He ordered us exactly what we asked for and also informed us about new offers on our plan that we could take advantage of. Came in today rushing with little time on my hand and was expecting to be in the store for a long time but Omar made my visit amazingly quick. He helped me add an additional line to my account and explained everything and was very specific about everything. Upgraded my phone and ordered the new one online and went to the store to pick it up. Online it said I had 30 days to send my old one back but since this is an independently owned store, they keep your old phone and send it back for you. I was a little disappointed at first but they did everything for me so I lost nothing in the transition. Very friendly and helpful!

This store bare the name of Sprint, I had been a customer since 2007, and I will never but never come to this store. They customer service is the worst in the business. If you buy something with the Sprint logo, they will not honor Sprint products because they not own by Sprint even that they have a Sprint signs. The manager told me that the owner isnt going to take risk of something you got from a Sprint Store. Stay always from this location and on my behalf I will try to move to ATT, I bet they will take good care of they customers. THIS LOCATION THEY ARE LOSERS BTW a few month I came and got a $199 speaker and they never told me dont buy he because were not own by Sprint. They should get a -5 star

Fraudulent Charge to a consumer credit card, unauthorized and no signed paperwork for charge. Torian the assistant manager will not take my phone calls. This business is a third party scam! The BBB will be notified and charges will be filed. $273 charged for a leased phone. There was no intent to purchase this phone once the lease was up. Instead of trying to solve the damaged SIM card issue, my step daughter was taken advantage of by dishonesty and an unethical business practice. Once the phone was taken to Apple, they replaced the SIM card free of charge. Phone works perfectly! Thank you third party Sprint for being a model of great customer service!

Ive been with Sprint for over 20 years and interacted with hundreds of salespeople/ tech employees. Ive never written a formal review before today. I had a great experience with your employee Omar today. He was very PATIENT! As a women in her 40s .....we dont always have the tech savvy needed to operate these smart phones without help. He understood that and did not make me feel uncomfortable with my limited knowledge of the recent phone I purchased from Sprint. Its employees like Omar that will keep me with Sprint for another 20 years!PS Give him a raise!

Stay away from this location! My phone was reading invalid SIM so I took it into this store and they told me I was eligible for a free upgrade if I paid my phone off for $273. I gave the assistant manager, Torian, my card then he tells me Ill be paying an additional $30 a month. With that unexpected news, I asked for my card back and left. Later on, I checked my bank account and he charged me anyway! I never signed anything or approved the transaction. I called the store back and he promised to refund me but never did! Once I called customer service, they explained to me that since it had been 48hrs they have to submit a request for a refund which will take 5-7 business days! I asked to speak to a supervisor and the lady I was speaking with wouldnt put her on the phone because she said Ill just be repeating myself and theres not much more she can do.... FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. As a loyal customer of 8 years, I wouldnt expect to be scammed from such reputable company..
