The response listed below, from the owner...Was exactly why the review was a one star. Glenn ( the name on the receipt) never once looked up from his computer / there were three people in the store.....he greeted no one.... yet his answer is to blame the customer.

My 1st time in the store today, After a recommendation from a coworker. You guys really need to hire someone one with better customer service...... I literally walked around the store for about 10 minutes, a clerk played on his computer at the desk never looked up never acknowledged me. Not a good 1st impression.

UNTUCKit at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great place to shop for shirts for all occasions either business or casual. They have a really good selection of different styles here and it is easy to find something good. I have been happy with all of the purchases that I have made from here.

Went in looking for a shirt for a party and because of the amazing service I received from Debi Gentempo-Gonzalez I bought pants and three shirts!! From start to finish she went above and beyond to cater to my needs. I will return for future purchases and I will tell friends and family!! Very happy I walked in UNTUCKit that day!!! Debi gonzalez was very helpful when I walked in the store with about 50 questions. But she was awesome. Now I order online. On my last order. I made a mistake ..me. I caused the mistake. Even tho it was my fault they still redid my order and took care of it. They lost 3 shirts, but still was more interested in me as a customer. Now I am their customer for life

Glenn showed me several shirts; being tall, slim with long arms I wanted a perfect fit. Glenn took his time explaining materials and styles. I selected two long sleeves and one short sleeve, performance shirts, perfect for upcoming cruises.I complimented Glenn on his customer service and product knowledge. I stumbled upon this store the other day while walking in International Mall. It is very small, but as soon as I walked in the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. This store is sort of a unique concept, so they took the time to explain the product difference vs regular dress shirts, and how they have test shirts and what not. I found a very nice dress shirt that was marked down from $100 to $55, and they happened to be having a black friday sale so another 20% was taken off. I ended up getting a really nice shirt for about 60% off. They even provide bottled water. Great service and great product, I would definitely recommend to more people who may not be aware this little store exists

Absolutely amazing experience shopping with Pierce, he took his time and exchanged the products we got online for something that my boyfriend liked more. He even steamed his shirts so we were ready for our dinner. Excellent service!!!

Love the service provide by Debi. The shirts are made well. However, made in China. I was ready to by a dozen shirts but could only find 3 shirts in my size. Relaxed fit or classic was the way to go for me.

I had an issue with a previous order that I never received. I used the chat option and Pierce from the Tampa Untuckit was amazing! He was able to see that my order was cancelled asked me to check my American Express statement to confirm a refund on Nov 27 which I didnt realize. He was able to reissue the order and promised that he would expedite my order. Pierces service was outstanding! Highly recommend him because of his customer service.

Awesome experience. Sales associate “Pierce” was on point and his service was perfect, not pushy at all - instead he gave honest feedback and was very helpful. If it wasn’t for Pierce I probably would have walked out of there with (1) shirt.... $650 later and I was a happy camper walking out of the site with shirts, pants and shorts. Thanks Pierce!

I love this store that specializes in shirts that you can wear untucked. The perfect length. I normally purchased online but when I found out they had an actual store I decided to go there. The shirts I wanted were on sale and they had shirt sizes for my sons. I purchased 4 shirts that were on sale and they gave me a 25% military discount. How awesome is that. I will definitely be going back. Great staff.

My experience was a bit awkward. I liked a shirt, but they wouldnt let me try it on. I guess its store policy, that patrons can only try on shirts from their Try On rack from behind the registers. The problem was the shirt I liked wasnt on the try-on rack....they insisted I try on a LONG sleeve shirt for sizing purposes...but the shirt I wanted to buy was SHORT sleeve, and a different color! It shouldnt be an issue to try on the shirt I want to purchase to see how it fits and how the color looks on me. If youre gonna make me try on a shirt thats different than the one I have in hand...at least make it a similar style.. Weird..I really wanted the shirt too!

I entered the store today, browsed for 5 minutes and was completely ignored. One associate was trying to help 2-3 men who had their wife/girlfriend with them. The other associate was daydreaming while leaning against the cash register. I got ZERO help and just left. I came to the store because I was unsure of the their sizing and didnt want to return an online order. Problem solved, Ill go elsewhere

Customer service at its best...didnt have to press the blouse but you did and thank you! Thoughtful caring staff..offered water as you walk in wait on you like you are the only customer in the store. Got my top and will be wearing to my vacation...thank you gentlemen will definitely visit on my next trip to Florida.

I heard about UNTUCKit from their commercials. The customer service at the Tampa location was great. They really took the time to help my fiance find the perfect fit. They also off bourbon while you wait!
