If you are looking for a vehicle then this is the place go to ASAP! Prior to them I was looking all around Tampa and the general area. Most of the dealerships I went to their vehicles were over priced, very rude customer service or not willing to work with me at all. The employees there help out so much. I was in deep gratitude the way they were willing to help. I unfortunately got into a hit and run. Long story short the vehicle was considered a total loss which was totaled by the insurance. They forgave me for the 2,200 owed and that right there was a life saver! Thank you so much!

The manager here is an obvious woman hater. Customer service was not in his vocabulary at all. LuLu was extremely kind and informative, too bad her manager isnt like her, otherwise we would have purchased the car we liked....

I strongly suggest you never do business with these bottom dwellers. The most horrible experience Ive ever had with any car dealer. Sad that they prey on those who dont have very much to begin with. Ill stick to riding my bike. Before ever dealing with crooks again.

Absolutely worst place to get a car from! They sold me a car with a lot of problems and 19 days after getting the car the car broke down on I-4 and they still expected me to pay to fix the car! Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone looking for a car! i had a 30 day warranty and everything... took the car up there to them at least 3x before it actually broke down and they kept giving me bull crap answers on what was wrong with the car and how to fix it.And its crazy cause the other ppl who made reviews the Delgados, yea he as in Reinaldo is the sales man so he lying on his review and i bet the chick is his wife sister or cousin!!

I purchased a Volvo from this place, no happy at all with service, air conditioner leaked, when I informed them, I got attitude (serious attitude), still today no air, never was ask how was things going with vehicle, when I purchased my vehicle, I was told a they had a mechanic on site (never seen/heard) about since, will never purchase from this place again.

First, the driver is a straightforward person, he does not respect the people who feed him because despite all the people who buy a car, it is because we need ... my experience with. Auto finance is not good for 254 dollars I picked up the car and made me pay 700 dollars ... That was the last payment of 254 ... What. God forgive you because now I dont have money for gifts for my children ... 😢😢
