The counter clerk is very attentive and informative, quite a variety. The place is very small, it is not a place that you can walk openly. They appear to be mostly distributors.

For now don’t buy from this company. Other reviews are right they come in small boxes when men’s they don’t Care about our products. Also my clipper blade came out of place first time ever that that as happen. Also my clipper stop working while I was working and still no response. Save the money and headache. Their products may be FAKE!!! BEWARE STAY AWAY FROM SCAMMERS! If they fix I problem I will update. But for now I’m out 200 buck and way more because of time.

My husband ordered a product from this company. USPS says it was delivered but we did not receive the product. When we contacted customer service, they basically said that was our problem to deal with and they had “done their part.” I’ve seen they comment back on reviews with “please review our store policy before writing negative comments”, but even if this is “store policy”, what kind of company doesn’t want to ensure the happiness of their customers? The product my husband ordered was like no more than $15. Would it have been that hard to just reship the item or even go to USPS on our behalf instead of telling us to deal with it? They’d rather get negative reviews instead of creating happy returning customers. Terrible business model. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I wouldn’t order from them if you’re looking for helpful customer service. I’m currently on a deployment in the middle east and I ordered some clippers and trimmers to cut my guys hair while I’m out here and they not only never showed up when the tracking said delivered, but when I contacted the company they said that they wouldn’t do anything for me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Dropped over $200 and I can’t even get customer service, much less the product I paid for.

I purchased some clippers and comb guards from this website, they were the only ones that had them in stock at the time. The price also beat the competition, even Amazon. I got the package a day early, the contents inside were all protected very well. Ill be buying anything else I need from this place.

Amazon shopping revealed a number of price gouging opportunists, or led to frustrating “out of stock” dead-ends. The upside was I learned a lot about top brands, and honed in on Wahl, Andis, or Oster. Unfortunately, even their sites directly had production issues.Eventually I had the epiphany to start searching barber supply stores as options. Always skeptical of scammers, I passed over a number of sites before yours. The quality of the site, the variety of products, and the payment options convinced me to give it achance.My biggest fear was because your price was about $30 cheaper than other retailers. I was prepared that either my clipper was fictitious or I’d get a greasy, used refurb with some dude’s hairs in it. My anxiety eased from the start the moment you supplied a legit tracking number, and I couldn’t believe when it actually progressed through the mail system and arrived.To my delight, the clippers are new and clean. Ordered almost 500$ on barber tools and one came defected and doesn’t turn on unless plugged into the charger which defeats the purpose of buying a “wireless clipper” was told they cannot do anything Bc it still turns on with the “charger” plugged in. Do not buy anything from this company they are scammers. Bought some clippers as soon as i received them i plugged them up they instantly started making a loud noise as if they were dropped and not only that its missing a piece from it... The owner says he would replace them. i went back twice an hour from where i live and he made up some excuse. This people dont refund nor exchange now im just stuck with some broken clippers 😠

Dont pre-order anything from these guys. I pee ordered my cordless senior in January and they wont give me a refund. All of my colleagues have them without pre-order, yet I still have yet to hear from these guys. I also talked to Wahl itself and they told me that Ideal Barber Supply was not authorized to offer pre orders on their behalf. Overall bad business. I dont wanna deal with these irresponsible guys again. I payed 125 while I can get them right now for 111 at sallys, but guess what I cant get a refund because their customer service is off too.
