Took my car here to get an oil change and was told everything fine ... brought my car in for a 7am appointment for my next oil change and not only didnt anyone show up til 8am but the simple oil changed turned into me having a bad oil leak and in need of a new belt that the one I had will only last another day or two .... after sitting there for an additional 1 1/2 hrs I was told that they couldnt find a leak and that it wud take another 2 hrs for the belt to be delivered... on top of this after telling him to order the belt and waiting another 30 mins he called me and told me he didnt want to change my belt to find another mechanic

Hello people....this jj mobile mechanic is not good at all..he charged me for services he never did...be aware..i had my BMW gave him for CHANGE oil filter, oil change, antifreeze REPLACE a/c air filters, engine air filters BUT YOU KNOW WHAT HE DID? HE DID NOT EVEN REPLACE OIL OR OTHER LIQUID AND FILTER...LOOK LIKE HE DID NOT EVEN CARE TO REPLACE ANY THING WITHIN WEEK SIGN SHOWED FOR ALL THE THINGS AND I DID NOT BELIVE SO I WENT TO OTHER MECHANIC BECAUSE I WAS WONDERING WHY ALL SERVICE SIGHNS POPED UP BUT I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE WITH MY OWN EYES WHEN OTHER MECHANIC SHOWED ME THAT THERE IS NO OIL IN ENGINE AND MY EYES POPED OPEN BECAUSE I DID NOT BELIVE THIS MECHANIC BUT HE SHOWED IT TO ME THAT THERE WAS NO OIL WAS REPLACE AND IT WAS DIRTY ONE LOW IN BOTOM NO FILTER WAS CHANGED...AND NO ENGIN OR AIR FILTERS WERE CHANGE AND HE SHOWED ME ALL AND I WAS SHOCKED THAT SOMEONE CAN CHIT YOU SO BAD..AND CHARGE $ 258.14+62 = 320.14 TOTAL FOR SOMETHING HE DID NOT DO...NOW IT UP TO YOU TO GO THERE OR NO....I TOOK BOTH OF OUR SUV TO HIM FOR FEW TIMES BUT HE IS NO GOOD...

Dont call. He was too busy to change a tire.
