Im not sure who acts more professional, the bums that linger outside or the cashiers here today(01-04-2021@3:15pm). Its a very very close race. Fire the trash and hire someone who will represent your company better.

Clean but cluttered. They had a lot of product on the floor but are short handed and desperately hiring anyone who is willing to work. Very nice customer service representatives over all the store is clean but they NEED stockers real bad. But I believe this is all the stores currently how Ive seen them since covid. Alot of foot traffic but not enough employees to make it functionable if that makes sense.

Staff is very helpful and always nice when I go in there. They always be stocked with everything I need if they dont have it they tell me when itll be in and most of the time when they tell me to come back it be there.

Typical Family Dollar. Good place for cheap stuff. Always has cool home decor at cheap prices. Store is always a mess. Staff is friendly.

Worst Family Dollar I have ever been to. The place is never stocked. Rough employees,. Dirty parking lot. I live literally right around the corner and I have to go to one of the others ones thats far and buy what I need. Why is this store even open. Its a horrible place to shop.

Awful employees. I got chased down to my car by an employee who said her name was Karen and accused me of stealing because she said a customer saw me take something. She was very rude and confrontational. I called to speak with a supervisor, who it turned out was Karen. I wanted to ask about their protocol dealing with shoplifters, specifically if they chase people down to their cars even if employees did not witness anything . Karen was extremely rude, yelled at me, used derogatory language and told me if I had an issue I should have said it to her face-to-face and then hung up on me. I cant believe that this store treats its customers this way. I will never set foot in this store again and corporate will be hearing from me Monday! I am not one to demand to talk to a manager or get an employee in trouble, but to have someone treat and talk to me in such a manner. Its unexceptable. Ive worked in retail and a customer is never treated like that, especially after the are accused for shoplifting and it turns out to be a false accusation. You should be apologetic! Not accusatory. To have her yell, be rude to me and then hang up on me was just the icing on the cake.

Busy store that needs more staff, however the shelves always seem to be fully stocked at least.
