They have great stuff but poor customer service
Do not go here! Customer service is terrible, they were rude and you get the feeling they feel like they automatically get your business because perhaps many people go there, so they don’t have to treat you well. Shirts run extremely large and no exchanging, don’t get as a gift and make sure to try on.
4 months now and I’m still waiting on one small polo short to complete my order. And when I went to get my uniform the girl a the front looked at my order and ask why would someone get 20 pairs of socks as if she was the one paying for them they are unprofessional and rude
Didnt really do any shopping but seems to be a lot smaller than Patricks and more geared towards fire rescue than law enforcement. The store is really hard to find because of a lack of signage. We went to drop an item off for patches to be sewn on because my agency uses them for this service and to check again to see if they had found a uniform shirt my Sergeant had dropped off previously and that they had lost. They didnt even bother to check if it had been found but were quick to say that they called our agencys warehouse and verified she wasnt issued a long sleeve version of the shirt. I guess they decided that means she is either lying or delusional. Why would they need to call the warehouse to find out what she was issued? Why would she make that up? The fact that they went to those lengths tells me theyre trying to CYA because they lost it. I explained that she had purchased the shirt herself at Patricks (who, by the way, have never lost anyones uniforms that Ive heard of) and therefore the warehouse wouldnt have any record of issuing it. He still insisted that she never dropped it off. OK guy. She made it all up, I guess. 🙄
The manager is very professional and super nice.
Waited 2 1/2 months for my shirts. They do not call me to let me know my shirts arrived. Then, they sent 3 wrong shirts. Not happy with their customer service at all.
