It has been a pleasure working with Classic Stone Gallery from the moment I drove in to the final installation. I spoke mostly with John who is very pleasant even after I returned to change our original plan. The price we received I believe was a fair price. The original quote was a little higher which John was up front about because we went off my measurements. A few days later Classic Stone sent their guy out to take proper measurements which came to 3 square feet. The two guys that came to install the countertops were very professional, courteous, and friendly. Im very pleased with the quality of the tops and the installation. We went with a bull nose edging and rounded corners its a perfect cut. We also had a double stainless steel sink installed which John helped me pick out, it was exactly what I was looking for. Classic Stone Gallery came highly recommended to us from a coworker who did a lot of research and used them on a bathroom remodel. One of the big benefits that Classic has over their competition is that all work is done 100% in house. After visiting their location on Adamo Drive in Tampa, we found the perfect slab. Pictured below is Picasso level 5 Granite. Rose Trainor and Joe provided a great experience. By coming to our home, measurements were precise and templates made to ensure absolute accuracy. We waited about 5 weeks, but given import delays and staffing shortages and a delay due to a tropical storm, our install is complete. The best part, was the wonderful installers, Gio and Carlos. They are very knowledgeable and explained every part along the way. They had professional dispositions, but moreso, were very engaging and personal. Even making friends with my chocolate lab. The entire experience with Classic Stone, was exception. I would highly recommend.

The two men that came to install were great. It was amazing to see how they took off the old counter with no problems and put the new one on. I have a painted back splash and they were careful not to scratch it. They cleaned after themselves. My friends who have had other companies install their new counters have had to cover their furniture because of the dust that was created. I had no dust. My daughter recommended Classic Stone who installed her counters a month ago. I am happy I followed her advice. Rose in the office was so accommodating and a pleasure to work for. This company provides quality work in a professional manner that was well worth the wait. Sergio provided suggestions to narrow down exactly what I thought I wanted and what I really needed. The installers were so professional and cleaned up completely after themselves. They also provided care tips and made the necessary holes for the counter top air button for the disposal and for the soap dispenser. They also had a very large selection of granite and when I realized that I just was not ready to do my bathroom, they immediately cancelled that order for me with no problem. We went to Classic Stone Gallery because of good reviews and convenience to our home. We were impressed with the knowledge of the staff, their ability to assess our needs, and the amount of product choices. The next day they came out and measured and we got an estimate very quickly. They said they were installing in a 2-3 week time frame, and it turned out to be at the end of week 3 we did get a call to schedule installation. The installers were pleasant and professional, cleaning up as they went. They had to remove the previous granite in our kitchen and then install the new. It took longer than they expected but they came back and finished up the next day. After install, we had one little issue with a seam, but they responded immediately and took care of it. I always think that is a measure of a good company: how well they respond to problems. Highly recommended.

We spent a lot of time looking for the best granite and back splash replacement for our kitchen until Classic Stone Gallery was recommended to us by our plumbers Service Manager. Steve showed up about an hour after we spoke with them about a quote, and took measurements. We arrived at their store and lot a couple of days later and Sergio spent all the time we needed to pick out the perfect granite and back splash for our tastes from their extensive collection. Joe then took over to schedule and follow up on the removal of our existing granite and installation of the new granite, which only took one day. We even had them replace our guest bathroom granite. The back splash we picked was difficult to install (kind of like a puzzle), and several appointments to get it to our liking. Joe even stopped over to check on the job and make sure we were happy with it. Their selection of materials, workmanship and installation were perfect. We recommend them wholeheartedly and know you will be pleased with their product, installation and service. Dealing with Classic Stone Gallery was a pleasure.

I was looking for 2 different granite slab remnants. One to match the existing kitchen countertops, on a bar-top that I was custom building, and one to refinish an old wooden table that I had.Joe worked with me via the phone and messaging, to locate both remnants. Joe was hesitant to sell me a top without coming in to see them, but with my busy schedule, I just did not have the time to visit his store.The counter top and table top were just installed, and their workmanship was excellent. The installers were friendly and accommodating.The result is absolutely gorgeous.

From the minute we walked into Classic Stone Gallery we sensed a professionalism and desire to meet our individual needs. Sergio listened to us and guided us to some possibilities for our kitchen project amongst the vast selection of granite and other stone surfaces. The next day (!) Joe came out and measured and produced an exact template of what we wanted. In our next visit to the Gallery we picked out the particular slabs of dolomite (a stone, they explained to us, that lies in a spectrum somewhere between granite and marble), included “book matched” slabs that would produce the waterfall effect that we wanted. We did put a deposit down and it took about three weeks before they came to install the stone. The installers were also professional and considerate, cleaning up constantly as they worked to take out our old granite and install the new. They almost completed the project in one day but because of our complex’s restricted work hours they had to return the next day to finish it. I always think one of the important measures of a company is how they respond to problems, and we noticed one problem. When we brought it to the company’s attention the installer returned immediately to fix it. The attached photo shows the amazing and beautiful result. Highly recommended.

Classic Stone Gallery is an exceedingly rare combination of top-notch service (fast and accurate), excellent products (even Level 1 granite is very high-quality & there are many options to choose from), the fabrication & polish are impeccable, and, for a budget-conscious consumer like me, their prices are hard to beat (typically around $31 sqft for Level 1 granite including install). Ive used them on two kitchen & bathroom remodel projects and was incredibly pleased with the results both times!!

Very grateful for and satisfied with Classic Stone Gallery from 2020. The stone we chose is the absolute one that we love and match our open concept living space! Sergio and the team at Classic Stone Gallery are a very experienced and professional group. Their direct relationships with the quarries makes them unique by removing the middle man between fabricator and stone. I visited several places before them and all want you to purchase full slabs. This works out okay if your needs are exact but if you need 1.2 or 2.1 slabs, these other places force you to buy full slabs which can get expensive. Classic Stone Galleries price by the square foot approach certainly differentiates them from others. In the end I was forced to go elsewhere for other reasons but I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

My under-mounted sink became unglued and needed reinstallation and bracing in a very tight space. I called at least 10 different custom kitchen and countertop stores. Nobody would fix it. I was so lucky to find Joe at Classic Stone Gallery! He came to my house and made a plan to fix it. His techs did an awesome job! They were prompt and respectful. Would highly recommend!

As a designer, getting ready to remodel my kitchen, I immediately thought of Tile World of Italy. I wondered what happened to them as they were the best around years ago, but had since closed. I visited showroom after showroom looking for the right slab to create the best island top I could find and came across Classic Stone. The showroom is not fancy but the product options and pricing was fantastic!! I selected a beautiful golden quartz. Can’t tell you how happily surprised I was to discover it was the same Italian guys from Tile World. They are true craftsmen!! And still the best in town!!!

Upon entering we were greeted by a young man who was wearing sunglasses. When we told him what we were looking for which was a small piece for our countertop he told us what the minimum was for purchasing and suggested we go down the road. We did and made a purchase and spent the minimum. Company could improve on customer service. Once you show your product you really never know what a customer might spend.

Counter top and floor tiles were both done by Classic Stone. I never give a 5 star rating, Classic Stone gets 4.9 stars!In so many ways they MET AND EXCEED EXPECTATIONS! I had an urgent situation on a renovation project where I needed immediate assistance. The owner at Classic Stone Gallery was so kind, and was able to accommodate my request of cutting the granite to install a kitchen sink. It was so difficult to pick the granite for my bathroom since there were so many beautiful choices. Once I finally decided on the one, we moved ahead with the full remodel. The granite is beautiful, the workmanship is perfect, and the installation was excellent. I couldnt be happier and recommend Classic Stone Gallery highly. Now my 40+ year old house has a fabulous new spa-like bathroom.

Classic Stone installed 3 granite countertops in my bathrooms. They all came out absolutely beautifully. My experience with Classic Stone was terrific. I stopped by their facility at the recommendation of a neighbor. I arrived about 30 minutes before they closed on a Friday evening and no one rushed me. Sergio gave me the time to look around and pick out what I wanted. He allowed me to take some samples to compare it with what I had a home (I was trying to match it to some existing granite). Sergio followed up with me and I had no issues on the sales side. Next came Joe, who scheduled my installation. He was equally as helpful and always followed up with me. My installation went smoothly and I am extremely happy with how it all turned out. Joe even called me the next day to make sure I was happy with it all. Excellent customer service along with an excellent product!

This is not the first time I have ordered granite from this company. The granite was delivered ahead of schedule. The price is very competitive, but most importantly the craftsmanship is outstanding. I would not hesitate to order again from Classic Stone. The installers took their time and the end result was stunning! A terrific company. Their quality and service are top notch. They put granite on our cooking island 10 years ago, this time they installed granite on all countertops and installed new sink and ceramic backsplash.They do what they promise and show up as scheduled. Not easy to find today.Us them!

These guys did a beautiful job! Their costs are extremely reasonable and they have a huge, beautiful selection of stones to choose from. In less than 10 days the counter tops were installed and I couldnt be happier! They are gorgeous and I will definitely use their services again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

To begin with,they all were very polite and very professional people. From the office staff,Melissa for sure, to the sales people,the factory personal, and the great installation people. Our kitchen and both bathrooms look amazing. We had one small glitch with the backsplash,but Vince called and said not to worry that they would take care of it to our 100% satisfaction. They did that and more. I smile every time I go into our kitchen. I would highly recommend Classic Stone Gallery to anyone building a new home or remodeling their current home.

I came in with a 2 week deadline before opening my new salon and they said they could make it work, the customer service was excellent throughout the process and my new marble desk top is absolutely perfect! I am so happy with the outcome! The guys that installed were quick and in and out! Very pleased with doing business and will be using you guys again when my husband and I redo our master bath. The visit to the Classic Stone Gallery was very friendly and professional. Company had HUGE selection of Granite, Quartz, and Marble. After our selection we were told someone would be sent to our house to take measurements. Within two days gentleman came out and took measurements of counters. Next day we were called to let us know countertops would be delivered and installed three days later. Technicians removed old tops and installed new tops. Perfect Fit! Highly Recommend. Quality products, Great workmanship, and Reasonably priced.

What a fantastic experience. The level of customer care is phenomenal. Specifically, they provided timely, transparent communication throughout the entire process. They were ahead of schedule on their install. My biggest concern about a project like this was how complicated it would be and how much involvement it would require. We spent one morning at the store picking out the granite, and they took it from there. Theres no reason to consider any other company, CSG is top notch.

Hope they dont have a bigger project close to the same time as yours, or you could take off work and wait all day for them to blow you off.....UPDATE- 5/7/18- I spoke with the owner and he we was very upfront and honest as I was frustrated regarding taking an unneeded vacation day.. He made it clear, even if his guys are waiting on the cabinet guy to fix something, they don’t leave a job until it’s done the way the owner wants it to be done. I understand that and appreciate it. His team came in this morning, did a great job, explained everything, and cleaned up after themselves more than I’ve ever seen...great work, great guys.Thank You
