I brought a return for a system I bought at the GameStop across the street. I had a terrible experience at the GameStop, but had a wonderful experience here & I always have. Julie was awesome! She totally listened to me, got me to renew my PowerUp Rewards membership in a pleasant manner, and was absolutely wonderful. Always have a great experience at this GameStop and any time I’m in Citrus Park, I will continue to go here versus the one across the street.

There are amazing views to be had at this location. Large selection of games. The rep Julie was very helpful finding the best suitable games and was very knowledgeable and knew the right questions to ask to find what I liked. Any questions I ask she took professionally and if she didnt know she found out. Thanks again Julie!

This is a good location. The person behind the counter when I went was actually very polite and helpful. Something thats been a problem for game stop in the last few years. The selection is that of a regular game stop. Maybe slightly less due to the size of the store. But they seem to do a good job fitting almost everything they would have in a full sized store.

Good selection of Japanese, Korean, and Chinese movies.These movies are obviously selected from the best Asian movies. I did not rent any from them (and not sure whether they are renting), but I should say their selection shows Asian movies are excellent alternatives to Hollywood ones.

I came in initially to pick up Crash but decided to move one of my pre orders from another store (A BAD ONE) to this one, a fantastic one. The manager Julie is super great and you can tell she treats the staff well with how great they are. Lynn was the clerk helping me and he was awesome. Gonna make sure any pre orders I have in the future will be through this store

My sons and I took in some games and a smart watch to turn in for credit to buy other items. The cashiers examined the watch and said with a broken watch band it will only be $14.95 instead of the $59.99 you can get. So I said if I go out and purchase a watch band and come back you can buy it back for $59.99? she looked it over and said yes. We went into the mall and purchased a band for $20.00 and returned to trade it in. She looked at us and said oh it has a scratch right here its only worth $14..95. Are you serious!!!! Now we are out the $20 and the $14.95. I am so mad and I cant seem to let it go. What if that was all we had at the moment. WHy would she scam a person like that. She clearly examined it both times and let us believe it was fine. I would really like to see her get fired. Im sure we are not her only victims.

Always a fun store to stop into. The prices can be high at times but they always have cool stuff.

Gamestop Citrus Park is the best of any in the area. Mrs Julie is so kind to our special needs daughter and treats her and our children like her own. We visit and shop there everytime we are in the area.

As a former GameStop employee Im a little frustrated. I put an item on hold only to have them put the wrong item on hold. That wasnt the issue though. Once they put the wrong item on hold I went to pick it up only to find out they couldnt sell it to me AFTER THEY ALREADY CONFIRMED MY REQUEST TO BUY IT ON THE WEBSITE. When I used to work for GameStop high demand items became available for sale from pre orders 24 hours after the release. I understand it may be a 48 hour policy but for a high demand item? No thanks. I drove out of my way just to be told no. Ive never written a negative review in my life but Ive never had a GameStop waste my time, gas, or money on tolls just to deny my money. Needless to say I wont buy anything from this specific GameStop since the workers dont seem very good at having their requests done properly.

Stopped in the mall to buy some PS4 headsets and microphones. Decided to let our 1 year old play in the kids area directly outside the gamestop first. They have a kids ride for a dollar, so I walked in and asked to break a $5.Cashier said no. Informed her I was at the mall specifically to shop at gamestop in the first place, just needed to get change for the 5 minutes with my kid beforehand.Still no.At this point, I dont even argue. If Game Stop employees are so stupid and rude, that theyre going to turn away customers then its not worth my time to make a fuss.I ordered my PS4 accecories off of Amazon. And I wont shop at ANY gamestop again. Theres literally no need when I can get everything they sell cheaper online.Hope your 2 minutes of poor customer service was fun for you.
