Great overall experience with Cypress Creek. Went to the store location to check out the different rock and one of the guys stood out in the rain with me as I was trying to make up my mind. Quickly got the delivery scheduled for the day I requested, and to my surprise the white egg rock that was delivered looked even better then the rock I saw during my on-site visit and the delivery driver placed the rock exactly where I asked. Not to mention they were $50-$75 cheaper per yard then their competitors. Great job boys!!!

This place is a true hidden gem. Quality products and extremely helpful staff. I’ve been to the store about 10 times in the last month to pick up supplies for landscaping my front yard and every time the staff helps me move stones, plants and topsoil to my car. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the plants they carry and have adequately answered all of my questions. I also had a few yards of fill dirt delivered to my house and the whole process was extremely fast and efficient. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Great experience with Cypress Creek landscape supply. Everybody was most helpful and make things easy from payment to delivery. My delivery driver Melvin was great. Showed up right on time just as scheduled and was patient when it came to clearing space for the materials to be dumped. He was extremely careful in order not to break or mess any of the previous work done up And when he came back with my second load was just as punctual and polite. When working in that area I will definitely continue to use this supplier.

My husband just got home from a trip to pick up a yard or of gravel and possibly paving stones from this business. There were 8 or so staff members hanging around in the AC. One said you can have the gravel for 10 dollars, back your truck up. My husband did so and waited and waited. They have a front end loader and could have done it in one go, but did not offer and didn’t come out of the AC. My husband got tired of waiting and left. There are people who need jobs and are willing to work - I’m just saying.

This place is amazing!!! Not only are the prices and quality of the materials really great, but the customer service we received was out of this world! Everyone that was in the store on Saturday went above and beyond in helping us out- especially Phillip who took the time to walk through my landscaping project with me and ensure I got the proper measurements of soil. Stay away for residential. Really bad and dangerous. Found glass in clean garden soil. if you are looking for safe clean dirt this is not your source. My wife and son are undergoing cancer treatment and a bad cut could put them in the hospital and now the place they garden is unsafe. I used some of this to put down before I seeded grass in my dog run and now I have to worry about her coming in with a sliced up paw. I will emptying three 21x16 inch raised garden boxes to filter and check for glass but I cant do that in the yard.

I went to buy some gravel for a project I was doing since they werent able to deliver for over a week (no big deal). They close at 2:30 on Saturdays so I made sure to get there before that. I rolled in at 2:10, and the guy was locking the gate and told me they were closed. Now come on I know it was close but they was more than enough time to load some rock in my truck before 2:30. No effort to go out of their way or anything. Guess Ill be buying for another company.

I have visited Cypress Creek Nursery 12 times. Each time the service and products were extraordinary. I bought 2 different loads of dirt ( $300/ load ). The first time I received 10 yards of the richest dirt imaginable ! Nate, the driver was able to navigate the 275 foot drive through double gates without running over a single plant. Unfortunately, my second delivery was 7 yards, or less. Buyer Beware ! I had noticed dirt bin did not contain 10 yards dirt, but assumed dirt would be obtained from another bin. No ! I received a load so small, it looked like half the delivery was missing. I went to speak to young manager who had always seemed to be honest, but he made no effort to right the wrong. I am sure the owner would be unhappy to know a senior citizen was treated this way. I have photographic, and timed photos with yardstick of delivery pile. I am immensely disappointed because I was hoping to buy 9 more 10 yards deliveries. I feel badly that this beautiful nursery has a very dishonest dirt loader.

This place is always fun to visit and we always come away with something great. Not only do they sell all kinds of plants and flowers, but they have a large pottery store section, wind chimes and lots of other cool stuff - even outdoor stone and wood furniture. The guys at Cypress are always helpful too when you need chemicals, seed or fertilizer.

Excellent service!

I would not recommend this place. They either miscalculated or under delivered material for my project. After asking for them to deliver the shortfall I was given the run around and had to call multiple times per day for several days before I was able to reach someone who still couldnt make the situation right. My project was delayed by a week and Im out additional costs due to the delays. Very disappointing.

Mulch, dirt, rocks, they got lots of stuff here. Employees are really easy to work with. Laid back environment where you can walk around and explore the different landscape options yourself. Theyll deliver if you cant take it with you.

I love going there, very nice people variety of products you can’t find at the big box stores. Love their special mulch for my blueberries that I can’t find at other nurseries.

Have purchased many yard supplies here. Great service, lots to choose from, and they deliver when they say they will. I highly recommend them.

The manager there Philip Kidd is responsible and reliable. Cypress Creek has also gone the extra mile to work with us in supporting our community garden project.

I made the mistake of purchasing their bulk potting soil sight unseen. The soil was mostly sand which turned into a goopy, mud-like mess when watered and eventually became a solid brick in my pots which allows no water to percolate. I eventually had to use it for fill dirt because it was destroying my potted plants. A huge waste of money and a mistake I wont make again.
