The 2% milk has a very strange taste, not sour but watery, not creamy like Walgreens Borden or Walmarts Great Value. Sunny Florida sold by Family Dollar is just not good at all. Is this local dairy watering down the milk to increase their yield?

Ok. This an update on this company. NOTHING HAS CHANGED! STILL NOT RECEIVING MILK DELIVERIES! Its been a MONTH AGAIN! They overcharged us for their milk. They cant keep up with their deliveries. Even though on the last review I stated the address of our this business. There is no solution apparently to this issue. They seem to make deliveries to other stores like our Bloomingdale Mobil store and the Circle K on Bell Shoals Road and Im sure some other Mobile storelocations. It would be nice to receive a phone call back from either the owner or a supervisor who is dealing with accounts. We had to go out on our own and go buy milk somewhere else. All we are asking for is timely deliveries. But we cannot even get that! Are you all driving past our business and not stopping to see if we need milk? Every business deserves Top Notch service so far we have not received any from Sunny Fl. Dairy.

Unbelievably unprofessional. They went from occasionally missing deliveries to suddenly never showing up again. No reason, no call, no explanation. I have placed multiple phone calls and left messages and never got a response.

Worst place to deliver. Been waiting here for two hours just to deliver and I’m still not backed up to the dock. This is ridiculous. Supposedly only one guy is suppose to unload my truck and that guy is no where to be found.

My family has been a customer of this dairy for 40+ years. We had an event to cater today and I needed an emergency order which I placed for pickup. The order total was for $22.47. Upon going into the office to pay for the order, they wouldn’t accept my credit or debit cards because my order was less than $50 (this is not only poor customer service but violates most credit card merchant agreements), wouldn’t accept cash because it had to be EXACT change, and wouldn’t invoice me as part of my weekly delivery of milk. Instead, I drove 6 miles back home to get exact change. When I told the receptionist that my family had been purchasing milk there for over 40 years, she didn’t seem to care at all. We currently have 4 restaurants in the family that buy milk from Sal and his family.

Been working here for this company for about 7 years, they are very unprofessional, with the milk your only paying for a sticker, all the milk comes from the same place your just paying for a name, the trucks are not dot certified, there using the trucks that the old gus had, preston, who was my supervisor said that they should have wrapped them trucks a few years ago, people thinking its the old gus milk but its not, this company is a joke, along with its owners, the name of the company have been changed its something just not right with this company, they havent paid the uniform company, they set the bar so high you would never reach a bonus, this company is a joke

I purchased a gallon of their 2% Milk from a local corner store here in Palm Beach. It tastes really watered down and strange. I usually buy Walmart milk, so I would think a company that is in the dairy industry exclusively could outpace Walmart. Guess not, on top of that it was 4.99 a gallon. You can get much better product for cheaper elsewhere. If you are ever in a rush and see this brand, just wait and save your money.

I called in to inquire about why there is no farmers pledge to not use growth hormone. A young girl answered the phone and had the attitude as if I was asking a question that I shouldnt ask or waisting her time or she didnt understand. Vrery unprofessional in my opinion and I will not be using their products as the front office is just a reflection of what goes on throughout the business.in addition to this, another employee, Bill, got on the phone and told me the reason the warning is not on the label is because the FDA forbids its use. That is absolutely not true.PLEASE DO NOT DRINK MILK WITHOUT THE NOTICE OF NO GROwTH HORMONES USED. it is the only garantee that your milk does not contain it. Many uper level independent sources state the growth hormone is dangerous for human consumption which is quite easy to understand actually.

I have been a customer of Sunny Florida almost 20 years. I have spend hundreds of thousands of dollars with your company. When we lost power wirh hurricane Irma all my products wend bad. Every company that we do business with compaseted us one way or another, except Sunny Florida. I asked Mike thw driver about it and I was told that I am not going to loose all that money I said to him that maybe the company should take it back as spoiled product and he said no way an I goung to do thsr, is lime stealing. We are talking about $ 60.00 this is shown you a good company from a bad one. Thank you Sunny Florida for showing your true colors to your loyal customers.
