A wonderful day here at the Shoe Carnival. Sweet, polite and cheerful cashiers Ariels and Monica. Trent was helpful. And I met a nice lady name Joanna . My son found 2 pairs of sneakers. All I can do to finish up my day is to have a cold 🍺.

I love their low prices on brand shoes 👞. The people are very helpful. You need they find. I always find what I want and need for a very good price. I definitely 100% recommend 👌 them.

First time visiting, probably one one of the cleanest and best kept show stores Ive been in for quite some time. Staff were friendly. Masks were required and social distancing in effect.

This is the best shoe store in the country, seriously, dont get me started. The general manager cultivates a vibe that makes shopping incredibly fun. He not only has a friendly attitude and demeanor but he also delivers punny remarks on the microphone. They always go out of their way to help every customer, and for that, the entire staff deserves a raise!

No stars horrible service.!! I asked for help and the store associate acted like I was bothering her. Then I asked could she check the land o lakes store and she rolled her eyes. No thank you !!!

Clerk and staff were great, also had decent deals on name brand shoes.

Staff greets you when you enter the store but getting help once inside is a different story.

Sorry to have to post only 2 stars but I had just come from another store that had several of the exact same pair of shoes for $15- $20 dollars less. They definitely have a huge selection of shoes but I felt no matter what I purchased I could pay less somewhere else.

The staff does a good job trying to keep up with re-stocking shoes and boxes. The whole system of shoes involves trying them on, so its all awkward. I come here and I bring my patience and understanding.

Associates were very helpful and attentive, even though it was jam packed with families doing back to school shopping.

Theres one thing I cant stand and thats the stereotypical view of color or religion . I did not notice I was being watched nor followed until I was in line paying for my items. I had nothing to put no shoes in to walkout with yet I was profiled like I did and I was carrying a 6month old as well as holding a 1year olds hand. But I guess Im better that wonder woman that I would be able to just take something. Im 37 with three young girls and I always let my kids know if you cant afford it you dont need it. But yet I walked out feeling like a crimanl so thanks for great experience (whatever your name was guy)

Great customer service but everytime I go to this location never I mean never have my size or my husband I have to wait 5 to 7 days for shipping if I wanted to wait 5 to 7 days I would just shop online gonna be honest they lost my business few times because that situation I have gone to Jc Pennys across the street for the same shoes for same price were pretty common sizes (6 in women 9 in mens) the lady said normally only get 2pairs of those sizes in a shipment

We were in there today 1/19/2019. Went in back of clearance found shoes I wanted to buy but not marked clearance. I went up front asked the gentleman why are these not marked and I. found on shelf in clearance his response was Well we dont have any more of these and no place to put it so we just put on shelf in clearance BUT THESE SHOES ARE NOT ON CLEARANCE SO I GAVE THE SHO BOT TO THE. MALE EMPLOYEE AND LEFT. YOU NEED NEW STAFF. LET THE OTHERS GO.
