Since we relocated from NC, we only stopped in occasionally. The food was great but could have been cleaner.Now eat there once a month. Food is fantastic but needs to be cleaned after eating. MASKS are required!! But as I always say, dont take my word for it. Give them a try; you chose to go back.

I have enjoyed this bagel place for so many years. I am so glad the pandemic did not shut them down. Their bagels and toppings are so good and staff is clean and nice.

Whoever says this is like NYC bagels must of moved here from California.... its a salad line of bagel fixings, not very fresh...A real northern bagel shop is actually a deli also..... bagels taste decent, prices are outrageous for the quality.

I went to your restaurant Saturday, June 27 with a friend she has visited numerous times, it was my first. I was unsure of what i wanted and asked some questions. Even though there were customers behind me Maddy was patient and told me no problem. We were asking for separate bills, and butter at checkout and was so nice about taking care of us. Ive driven past this place for a long time and was pleasantly surprised with the great selection and friendliness of employeesYour prices are good as well. I used to live a 3 minute drive from here and took it for granted. Now, I will drive out of my way way 25 minutes to get a bagel here. Its honestly the best bagel in ALL of Tampa Bay. Family owned, fresh bagels, great variety of toppings/sandwich options. Some would say it needs an aesthetic update but I think its fine how it is. I LOVE YOU!!!!

I tried about 10 bagel shops around this whole region. These guys have freshest tasting and softest bagels you can buy. Breakfast sandwiches little pricey, but its easy to make the sandwich at home too.

First time here and I really liked it. We had a bacon egg and cheese bagel, ham egg and cheese bagel and sausage egg and cheese bagel. They were great. The bagels are a nice big size and delicious. Quick service. The owner is a riot. Ask for the hot coffee.

Best breakfast from a bagel shop Ive had since being down here in Florida from Long Island, NY. They even said if I called the day before theyd make Egg Everything bagels for us! Had Cappuccinos and Espresso as well! So yummy.

I always recommend this place to anyone who is looking for the best bagels in town. I get the Everything Bagel, toasted with plain cream cheese. My choice is boring but the flavor is anything but. The bagal has always been fresh and gooey soft with every bite. They have an assortment of cream cheeses and drinks for any taste at a reasonable price.

You guys already charge $8 for a breakfast bagel sandwich and thats high. I came in yesterday bought a sausage bacon egg and cheese bagel for $8 plus tax. I come in this morning and its $9.66! Also the cashier being a smart alec using sign language because I was appalled to hear the raise in price and she tells me someone rung it up wrong when it was her who did it lol. I like your sandwiches but $9.66 is way too much for just a damn breakfast sandwich! Thats more than a burger and fries and thats unreasonable. You wanna be greedy and raise prices in this part of town then I wont be back! Im sure that doesnt matter to you all though but for that price Ill buy my own bagels and make my own for just a bit more than you charge for 1 sandwich!

This is the go to breakfast spot for a bunch of TPD and hospital staff. Absolutely delicious fresh bagels with every possible customization you can imagine, fresh made artesian cream cheese spreads, WOW. This will become an addiction, but it is super fresh and delicious. I recommend the bacon egg and cheese on an asiago bagel, you will not regret it!

We had the garlic toasted with strawberry cream cheese & the everything with bacon chive. Tasted great and we would recommend.

These are the real deal when it comes to a bagel. I grew up in New York and was very disappointed when I moved to Florida because I couldnt find a good bagel place. A friend told me about Bagels Plus so I had to try it. Wow, simply amazing. Theyre probably better than the bagels in NY. I always stop in when Im in the area to pick up a dozen to take home and freeze. If you want the best bagel in you life, go here, you wont be disappointed.

Ive been here about a bakers dozen number of times, and they have never failed to exceed expectations! Even when there is a line they get you through quickly, and the bagels are excellent!! Their salmon spread is definitely worth a try as well. Check them out!

The owner here is extremely aggressive and disrespectful. The entire staff is pretty disrespectful. Today 5/6/21 at around 11:30am the owner got very disrespectful and physically aggressive towards my fiancé after his worker messed up our order and overcharged us. They wanted to charge $7.10 for TWO EGGS meanwhile a whole egg sandwich with the bagel, eggs, cheese and bacon is $7.35. (Meanwhile online when you look at the menu section on here it says $3.49 for eggs and $4.39 for eggs with cheese). When my fiancé said something about it he threw the money back at my fiancé and kicked him out by physically shoving him out the door injuring his left shoulder. That guy should be charged with battery and fined for placing hands on someone the way he did.We will never be going back and if you read this review hopefully you think twice about stepping into this establishment. The food is good, but I don’t think it makes up for the disrespect you get from the workers and the owner. They are clearly too busy for what they can handle and take it out on paying customers. We will be taking legal action against this place and hopefully the owner will learn to never do something like this again to someone else.

Great sandwiches and cream cheese as well. the reason I knock off of for as much as I like this place they need to have someone taking care of the front of the house by cleaning off tables and taking care of the front of the restaurant by weeding and maybe a little bit of a remodel, there was old coffee machines at the entrance I understand theyre busy, but atmosphere is definitely part of the overall experience.

For over 20 years we have come to bagels plus, as native New Yorkers, the bagels were the best however this past fall my daughter and I went one Sunday morning and purchased 6 plain bagels and as I waited in line to pay I was continuing ignored at the register so that the cashier could take incoming phone calls. When the one phone order couldn’t be filled due to availability,the cashier chose to make me wait while she chose to dial the phone in order person back. When I said can I just pay, she was ignorant. I waited already in line while she answered and took that call, why should I have to wait while she calls them back? Bad service and I won’t be back, not worth the travel time to be treated with ignorance, I’ll go to Brooklyn bagels now open in Wesley Chapel!

The food and service there is amazing! The quality and portion size is also outstanding! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. So youre wondering why the 3 star rating? Ive been noticing that the pricing is different each time I show up. I order the same thing each time and each time the price will vary $15, $19 and even $22 dollars. Has anyone else noticed varying amounts when having the same orders? If I start having consistent prices then Ill come back to give 5 stars.

Legitimate real bagels. Big puffy and chewy boiled and baked. No funky fruit or rainbow bagels. Just traditional bagels. Bacon /egg sandwiches are too good to speak of. Service is fast and patient.

Great staff. Good food. Pricing is very off. A normal bagel with tuna should not exceed $4. It is not a sandwich it is a bagel with tuna. A bagel with egg and cheese and a bagel with tuna coming out to $14 is excessive. Overall it is awesome food, but factor in your demographic of mostly college kids on a budget.

We are senior citizens and we live in south Tampa. We love your bagels! We just was there about 45 minutes ago We got home and the bagels are not marked. The girl asked me several times what it was I wanted. I kept telling her one bagel - onion - one - garlic -one sesame seed all with cream-cheese & chives... we received two onion and one sesame seed! This place definitely belies its exterior. The restaurant is extremely clean inside, comfortable, and full of friendly staff. The owner is especially kind, and just fun to be around.The bagels are incredible, the sandwiches are huge and fantastic. The cream cheese comes in a large variety, and the food is excellent across the board. Its a hole in the wall type place, but I cannot recommend it enough. Its a great stop on the way to work, great value, and a good breakfast for a group.

I like Bagel Plus but I find that they are a little on the expensive side. They do make their bagels fresh daily but I paid 6.20ish for a ham, egg, and cheese everything bagel. I initially went for a croissant, but when I got there around noon, they didnt have any.

Being from New York - there are three foods that can drive me to fits of rage or the heights of bliss - okay - four - but its pizza, chinese food and bagels that reduce me to either groans of disappointment or ecstacy... well happy wanderer - you stumbled into the best bagel joint south of NY. People are convinced its the NY water that makes NY bagels special - but the secret is malt barley - thats the distinctive taste that I crave - and found in just the right proportion at Bagel Plus! PS - a schmear of honeyd walnut cream cheese on a toasted everything is to die for!

This place is the absolute best! I used to go here all the time 15-20 years ago and loved it, but sadly moved away from FL. Back in town, straight to Bagels Plus! Family owned, AMAZING food, generous servings. I wish there was one where I live! They make bagels from scratch in house the right way.I cant say enough good stuff about this place. 10 STARS!

I have found, that for months now, the prices have been inconsistent. Which is weird. I always have the same order and somehow, end up paying different amounts. I love the food and staff, and I’m ALWAYS suggesting this place to people and have even taken my family there numerous of times. The last time I went there, I did a run for my boss and his family. When the lady was adding up my total, she said “ hmm, let’s say it’s $xx.xx” I didn’t understand that whole concept. If it’s fixed prices, you would say “let’s say it’s this”. Kind of disappointing. Not sure if I will continue to go back if the pricing keeps changing every time I go and get the EXACT same things....
