Small shop and operation, but service and expertise is really the key. They understand products and compatibility. Labor pricing is on par with bigger operations, but they are worth it anyway. I have a few more items to add and they will be the only one I will use. Highly recommended!

I have had a few cars windows tinted at Audio Itch. Each time has been a timely, professional experience. Had a problem with one window bubbling and they were great about getting me back in and fixing it up!

Took my Vette here to have a modern double din headunit receiver installed in place of the factory stereo. They did a great job for a great price and only took a few hours. Didnt mess up anything in the car which is sometimes hard when shops work on older cars. Highly recommend !

The owner is a hands-on approach guy. I had several small issues I need it fixed, including a new car stereo that I brought to him. Even with a small wiring problem later, he stood behind his work! So I had my back up camera installed, and will probably tend my windows next. Awesome service, awesome people!

If I could give it zero stars I would. After reviewing the excellent reviews on google and skipping the $45.00 window tint guys. I ended up spending $214.00; which is totally fine as I considered the quality of tinting I was getting. I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. It took them nearly two and half hours; which is fine considering the quality of tinting I was getting. Upon leaving there was a heavy ammonia smell in my car along with long streaks of gunk on my vinyl door panels and back seat panels as well. No biggie right? Well those streaks tarnished my plastic and vinyl parts as it set in and stained them. It was as though they did not even attempt to clean it up.There was still dried glue from a previous tint job that they had tinted over on my quarter window. Mind you they charged me another 50.00 to remove any glue that remained.Lastly they threw all of my belongings on the ground, three cd cases I purchased today, bills(which I found shoe prints on) and a pair of $220.00 ray ban sunglasses.The majority of people who get their windows tinted expect perfection, this was no where close. Before they started the work I told them that my driver side window was slightly off track. Stating that it has to be stopped at a certain point or the window will roll past the main stop point. I adjusted the window for them as they told me they would not adjust it and was displeased to see that they rolled it up past the stop point. My window could have broke as it was pressed against the the outer window panel of my car.Update: so I took my car back for a second time a couple of weeks back. And to my disappointment there was still gunk on my vinyl doors and the tint on my drivers side window was crooked with bubbles. So much in fact you can see a clear spot where there is no tint at all. The manager apologized and said he could fix it in 20 minutes. Unfortunately I did not have those twenty minutes. Keep in my mind they had my car for over five hours and it was the second time I went there. I plan on taking it back a third time only because I have no choice. I have over 200.00 tied in to this nightmare.Carlos, I’m sorry for all the trouble you’re having with the tinting on your vehicle. You do have a Manufacturers Lifetime Warranty so any bubbling you see, is under warranty. We are happy to take care of that for you, or you can call the manufacturer and go to another dealer to have that repaired. From what I’m reading, you had previously tinted your car and were removing the old tint? That does require more than and hour and a half, which is the time it takes if you do not have to remove old film. The streaks you saw on your door panel are from water and baby shampoo, that is what is used to apply the tint. The streaks are where it cleaned your door, and you’re correct, they should have wiped down your door. I know it’s been two years, but you still have a warranty, and are clearly not over it, so schedule an appointment and bring in your warranty card and we will be happy to take care of it for you.Youre correct Im not over it! Should anyone be over a bad tint job that was done twice? Plus my photos were removed, thats what Im upset about. Instead of going to you guys for a 3rd time I took my car somewhere else as I had no confidence in you guys doing it correctly again. I paid only $90.00 to have it done correctly the first time by an experienced tinting company. I had to cut my losses of over $200.00 with you guys. So I cannot use the warranty as your tint is no longer on my car.Looking at the reviews of others that are highly rated, you guys respond to those rather quickly. On the other hand taking two years to respond to my review is bad business. I would like a refund if possible. I have found other ways to post pictures of the tint job (since mine were removed after 3000+ views) on other outlets as well and will continue to do so until Im refunded. Warranty or not, no customer should have to go through such a hard time.

I have not gotten my windows tinted with them, but they did some other work on my car. Lonnie went out of his way to help me and replace the system. Great customer service and he did an excellent job.

This place is legit. They actually took the time to schedule me when everyone else was booked for the next 2 months. Ive had people like best buy on dale mabry say theyre too busy to even schedule me for an appointment.These guys fixed/replaced my front speakers within 2 hours, diagnostic included. I recommend!

The worst tint place ever. They do their own 5 star reviews so if you want the truth read the 1 stars. Want proof if their shady business read the complaints on Better Business Bureau website that they never responded to. Visit at your own roof and have good car insurance when you do.

I have to have a blow device in my car for my DUI and since their equipment went bad and they have to replace it they’re making me wait for my car because they’re not making any money off of it so here I am sitting without my car and he was rude with me when I spoke with him on the phone

This was once a shop we did recommend due to decent business practices years ago. However our own has had a recent experience here that has cause her to NO longer be recommend this anyone. They have destroyed the dash and cluster of her vehicle by drilling through it and accept no liability for it ever though they used the wrong tools and she had to bring the car back 3 times. She is disgusted at how they have handled the situation and warn all future customers to BUYER BEWARE.

Kuhn Honda uses Audio Itch to install their window tinting. After purchasing a new 2018 Civic Sport Touring, Audio Itch damaged the paint beneath the rear window when they did the tinting. Luckily, I discovered this before leaving the car dealership, and Kuhn Honda graciously agreed to repair the damage these bozos caused to my three-day-old car. Audio Itch also returned the car a mess with streaks and smudges all over the windows, the interior and exterior of the car.

This is the worst place to get your tint done. The 5 star reviews are fictitious please read all of the one star reviews as they are the REAL AND TRUE experiences of this place. If you do not take heed to this, go there at your own risk and you will be their next victim. They ruined the paint job on my car and did not take responsibility for it, did not offer a resolution and was rude. The owner is a waist of time and his girlfriend came out to look at the car as if she was going to do something and blew cigarette smoke everywhere, how unprofessional. I took my car to them for window tint in 2012. I recently sold that car and to the very end, I never had a single bubble, tear, peel, scratch, mark, or anything. The tint was perfect from day one to year 7. Brought my car to them today for tint and Im fully expecting this tint to last me just as long, if not longer.

These guys cannot be beat in the car tinting game. They have tinted 5 Mercedes Benz cars for me and every single time its impeccable. Lonnie is a God send and the installation team is top notch. I was worried about all the bad reviews but I wasnt getting my car windows tinted anyway so I took a chance. I had an awesome experience! They barely took an hour to do my stereo installation and a movie was put on in the waiting room so it didnt even feel like an hour when they let me know that my car is ready. If I ever need to do anything I know where I will go!

I had a great experienced with them installing a backup camera. They told me it will take about 2 hours but it took 3hours so I recommend giving them an extra hour just in case. Also make sure they order all the parts because in my case they forgot to order the main harness device..lol

Ive been meaning to review this company for a while and finally getting around to it after seeing someone recommend it online. We had our car tinted over spring break. They crashed my car.... Yes, you read correctly. They backed into the steel pole in front of the building and HARD! When we got the car back we reviewed our dashcam footage and heard the entire conversation between the driver and the store manager trying to come up with a lie to make them not at fault. Luckily the manager did tell us the truth but they refused to pay for the damages unless we used their shady Auto body guy. After hearing their conversation we didnt really trust these people at all. We were forced to file a claim through our own insurance. And as for the tint job... After they tinted the front windshield they placed the dashcam suction back onto the newly tinted window which led to a large circular bubble. Stay away from this company.

Hey I have a 2019 Tahoe I had a appointment at 9am I was told that the part didn’t come in I waited 3 hour the part arrived the tech bun the first one then they order a second one. that one also burn also they blamed it on my new truck then they end up giving portion of my money back I was there for nine hours I called the next morning because I have audio part in the backseat got missing then I asked him about it and they said they didn’t touch it at all.then ask Lanni about my truck radio stays on I He questioned me about me being a mechanic do to are previous conversation and told me deal with it you a mechanic figure it out very disrespectful I do not encourage no one to go out there and do any audio work on there car.also they were a couple of people complaining about the service through out the 9hr day that’s very unprofessional the reviews are all fake

My last visit I gave this place 5 star. I changed my car & went second time to get windows tint again. The new location isnt the most convenient. Even after getting the appointment - I ended waiting over 30 minutes before they took my car. The quality of work didnt seem same either. I got the darkest film with lifetime warranty. I saw a few bubbles in the rear windows. Also, the tiny seems to have changed. Its not as dark as my last cars tint.The only good thing going here is they have a movie room while you wait for your car to get ready.

Brought my car back today for a repair to the tint in one window.Set appt time was 1pm. They didn’t take my car back until 3pm because they accidentally “snuck another vehicle ahead”I was given a half serious “sorry” and I’m still waiting on my car. Never recommending this location to anyone again.

Rude staff and horrible customer service I will never take my cars there again. Someone recommended I tried this place for car tinting. They raved about how good this place was and how nice the people are. So I decided to take them up on the recommendation and had both my husband and Is Audis tinted. My car has cut lines that dont match up with the window and my husband had bubbles all over the back window as well as tint not matching up. My husband took his back after over two weeks the bubbles didnt go away. The staff was argumentative and said the tint looks fine as long as the car is dirty. They also didnt fix the back window because they said theyll damage the windows defroster. They then had an installer take a look and said this was bad. They werent apologetic and did nothing to make it right. Do not waste your money like we did take your car somewhere else!

Needed a speaker fixed, emailed them told them my exact model of my car, year and everything! I make an appointment go there on a Saturday morning only for them to tell me I need to order my speakers through a dealer and then bring it back to have them install. Would have been nice to tell me that via email.

Needed help with my wiring harness, didn’t have power to my radio, cigarette lighter or lights. They fixed all that and installed a new radio and it didn’t break the bank! Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable.

I have had a wonderful experience here. I was wary of guardian at the beginning but the service from everyone at Audio Itch has been spectacular. Lonnie, Dean, Matt, Beth and everyone in the shop. They could be slammed but they dont ignore. Ive been coming here for 2 years and have never felt mistreated. I will definitely come here for any future needs that they can service. Great experience having my windows tinted at Audio Itch. They offer multiple options at fair price points, with fast turn around and exceptional customer service. I was quickly guided through the products that they had to offer, with no pressure or sales pitch. Options are laid out in an easy to understand manner. They promised the car to be done in 1.5 hours and had it done in under 1 hour. Picked up the car, was quickly instructed on how to care for the finished tint, checked out with a smile and a hand shake. Will definitely keep them at the top of my list for recommendations for friends and family. These guys are a great example of doing business the right way!

Fair pricing, good customer service

We scheduled an appointment for 11 am. They told us on the phone that we were going to pay 75$ once we get there they tell us that is going to be 190$ roughly and after 1 hour and a half I see other cars getting served before mine. Supposedly the guy that was going to work on my car took a lunch brake. Avoid and drive away from this place. I brought in my wife car and after they worked on it the speedometer and odometer stopped working. They are expensive rude and they will make you wait 4 hours to work on your vehicle. Highly unprofessional.We have an appointment there every month, I am willing to change my review and rating if I see that our appointments are taken care punctually and in a timely matter. And please if you are going to answer again Id like to know how my perfectly working speedometer stopped reading our speed and if it can be fixed. Thank you .

Audio Itch of Tampa has been a car modification mainstay in the area for many, many years. I have sent a number of vehicles here for stereo work as well as window tinting. I have always been very satisfied with the results and the service. Many friends of mine have had similar experiences. They have a reputation for operating an upstanding, honest business that provides great service at a fair price. Im happy with the work. Its done quick, Im in and out. The price is always fair and the staff is easy to deal with.

Took my new F150 to get the windows tinted. Owner was SUPER helpful and VERY knowledgeable. Answered of all my questions and even gave feedback. Staff was very friendly and professional. They took my car inside for my tint job and I was took to their waiting area and wow it was awesome it has a mini theater. Even though hes encountered a couple of problems due to Guardian equipment malfunctions, Matt and Beth, have resolved them professionally and quickly. The employees and especially Beth, have always shown excellent customer skills and we would highly recommend Audio Itch for their excellent service.

I recently got my BMW 325i tinted at the Audio Itch and it was a pleasant experience. Their salesman, Tony, literally knew everything about window tinting and audio. Provided a ton of knowledge, which I found very helpful. Plus he was outgoing and made me feel comfortable. My windows turned out perfect. Very satisfied!

Not the place to get tints, took my car there 3 times for imperfection on the tints. They did offered lifetime warranty, but I just don’t feel confortable taking it there for a fourth time. I took it somewhere else and they got it right the first time. I guess I lost my money, I understand if not a full re-fund was given, but at least partial for not being happy with the tints and the time taken to take my car 3 different occasions.

Had my interlock device installed here and they acted like they were doing me a favor. Knowing my license was suspended in order to need Interlock in the first place, they rudely asked how I got there not once, not twice, not three, but four times. Of course I didnt drive there but what if I had? Would they have called the police and had me arrested? Would they have traded a paying customer away like that? Thats really intelligent. Unless they get kickbacks from Tampa PD or something. They are making hand over fist installing and fixing these devices so they have some nerve treating me this way. As for Guardian, I wouldnt recommend them because of older, problematic hardware, but the 800 support and two service centers I have visited were all professional, as opposed to many aspects of this place. They did install in a timely manner would literally be the only thing positive about this place.

Great work and service for window tinting!Ive had two vehicles done here.My first one was my BMW ///M Roadster. This was done in 2004. It was convertible. The convertible top likely likely contributed to the film lifting after a while where the top rubbed the window. They replaced the passenger side twice and the driver side once under warranty. For that job I chose them for low price. Good tint and service so I went back.Next vehicle is a 2017 Cherokee. I know I could have had it done cheaper elsewhere but being the family vehicle I opted for them because I knew theyd stand behind their work...and my wife will drive it most the time so that is important to ensure if there is an issue I can get it taken care of without a problem. I opted for the higher grade film for higher heat rejection and durability. They did all windows plus the glare strip on the windshield. I dealt with Dean. He made sure that the tint matched my need and preserved the factory lifetime warranty. The job was done quickly and looks good.Since they were there when I used them 13 years ago, I suspect theyll be around if I happen to have any issue with the tint on the Jeep.

Audio Itch has a friendly staff and an awesome waiting room with a huge screen and leather seating. One of the nicest shops Ive been in. Their install was fast but very clean. It looked cleaner than when i brought the car in! Thank you guys so much for the service and hospitality. A+++ recommended to all my friends and family.

Dont ever go to this place they are horrible horrible people. I had to have an interlocking device put in my car and as soon as it was put in I started having all sorts of problems with the battery. Of course they said it was my car. I was in the hospital and had my car towed there so Dean knew his equipment was going to be safe. Well he said I been in my car there and had it towed it cost me around $500 as for him having my car towed. They will rip you off every chance they get. I have seen them treat customers horribly including myself. Dont get me started on his wife shes just as bad as him. All they care about is money they dont care about their customers. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I wish I could give them negative stars but I cant. The only two people that are wonderful there are Beth and Lonnie. They did everything they could to try to help me but of course they had to listen to what Dean said and hes just an ass. I really wish I could say what I really want to say but Im sure they wouldnt let me post what I want to say. Dont waste your time your money or your dignity going to this place they suck well Dean if you had a heart knowing I was in the hospital maybe you would have known to be a little nicer and maybe leave my car there so your equipment was safe. Dont try to shame me because I got a DUI I finished your program what you got paid for every month for a year. If you were such a great company you wouldnt have all these negative reviews now would you? Youre a terrible business owner and youre a terrible person!!

If there is anyone that I know, that has any need for tint or any type or stereos work I send them to audio itch.. The staff takes the time to deal with each customer one on one.. makes sure they understand what they are looking at and truly have an understanding of how to use it and how it works.. not just at the point of the sale but any time that they have the equipment.. PLUS they have the absolute best waiting area with an amazing projector screen with pretty much any new release that comes out.. Hats off to Dean, Chip, and Lonnie.. They are the best!

Had a great experience with this company Audio Itch and the owners Rita & Dean! They were kind and pleasant to deal with. Came in for window tint on my girl friends Camry and a strip across my car! Immediately got me scheduled for an appointment and had our vehicles done right away. I am very happy with the quality of work / tint we received. The DVD player in my 2004 Sienna van had a DVD stuck inside of it for at least 2 years. We had tried several times to get the DVD out of the player to no avail. We figured that living in Florida it had probably melted inside the unit or something like that. Just before going on our summer road trip to Colorado I brought my van in to Audio Itch fully expecting to purchase a new DVD player, at a cost of over $700. I had already authorized the purchase and dropped off my van. About 20 minutes later the manager of Audio Itch called to tell me they had been able to remove the DVD from my existing DVD player was it was now working just fine. I give the Audio Itch personnel and the owner 5 stars for not ripping me off. They could have easily not even tried to get the DVD out, and just simply replaced the unit as I had already authorized them to do so. It was an great experience dealing with such an honest company. I saved $700 that day...and my DVD player still works perfectly.

I went there to get my car windows tinted, and they were very helpful to me. They give you different options and tell you exactly what is the legal limit and what is illegal. They have it laid out very easily to show you the different tints they have to offer and what each one does. I was very happy to get my work done by them, and they make it a pleasure to do business with them. Very recommended!

Im going to start off by saying Ive never been to this place.. [BUT!] after reading these past bad reviews for the past 30 minutes or so [all the way back to the past 3-4 years] its cleeaaarly obvious that no one should bring anything here.. After reading comment, after comment about how bad of customer service this Dean guy delivers, i wouldnt recommend even a stranger I just recently met on the street here. Point is, im trying to do others a favor by SUMMARIZING OTHERS EXPERIENCES. Scott Dray has tinted all of my family cars. He is honestly the best, very detailed, fast, works very efficiently. He is very educated in all the different film types. He makes it easy for customers to understand by explaining the different films and what they do, he will also suggest what he thinks is best for you and your budget.He has been doing this profession for 20+ years. I have ONLY heard extremely satisfied customers that continue to return to audio itch because of the excellent quality that SCOTT DRAY delivers .In my situation, I just had a baby and bought a new car. He suggested I get a clear tint on my front window for the purpose to keep my dash looking new and it would also reduce the amount of time that it takes the car to cool down after sitting in the Florida heat. Also, it protects the harmful uv rays for myself and my daughter. I have had my current car for 10 years and he tinted my car the day I purchased it. I have had no problems and I am still extremely satisfied. I actually still get compliments on my car tint.If your looking to get your car tinted SCOTT DRAY is the only person to go to. He will surpass your expectations. Today I went in to get the darkest legal tint I could get on my truck. They told me they needed to take the tent off the two front windows and they would charge me for that. They put the exact same tint back on the two front windows. When I addressed my issue they did nothing to resolve it. 180 dollars to put same degree of tint back on.

My Escalade touch screen CUE system quit but the radio and A/C were all still functional, so I researched the problem to find the touchscreen has known issues. The dealer would not replace the screen, only the whole system - so I contacted Audio Itch. They took in the vehicle and had a new CUE OEM touchscreen installed and out the door for a small fraction of what a replacement was quoted at the dealer. Fantastic! and just what my vehicle needed. These guys are professional and released my vehicle back to me in better condition than I left it in. Awesome !!!

I had my car tint done there and it was absolutely the fastest process ever. It was incredibly affordable, they got it done very fast, and the results are awesome!

Bad place. Tint was placed on my car and then I had to go back to change two side windows. the rear window had several bubbles the employee told me that changing can damage the heater lines and that you can see the air bubbles when the car is clean.If you want to have a bad service and cannot use your car clean this is the right place!

Audio Itch is an Amazing Company! They definitely care about the customer & always take good care of me every time I go which is at least once a month. The staff is friendly & informative & it’s a busy place, but they make you feel welcomed & handle people effectively & they always answer the phone, too!

I was referred here from a friend. They did a good job on his car and fixed a defect several weeks later with no charge and quickly. My new truck turned out perfect all the way around. It’s been 2 weeks and it’s flawless.

The staff was great, but the owner was absolutely terrible. Left my mothers car and was told to wait until a specific time at which they would call. I waited to hear from them and was never called, so I returned to get an update. Upon returning, I was told they had not even started, even though it was about 3hrs later. Then he had the audacity to ask why I returned if I wasnt called on the phone. They began working on the car and after another 2hrs I went back and saw him chatting with staff. He asked if he could help me, and I said yes, I wanted to get an update on the car. He said oh its been done for 30min. I asked him if thats the case did he think of calling me to tell me. Silence. He never apologized for anything. His staff tried to apologize on his behalf. Not going back ever, feel bad for the staff.

Beth is the best. I love coming for my monthly calibration, even though it is painful and I don’t want to but she makes it easy for me. She is very friendly and helpful to me. Way to go Beth.

I came to these guys for window tint and a new radio knowing little about my options. They were able to answer all my questions and even offer some extra advice. They got me in and out pretty quickly, the install of the radio was very clean, and the window tint was near flawless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Popped in with no appointment and a somewhat complex install request. Immediately after handling a difficult customer, they joked with me and got me a quote and promised to have the car done before I requested. They delivered. The install was done very well and 45 minutes early. Very happy with their service and how they treated me. Will definitely go to them for any future car audio needs.

Asked them about tint pricing and they were very knowledgeable about the different types and how it would fit my car.
