This was my favorite Publix until today, I thought publix could do no wrong, foolish me aye? Its so sad that this continues to happen. I come weekly to this publix and spend a pretty penny every time. Today I rushed in at around 8:30am, I needed supplies as my Irish twin boys contracted a virus the daycare. I had a rough idea of what I needed. I am British, we do not have the same medication that America has, I need to google everything I think I need, so it takes a while. I entered the medicine aisle near the pharmacy, was watched, I timely moved to the baby aisle to get fever reducer etc was joined by 3 more employees pretending to fix a an already fixed display (2 males, 1 female). Moved on to get some grape juice from concentrate, was followed by one of the employees pretending yet again, he only stopped when I stopped, the funny part is as someone who specializes in surveillance and a husband trained by the USAF, he really needs to work on his tracking skills, you wont catch a fly with that method. I could of made a scene at the store and called out the bigot perpetrators but I decided to proceed home and deal with my children and use my platform to let your customers know who they are dealing with.You know what really disappointed me, had I been dressed in my regular designer materialistic attire, you probably would of offered help, which I needed.Retrain, educate…Do better.

Great selection of produce, amazing displays just way too busy and hectic for my taste.

I don’t have anything with the employees that work here. I have a huge issue with Publix in general, they don’t have any good deals at all, I can find better deals at Whole Foods and if you all pay close attention to their prices they change based on the location even though the distance is 3 miles away from each other. I’m done with them.

Had one of the best experiences at the specific Publix location. Crazy but the sales seem to be a little better here. Also love that there are no limits to bogo items.

This is my childhood grocery store and am as pleased today as I was riding my bicycle there for some needed family items many many years ago! Took my 101 year old grandmother here while in town and it fulfilled all our expectations! This is why I loved the opening of the new Publix by my home that is a 7 hour drive away!

The store is very clean. The hot bar is always stocked while its open, and the food is exceptional for grocery a grocery store buffet. Every time Ive ordered a sandwich from the deli, they stuff it with meat so I feel like Im getting my moneys worth. As far as Publix goes, this is one of the best that Ive been to in the bay area. I also recommend the Publix at Gandy and Manhattan.

They charged me $81 to make my girlfriend’s 7” birthday cake. I pick it up and this is what they gave me. At $81 for a very small cake I expect it to look like the actual picture and not some thrown together in a couple minutes cake. I could have spent $20 somewhere else and ended up with a better quality looking cake...

Line at customer service wasnt bad, there was a gentleman that I thought was trying to cut in front of us all for lotto but the clerk made him wait his turn.

They have one of the few hot bars left in Florida and I’ve been here the last 6 weeks for a construction project, every week I try something new in hopes they did better than last week. The Chinese on Monday’s is saltier than a salt block, the pasta nights always disappoints with hard crusty noodles to chicken Marsala that tastes like chicken bouillon water pasta. They need to tighten up on the hot bar. The couple places in Naples makes this place look like a little Caesar’s of the hot bar world. Not to mention. My roll was rock hard half way through

They have an awesome variety of things and fresh cold cuts the sandwiches are made fresh and they have the buy one get one free the soup of the day my favorite is the clam chowder

Always a no-brainer to choose Publix. While there are many locations, if I find myself close to another store brand, I still drive out of my way to go to Publix

Aaron in the deli area is awesome! He helped me be able to send Publix subs to my sister in California a few weeks ago and today cooked wings that werent out yet. Also, the gentleman in the seafood section (I didnt get his name) but he is so nice and always has a smile, you can tell even behind his mask. This is a great store with a great team!

I want to say that this Publix Location is probably the best one. And I think it is because of their Mature associates. I stop by the pharmacy for a prescription and the lady was so helpful she was able to find my insurance with out me providing her the insurance card and mind you I never used publix pharmacy before. And just as I walk around you could see the associates involvement with the customers not only pointing but actually trying to help the customers. The one difference with the one by my house is the aged. The average associated here is like over 35 and the average by my house is like 20 or less. What a pleasure to have such a great service. I will gladly drive the 30 plus minutes for the service. That 28 minutes more than the location by my house.

Clean and nice shopping experience but no giant size Thomas English Muffins. I have to bring them back from Stop And Shop when I go back to New York along with bagels of course.

Very bad service in the deli, we are 5 people waiting and only 1 attending the deli, there are 3 more people inside cutting in the machines, they prefer to do that to serve the customers!

BLAKE was super awesome!!!! Respectful and attentive to us & our needs! That’s why I gave 4stars!The whole reason we stopped coming to this location was due to the poor customer service!They were out of meatballs (as usual here) so I decided to get a chicken ‘parm sub’ but they had no Mariana sauce behind the counter, again, as usual.That’s fine I said as I offered to go to the aisle and get it (I’ve done this in the past) however, when I asked where it was(Shana don’t know the proper spelling, sorry)had no clue what isle it was down & then had an unpleasant attitude about going to get it.There probably was about 3 employees around my sub the whole time it was being made. I felt like my sub was in surgery & the workers were doctors! Hovering around it.Blake apologized to us! I think he saw our frustration. Thank you!Even the older lady had to interfere during the order to put a sticker on the sauce Shana pulled. I get it. I worked retail. I understand inventory but it could have waited until we were done ordering.And for the record, the sauce was around isles 4 & 5.This is why we like Platt St. Tara’s awesome there like Blake is here

Went shopping yesterday and needed a little help finding guacamole mix ask Jojo if he could help and we had trouble finding just what I wanted so I continued my shopping and Jojo had continued to look for what I wanted and found it and then he caught up with and brought the items to me. He went above and beyond what he did and I believe he has a great future with your company

I am having the best dinner tonight, I bought a ribeye and a nice steak seasoning, another great meal. The ribeye, is so tender and delicious. Publix is convenient and easy to find good parking, the employees are always in a good mood, and its a great store.

Wasnt really empresses with this Publix. For a few reasons Im not gonna get into. Those reasons are why I only gave them 3 stars.

My daughter was just in your store buying groceries for 3 different people through Instacart, was harassed by customers and employees for her bottled water purchase, which was within the limit set by the store. Followed to her car by the manager and asked who checked her out, when she explained it was an instacart order, she turned and walked away. Stay classy Publix. Aldi for life!

Had my very first experience at Publix yesterday and I can honestly say this is the best supermarket Ive been to. They have free valet parking so if its ever super busy you can use that. I have never seen valet parking at a grocery store. Also, the store is huge and have an awesome selection of everything and the staff was super nice when we asked for some help. New favorite supermarket!

An absolutely wonderful store with such poor parking that it affects the customer experience. There’s no reason people should consistently drive around for 10 minutes looking for a spot because all of them are taken. The store is extremely close to my office and I choose to go to other locations due to the poor parking during lunch time and after work I can only imagine how bad weekends are and it is the only Publix I have ever been to I consistently can’t find parking at.

Love this place for their produce and bakery products. Bakery products are always fresh and tasty. Prices are also very attractive.

Publix is always great. The people are nice and this one is always clean. Two negatives, I could give birth before I get what I need at the pharmacy. Second, while their selection seems excellent, there isnt much depth per item...like my wifes beer of choice. Its usually gone. Keep up the good work otherwise.

Someone stole my cheese i paid for here at the self checkout and they stopped selling SOLA chocolate granola; they only sell vanilla.

Mathew recently helped me with something concerning a gift card that was difficult yet he did it patiently and successfully. Publix is the best! Great meat, great fish, great produce. Love the Publix store brand products too! You dont realize how good you have it until you have to buy groceries somewhere else.Just wish they had the paper bags with handles like Trader Joes.

Store was immaculate and everything in the produce section was fresh. I was looking for something specific that was not out and one of the employees whom I interrupted from stocking stopped what he was fooling to go into the back to check if they truck had delivered it. I wish I had his name. Awesome employee.
