I was assured that a used fuel tank tray for my 2010 Range Rover Sport was undercoated and in excellent condition. They already had it boxed for shipping so they wouldnt send a pic. The part I received, at nearly the cost of a new one, was so corroded that there were already 4 pinholes in the metal. Always insist on a picture before ordering anything used!

My shop purchased an engine from Roverland for one of our customers. This engine was over $10,000 and the labor time to install is 27.7 hours. After installing the new long block, the car ran for about 20 minutes in the bay before one of the intake valves came loose inside the head and hit a piston. Roverland offered to repair the engine, but refused to pay labor to do the entire job again. I was somewhat understanding, but after getting the engine back, I installed it again. After the engine warmed up, I noticed a small oil leak. Upon closer inspection, I discovered that one of the bolts in a valve cover (which came already installed on the long block) had been over tightened and had a crack. At this point, I either lift the cab back up off of the frame, or fight with the tiny space I have to work with. Either way, it is another 10 hour job to repair what they broke this time. I have now lost confidence in the quality of their workmanship. They are offering to send us a valve cover, but after two times, I feel that I should not be doing this job for free again.

It is always difficult to assess the quality of the product when ordering from across the Atlantic.I placed an order for two Discovery 2 rear door/window frames and arranged shipment via Fedex on the Monday. I was pleasantly surprised that the items were being delivered on the Thursday of the same week.The items were delivered and I could tell from the packaging how much care RoverLand parts take.On opening the box each item was well packed from one another and from the outside world. The items were removed and I found it difficult to determine if these were brand new parts or salvaged parts and in pristine condition. They were clean and dust free even the quarter light glass had no finger prints.I have placed another order for some more parts from RoverLand Parts.The total cost including shipping and Import duties are a little on the high side this is more than compensated for the quality of the parts.Keep up the good work.

These guys usually have what Im looking for! And if they dont, they will make a note to grab the part the next time they pull a vehicle apart. For example, I needed a cabin filter cover that was not purchasable as a standalone component from Land Rover. Roverland didnt have one on the shelf (its a tiny part so most folks just throw them away) but they did grab one for me the next time it was convenient. Thats just one example of how they have helped me out numerous times!

Great source for used parts. Their stock can vary, but this is the nature of their business model. Installed two rear door lock actuators and a window motor. All worked without issue and restored my Discovery to working order. They will remain on my short list for my land Rover needs. Their prices really help keep these older vehicles alive.

I have had the worst experience with this company I will highly recommend this company do not buy any parts off of them They are not responsible one in their customer service is not great I will never buy a part from this company again. 2 of the 3 parts Ive ordered from RL have been broken. I understand they are used parts, but the sunroof motor I received was seized and therefore unusable. The battery cover I received had a broken clip so it wouldnt stay latched. They gave me store credit for the sunroof motor, but not really worth it if the parts I get from them are not usable.
