I placed an order 3 weeks ago for (4) BOXES of ammo. I never received an email confirmation nor has my order been fulfilled-BUT they did charge my Discover card in full that day! I understand these items are scarce but I shouldnt be charged if not available!! Would not recommend!!ALSO today I called the phone number for RUAG and it is a womans voicemail and sounds very suspect...

Ordered ammo a week ago and was charged instantly. Never received an email, shipping confirmation or anything. I’ve ordered 5000 rounds since covid began and have had no issues with more than 10 different companies before this one. I’d recommend someone else that is a reputable business. This seems like a garbage ripoff company. Zero stars!

Took 3 weeks to get my ammo - you purchase from RUAGs office in Tampa, FL, but my ammo shipped from a warehouse in Savannah, GA 31420. It arrived safely, well packed, but takes a minute to get to you. Someone did answer all my emails. I got desperate and almost cancelled payment, but the package was already here. FedEx left it out by the curb at my address sign instead of at my porch. Dont give up hope. They will come through for you. These are strange times, and every old woman wants way too much ammo.

Ordered ammo and never received. No one was answering the phone. Mailboxes of each “department” at the company were full. Took me a few days to get in touch with someone but this person was at least helpful/friendly and said my order would be shipping soon... well see.

Super fast shipping. It only took 4 day to receive my ammo.

Got a charge from this company, even though I did not buy ammo from them. No order confirmation. No shipping email. Nothing. Never even been on their website. Emailed them and reporting it to my bankEdit: The email address on their website is invalid. Got an automated reply saying no such email exists

Not very good customer service. called 3 times only to get answering machine which left message with no response. try to cancel orders but charged card before shipping with some of boxes damaged.

I received what I ordered, properly packaged. However Ammotec was extremely slow in shipping. Ordered on 11/4. Fedex didnt get the package until 11/23. Arrived on 11/30. But with Covid I am willing to give Ammotec some grace on the slow shipping. But the biggest negative is I did not receive any confirmation of my order via email, nor did I receive any tracking emails. I called and emailed Ammotec a couple of days before my package arrived and complained, and someone called me back the next day. So that was good. But a simple email from them would have alleviated any concerns on my part. I have an account with Fedex so they notified me a package was coming, but I received no communication from Ammotec. After the package arrived, and I knew it had come from Ammotec, I was able to go into the Fedex system to get the tracking data I mention above.

I ordered ammo on Oct 31. Charged instanly. No tracking. I sent 2 emails to customer service with no response, and left a message just asking for an update to my order. I did recieve the ammo after about 30 days but no tracking.

I ordered and was charged for 4 boxes of 50 Norma .45 auto 230 grain brass cartridges.I received 4 boxes of 20 ARX .45 auto 118 grain brass cartridges.Called and got their answering service. No callback.

Not a Gun shop, its a seller of ammo that is imported from other countries, but this location is just an office for the distribution network that is located in a different place. If you go here for ammo purchase then you will be disappointed and leave empty handed as well. The staff are friendly, but thats the extent of their ability to help.

I purchase 1250 rounds of Geco ammo for my S&W 357 and the empty shell casings would stick in the cylinder requiring me to beat them out with a wooden rod. I contacted Kelly B... she is a Commercial Distribution/Customer Support Supervisor at RUAG Ammotec USA.She was the most professional person I have ever worked with. I am having the same issue with PPU ammo and they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. I will not be buying PPU ammo ever again! as for RUAG ammo I will only buy that brand from now on! Thank you Kelly for being so understanding and helpful my issues.
