the closest location to my house but I’m going to have to start driving farther to do service with ups. Other locations I have been to have been pleasant. At this one they add on additional charges and don’t inform you upfront. This has happened on multiple occasions and they are incredibly rude about it.

Ive recently started shipping several packages per week for a small business venture, and Ive been to every UPS store in the area. This location is hands down the best - I hate going anywhere else. I tried to mail a letter my daughter in NY and wanted quick delivery but was told it would be around $40 to send it and there were black out dates, so I went to the post office and got a 3 day delivery option for $8. I am never back there!!

The customer service at this location is extremely poor. The owner does most of the customer handling. He is dismissive and condescending with questions. Overall you get the sense they are looking for their profit as opposed to the customer’s shipping needs. Also, most UPS stores will accept USPS packages but, this one says they “don’t want to baby sit people’s packages until the USPS picks them up,” and will redirect you to the USPS. Save yourself an unpleasant experience, go to a different UPS store or the even the USPS.
