Extremely knowledgeable as well as accommodating. Our laptop was continuously crashing and one day we turned it on and it read there was no operating system. We took laptop to Chik Mobile where the system was evaluated and a new OS installed, all for a very fair price. My whole family was also entertained by the owners vast knowledge of his profession as well as the gaming systems my son could play while we waited. I highly recommend Chik Mobile to any and all.

Chik Mobile LLC is the best!! It’s a little drive from my house (about 25 mins) but TOTALLY worth it. I spent 3 plus hrs at Apple yesterday trying to fix my phone and ended up buying a new phone because they told me my old phone was unresponsive and not salvageable—they convinced me to just buy a new phone. I was skeptical but needed a working phone, but I brought the old phone into Chik mobile today and within 20 minutes my old phone was FIXED (just needed a new screen) and I was on my way… AND all for a GREAT PRICE! Now I get to go back and return that $900 new phone I bought for nothing.

I love it cause its close to me, the owners are super nice and friendly, they always have what l need, they even have a small latino section to get ur goya on, lol. Handicap parking and ramps, theyre always fully stocked, they accept ebt and even if Im a little short they let me slide and pay back when I got it, as long as it ts not too much of course. The only thing they dont sell is gasoline but other than that they got pretty much everything u may need. Give them a try theyre definitely very convenient 🙂

I love them! They are fast and efficient. Yesterday was my 2nd time getting a phone repaired by Elias. My iPhone XS Max OLED screen stopped working. It may have been sat on, (even though my screen hadn’t cracked). I appreciate Elias’ transparency and education he provided about how to better protect my phone. I called around to a few places and once again Chik had the part is stock and Elias was able start working on it immediately. I had a turned around time of about an 1.5 hours. He also gave me the option to fix the screen and keep the model I have now. I have no issues with the phone and it looks brand new. Replaced screen on iPhone 6. Then bought expensive case to protect it. Worked great for about 10 days then lines started showing up again. Then half the screen was black. Took it back due to 90 day warranty. He said it must have been dropped which it hadnt been. Wouldnt honor warranty. Nice guy, but I question the quality of parts hes using.

I have been here twice. Once for a new iPhone screen, and today for an iPhone battery. Each time I was in and out in 5-10 minutes. Very helpful and friendly.

Finally after i decided its time my fiance gets a new screen i messaged chik mobile and was quoted and awesome rate for the lcd to be replaced. I went in the store with a phone that had cracks all over the screen and the body body of the phone. Came out with a phone that looks brand new! No complaints here, all prices were reasonable and if i ever need either of our phones fixed Ill be back

My iPhone got wet and it still worked but wouldnt charge or connect with a cable anymore. I called around checking prices for a new charge port (Im a bargain shopper, I always do my research), and what Elias at Chik Mobile quoted me was less than HALF the price of the other estimates I received. He told me he would check to make sure that the issue actually was the charge port before he installed it, and that the diagnosis was free. Sold! I was not disappointed, either. I went there this afternoon and he tested the charge port, hooked up a new one, and even checked the old one again to make sure it really did need replacing (it did). The entire repair only took about half an hour. My iPhone is kind of old and only used to charge on one of my many chargers before it stopped charging at all...now it works with all of them! If you want a great price for great work, go see Elias!

I called this place because UPS left a package for me at this location. Ups made an address mistake and Chik is an access point. I spoke with the manager and asked him to forward the phone to me and I would gladly pay through any means accepted. They refused because it was an inconvenience to them. The employee stated if I did not come pick it up by Friday (today) he would send it back to the shipper. This location of Chik Mobile is a 1/hr drive from me (one way).
