Great place. Amazing bartender (Sorry I cannot remember your name). It was our first time in a cigar shop and it was fantastic. Great selection. Accessories to purchase. They roll everything fresh and by hand. On site. In front of you. They will even help you cut and light if you need it. We did. Rum bar. Overall a fantastic experience and cannot wait to try it again.

The cigars were great, but what I loved more was the two awesome ladies working and the regulars that were there. Great atmosphere, tasty drinks from great recommendations, and paired well with a fine cigar. See you all again soon!

I am from Chicago, and my friend took me to this cigar lounge. It was a medium size lounge with a good ventilation system and nice sized humidor of hand made cigars. A small section of lighters and ash trays. Christie, the bartender, was very friendly and participated in our conversation. She lit our cigars and gave great service. Of course, there were only 3-4 customers at the bar on an early afternoon on a Saturday. I will frequent this cigar lounge on my next trip to Florida.

As soon as I entered the establishment, the staff was very professional and prompt. He asked if I have visited there before and immediately began showing me around. He then entertained any question that I had.While shopping, an individual entered without a mask and the employee was very polite by asking him to please step out and put a mask on. The customer kindly respected him and did so.Great customer service.

Wonderful cigars and I dont even smoke but I did it was well crafted and a joy to smoke. Fantastic service as well, friendly and a beautiful place to be at. The art on the walls are fantastic!

Probably the best shop in ybor, it is quiet and relaxed, giving you all of the Cuban vibes that the city has to offer. The Cafe con Leche coffee here is fantastic. They offer cigars that are rolled and aged fresh in the shop for great prices. Cannot think of anything negative about this shop.

Long Ash Cigars is a very friendly, fun, and refined atmosphere. The staff, especially Francesca and Ryan, are super friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for them to explain the process of making the cigars in house. Perfect for reading, cards, and conversations. The bar is also a rum focused bar, and their specials are amazing. Stop in for a great time!

Have been buying cigars here for years... sad to say the quality of the place and the quality of the cigars has forced me to find another option, and in Ybor city there are many great options. Its sad, I really used to like this place.

I’d love to add a photo of my long ash! I visited the store in Feb 2021 and was so impressed with the selection and customer service! I purchased way too many cigars (if there is such a thing) and a beautiful humidor. The next time I’m in Clearwater Beach, I’ll surely take a drive to Ybor City to revisit my friends at Long Ash. Quality craftsmanship and a lovely smoke.

Tried Longash on a recommendation from a friend. John helped with the cigar selection, and recomended some fine drinks to complement the cigars. It was an incredible experience. The cigars were amazing, and John was the consummate gentleman. Left with 15 cigars to take home, and they have become my go to for all occasions. Will be ordering more. If you enjoy a fine cigar, a wonderful atmosphere, and top notch service, go to Longash. If John meets you at the bar you will not be disappointed!

Really my favorite cigar lounge in Ybor. All the cigars are rolled on location and they make a wonderful Café con leche. The atmosphere is perfectly relaxing and is frequented by locals and tourists both in a steady stream speaking the the wonderful cigars.

Long ash is one of Ybor citys treasured jewels. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly the atmosphere is cozy and what you would expect from a vintage cigar shop and the coffee is on point. I love going to have a cigar and a cup of coffee and watching their cigars be in hand rolled on the spot.

Today is my 2nd time patronizing this establishment, and I gotta say.. I love it here! Bryan is great, as well as the young lady that tended me my first time here. Cigars are Primo and they have sexy AF humidor boxes and accessories... Just come!! You wont be disappointed.

Great venue in Ybor City. The establishment has great flavor. Our hostess, Franchesca was both knowledgeable and sociable. As visitors to town we struck good. There are other establishments but you will appreciate the selection of cigars and the vibe.

Great place and very knowledgeable, I picked up a few sticks last week and when I lit one today it was packed so tight that it would not draw. Will have to try the others as I understand this can happen, kinda disappointed .

I only get cigars from here when Im in Ybor. The quality and flavor is great. The staff is friendly but I do miss talking and hanging out with the old staff.

The bartender Francesca made amazing espresso martinis and gave great service all around. Top notch hand rolled cigars, will absolutely come back because of the courteous service.

My husband and I are both cigar smokers, so when planning our wedding it was an easy choice for us to want to bring in a cigar roller for our guests. However, we also wanted to ensure the cigars were fresh and authentic. I contacted Mike at Long Ash Cigars and Im so happy I did. My husband and I went in to the shop a few days prior to the wedding and were so impressed. The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and helped us pick some great cigars for our honeymoon. On the wedding day they were easy to work with, arrived on time and provided excellent cigars for all our guests. Our guests are still raving about how amazing their services were, and how happy they were to be able to take some cigars home. We would recommend Long Ash Cigars time and time again, and will definitely be back!

The Long Ash Cigars was an oasis. The staff and guests were incredibly hospitable as well as knowledgeable and welcoming. Two fine gentlemen gave up their seats at the bar for us. Having not purchased a cigar in many years, Kelly helped find the perfect cigar for us and then paired them beautifully with a beer for me and a port wine for my daughter. Very friendly, get the Cuban coffee to go with your cigar as you sit and relax. Great pairing. We usually go on a Saturday and have only seen the one lady working. Such a sweety. Always enjoy stopping here.

Their own cigar has a poor draw and the girl at the counter who cuts it doesnt know how. On top of that she deliberately short changed me one dollar. Guess that was her guaranteed top. If you want a good cigar go elsewhere. There are plenty of others here

Help can vary based on how busy they are. All of my encounters with staff have been very informative and helpful. These cigars are not overly spicy and bitter, which I like. Huge variety of wraps and blends; great place to chill if you have time. In store 5% 10% and 15% off based on how many you purchase; unlike online which only offers 15% for 25.

While on vacation we visited Yboro twice...After some research I found this great establishment.. my only regret is I didnt find it on my first visit. Very cozy cigar lounge and cigar store with great staff. I plan on coming back to visit in 2019!!

Wonderful cigars!! Expertly rolled and aged. Cuban Bullet was incredible after a great meal at Columbia. Nice Wine and beer list, looking forward to some stronger choices in the future. Took my father in law from out of town down to ybor city and walked in to every cigar shop. Came back to long ash feeling like it was the best one.

Excellent lounge. Had a cigar with a defect and the owner stopped at nothing to make sure the issue was corrected. You will no doubt have a great experience here.
