We have been praying about taking the next step in our home and getting new floors for the past year. We had a few companies come out and I am so pleased that God lead us to choose this company.Jennifer was very helpful with the scheduling of the appointments from consult to instillation. Customer service was perfect.Chris was so knowledgeable in helping us decide what type of flooring product/color/texture we wanted to use with our rather large family. Durability and waterproof was a must.We initially had carpet and since the new floor are in I can actually breathe better. My allergies have decreased by 60%.The floors look beautiful and totally transformed the look of our home.The gentlemen whom instilled the flooring wore masks at all time which made us feel very comfortable and safe. They were very kind and considerate. The crew was right on time every morning and cleaned up before they left each day. The project took 2 days and went right on schedule.At one point I heard worship music coming from one of the rooms the guys were working in and it just afformed for me that we choose the right company.I recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a transformation in their home. My husband and I have perfectionist tendencies, ok, they are more than tendencies, we like things done right and Exclusive flooring did a fabulous job. We had a rock fireplace that was uneven and the craftmanship was extremely well done. We will use them any opportunity we have.

Exclusive Flooring Center recently installed all my flooring needs throughout my house including vinyl, tile and carpet. It was a pleasure working with Chris and Jennifer and their experienced team of installers. Chris met each team of installers on the day of installation to explain what needed to be done. Thereafter, Chris would check in with me on a regular basis to make sure I was happy with the product and the installation. I found their installers to be on time, skilled and very neat. The flooring turned out beautifully! I would highly recommend Exclusive Flooring!!

Exclusive floors did a great job laying wood flooring at our house. They sent over a team that was very nice and cleaned up after themselves very nicely. They were quick to schedule my appointment and remained in contact throughout project to ensure things were going well. I recommend them for your flooring needs!

We used Exclusive Flooring Center for both wood floors and to tile our bathrooms. Their workmanship and quality is superior and they are really easy to work with. Chris and his team where excellent and very proffesional. We couldnt be happier and would highly recommend them for your next flooring project.

Absolutely terrible. They took our deposit to refinish our floors, but when it came time to do the work it became apparent they couldnt. Chris, the owner, continued to pitch us on placing new floors as it would be better, and refused to honor the original proposal. His communication skills are terrible, often taking days to respond. After he finally agreed to refund the deposit, and then going MIA for days, I had to physically go to his store -where he was sitting alone - and wait and watch as he physically processed my refund. I had texted him multiple times that day and got no response. To reiterate, when I got to the store he was sitting alone his office, the store empty.Overall he cost us a significant amount of money through time lost, and an even more significant amount of headache dealing his his abysmal communication and service.We quickly found a capable company for the same price he quoted, willing and able to refinish according to the original plans.

Very nice people and they have a lot of knowledge about floors. Good selection. Not very good with follow through. Havent stood behind the Uniclic Floor (Mohawk) they sold us. We explicitly followed the cleaning instructions provided by Exclusive Flooring. Floor has now delaminated and Exclusive Flooring told us we cleaned the floor too much. No water used as per their instructions. Product is probably defective but they quickly tried to remove themselves from involvement. Exclusive Flooring should have been our advocate but treated us as an inconvenience. Recommend you go somewhere else for laminate or wood floors.
