The cabinets are nice but they did not deliver the knobs and pulls for the cabinets. It has been 6 weeks now and the cabinets are installed. Every time i call to find them i get a different story. Once the check clears the service is gone with the wind. I still don’t have my complete order with all the knobs. I have heard that they were lost and we are sending more to we don’t know where they are. Nobody seems to care or want to call back. This place is very frustrating to work with.

I am very happy with the cabinets I just had installed that I bought from Cabinets To Go. They have an excellent website that made the process of picking out the size pieces I wanted very easy. Its so convenient to be able to go to your kitchen while looking at the sizes of cabinets available (which is plentiful) instead of being somewhere else. By time I got to the store I had already written down everything I wanted. Josh Schermann was very courteous and helpful and he reminded me to get the handles I would need. I was a little worried they might not honor the 30% sale they were having for what I wanted, but I was given the discount. I was told I would have to come back to the store to pick the cabinets up in about 10 days, but they were delivered to my house 8 days later. They were easy to put together (according to my handyman) and I love the look and the quality of them. I found out I need a finishing strip that fills the gap between a counter and a wall. I called the store and they were again very polite and helpful, even though my phone was cutting in and out so I had to call them back on another one to finish placing the order.

The worst place to buy your cabinets they should call themselves cabinets to wait I purchased my cabinets a month 2 weeks ago and I’m still missing My drawers I’ve called the 1800 cabinets number I was provided and my drawers are still on back Order if you going to spend more then 7000 on cabinets stay away from this place don’t waste your time or hard earn money on this company

Watch yourself with this company, inspect all your cabinets before leaving the store. The sales staff will not help you once you take procession of the cabinet and you have to deal with the customer service department. I just had a simple small order and it has been a nightmare. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It was like going to a used car dealership, tell you everything you want to hear to get the sale.

Cabinets themselves are very nice. This is why the two stars. But once you sign the contract customer service goes out the window. They have surcharges for every thing. Installer screwed up BAD installing the cabinets and then the countertop. Damaged cabinets take at east 2 weeks to get replaced provided you show them, via email helps speed it up, the pictures showing the damage. Countertops are from a company in clearwater and they are slower than SH_ _. Richard Yeorge will not tell you about all the surcharges after the first sale, does not answer half his emails, and tries to pass problems along to customer service. You call customer service and they send you back to Richard. To sum up lots of run around after the sale, and NO help from the store or customer service.

They’re nice when you get there but they use the worst installers who have no clue what they’re doing and will not install your kitchen properly. When I complained to corporate they told me they didn’t want to get in the middle of it and I needed to talk to the installers that they assigned. The absolute worst customer service ever. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

So, lesson of the summer? DO NOT use Cabinets to Go when remodeling your kitchen. It has been a horrific experience. The worst incompetence and customer service I have ever encountered.I received my initial order over three weeks ago. Four of my base cabinets had manufacturing errors and I was missing one upper. I placed a claim for replacement parts three weeks ago today. I was told I would have them Friday June 30th. When they still werent here on Monday July 3rd, I called again, and discovered they hadnt even been shipped!I was then promised I would have them directly shipped to my house on Friday, July 7th. When they didnt arrive by 1, I again called. This time they had been shipped, but they did not communicate to the shipping carrier that they were to be delivered Friday, so I literally had to go to the next county to pick them up myself so I could work on them over the weekend, because my house doesnt have a kitchen working while I wait for these parts. Three hours of rush hour traffic later, I open the replacements and they have problems, too. I Frankenstein parts and pieces together to make things work. But, I still had to wait for a backordered item.Called on Monday, July 10th, and had to again correct customer service on what piece I needed. I received a package today. Would have been nice if it was the right size!Another round of calls and emails (dealing directly with the customer service rep, Erwin), yet I am still waiting to hear if they have the part I need. I was told it wont go out today, which means I dont expect to get it until next week. Another weekend wasted!The level of incompetence, lack of urgency, and poor quality has me astounded. All they have offered in the way of compensation is a refund on the last cabinet. Thats a drop in the bucket for all of the time and headache. Meanwhile, my kitchen is still down for the time being. The hopes of the project being complete before school starts up again are out the window.I have never written an online review before, but I feel obligated to warn others before they get hoodwinked by this company. Buyer Beware!!! the product may look nice in the showroom, but they do not stand by their product if anything goes wrong.

Cabinets arrived on time. I was satisfied with the quality of the cabinets and the design. But one of the drawer boxes was cracked, and it has taken me many phone calls and emails to customer care to try to get it replaced. It has been over a month and still dont have it.

I see that some of the reviewers are not favorable for this outfit. I can only speak about my own experience. I have been using Keith D to help design and layout my cabinets for kitchen and laundry room. Keith has worked with me, revision after revision and is happy to help. Its obvious that he cares about what he puts out there and wants to make this customer happy. I am not using them for installation so I cant comment on that.

THE worst experience EVER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or their Granite/Quartz offering for anything!I remodeled my kitchen ($21k) including quartz counter tops and the entire process was terrible. The wrong cabinets were ordered, trying to get my counter tops is taking weeks because they dont know how to adequately prepare estimates and account for all of the complexities they should be aware of in their own line of work. They have called me time and time again to charge me more money because they prepared the estimates incorrectly. The entire operation is poorly managed, and frankly it is a joke. Spend your hard earned money with a company that knows what theyre doing.

Complete lack of help. When Caught in a lie the sales(ha) person got mean and nasty.When I apologized for upsetting him, his reply was its only cabinets. Jerk.!!!!He is correct now we need to look elsewhere for cabinets.

Poor install experience. Hidden install cost and incomplete process.Cabinets to go leases out contractors so after you make your payments through them they state there will be so and so also for the contractor. They estimated around 1000 for everything.The day before they were supposed to show up the contractors sent us a bill for everything at 4pm and demanded we pay immediately before they close 6pm. The bill included extras like a 400$ dumpster for rent to place the old cabinets. It was $1600, more than we anticipated but they were coming the next day so I payed it. Poor practice to wait last minute and tack extras on top.. then they just placed the old cabinets inside the storage truck that they unloaded the new cabinets in... Didnt even use or bring the dumpster they charged for.The install was a poor job. We just painted the walls and they scuffed them pretty bad including putting holes around the cabinet roof, leaving self leveling on our trim and walls, and leaving a giant hole in the wall. They didnt offer to fix any of them and said it would be extra. They also charged me 200$ for a sink install, then at the end of it they say whos hooking up your sink?. I said arent you? Nope. I paid for the install... Not the hookup. That will be extra and have to be another day.......Cabinet quality and countertop was good. It is why I gave them 2 stars. Otherwise would be a solid 1 star. The cabinets did have minor scuffs from storage so didnt look completely new.Countertops and countertop installers were very professional and everything was exactly as explained. Double check measurements after cabinets installed, 2 weeks later theyll install them.The schedule for floors on the other hand was a complete lie. They said the flooring would take 3 days, ended up being 3 weeks, each time not letting us know when they would be back to finish (even tho they didnt finish, only to be back again and again leaving us with entire living room in our bedroom for 3 weeks). Laminate has multiple pieces that have already slightly popped out after 1 week which is unacceptable. They also didnt seal up the kitchen stating the laminate isnt really water resistant... Now I have to seal it myself.Also charged $450 extra for electrical outlets afterwards. Doubling the price of the original estimate.I am so displeased with cabinets to go. Entire process had been unprofessional and I wish we never went with them.

Had great customer service from the sales rep Keith Decker. Delivery was on time and all pieces were intact. The bottom corner cabinet was difficult to assemble if you are doing it by yourself. Other than that, the rest of the cabinets were quick and easy to assemble. If you do take off the doors to make it easier to install the wall cabinets make sure to know which side was up because the width from top to door is different than bottom to door. Did not realize that till after I put them up. After deciding not to use the bottom light trim, returning it was a breeze (restocking fee sucked but oh well).

Cabinet install was good, counter top was poorly installed and broke at the seam. Tech came out and assured me it would be done right. Friday is a poor choice for repairs as they are looking to go home for the weekend. Upon arrival he said he would fix me up. Wish I had chosen some one else.

Ordered bathroom cabinets. The drawer fronts did not ship. We have called the Tampa and Orlando stores for the past 6 months. Still nothing. We have spoken to their supervisor and still nothing. Now we have cabinets installed with no drawer fronts... Awesome! I will not spend my money here ever again!

Bought cabinets here in 2014-2015 have held up well so far. Unfortunately the price has doubled since then though.

I had used CTG before so was surprised and completely disappointed with my recent interaction. A simple order of their 36 bathroom vanity went off the rails bad. I was completing a bathroom remodel and the owner wanted this particular vanity. I went down to CTG Tampa and spoke to Keith. I ordered and paid and was told at max 21 days. Fast forward 33 days and not only was the vanity not there, it wasnt coming ever. Keith said they now have discontinued the vanity at which time I asked when he was going to tell me. He said he just found out the day I called, yeah.... right. Now I am waiting my reimbursement. Im counting the days. Never again!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company. They told me the cabinets would take two weeks to get, its been six months and still short on my order. I have repeatedly been lied to, jerked around and overall been so angry from lack of response I could scream. Please dont use Cabinets to Go, there are better companies that treat their customers with respect. All I get is excuses when I call. Save yourself the headache and find a company that cares. Simply horrible.My small project to install two cabinets with counter tops and faucets has been delayed and incomplete due to utter incompetence of this company any its suggested contractors for more than 6 months.They keep handing off the issue from main company to contractor to an other contractor and keep giving you new dates with no one showing up.Right now the cabinets have extra holes as the contractor forgot to check the handle length and the plumbing leaks buy HEY its not there fault... they just push you the contractor KBS and not actually force you to sign with them.

When my aunt wanted me to help her install new cabinets in her new home, I immediately knew who to call. CTG did the cabinets for my family in Michigan, and since they have so many locations, I knew theyd have one close to my aunt in Tampa. The service was incredible, the staff was knowledgable, and the cabinets were installed with professionalism, quality, and speed. I will continue to get the word out about how amazing Cabinets To Go is!

Bay City Cabinets is cheaper than Cabinets To Go and there cabinets come already assembled. There delivery fees are also cheaper. We wasted over an hour of our time, just to be told as we were walking out the door that we would have to assemble the cabinets ourselves, they didnt come already assembled. I recommend Bay City Cabinets all day long.

These guys did a pretty good job with our kitchen the only reason they did nt get 5 stars is because it always took a fe phone calls to get to the person I needed but everything else was really great I would definitely recommend these guys if you go here ask for sean I think is his name.
