Really good experience here. Long story short, I broke my S8 and needed a new phone. Riley assisted me in what choices I had and was very professional while maintaining a friendly charisma. I ordered the S20+. They did not have it in stock but was able to get one for me that afternoon. Simple transition and even gave me some incentives for the delay. 10/10, Riley did an amazing job.

James R is my new Hero! I was trying to have my mothers phone number transferred to my Galaxy s7 Edge (she is on my plan). I went to a different store that is closer to my home. I waited for 20 minutes in that store for assistance and all the guy could tell me was you need to call customer service, I cant help you. :( So I called customer service. They were trying so hard to help but alas not to be.. :( The customer service tech did suggest I go to the Citrus Park Authorized Dealer, she as positive they could help. Well... James R did a wonderful job! :) I was greeted as soon as I walked in.. okay so I was the ONLY customer, but still he had a very welcoming smile. He did in fact help me and My mother now will have a smartphone instead of an old slide. James also hooked me up with a discount I did not know I could get. I was MORE than happy! Thank you James R!!

My phone broke yesterday and I needed one by the next day. I gave Riley a call at 6:00 PM, he told me they were open and I was home with a new phone by 7:00 PM. If I could give this place a 10 star, I would but google only allows up to 5 stars. I was blown away with Dennis who thoroughly took care of all of my needs and gave me top-notch service. Dennis was very knowledgeable, kind, funny, just overall AMAZING. By far, the best customer service experience when calling or going into a Verizon store. You guys are so lucky to have him! Hats off to James at this location. I have been coming to James for cellular needs for a bit now and he never disappoints. Goes above and beyond for me when it isnt needed at all. Answers all my questions in a timely fashion and when he cant answer them right then and there he tells me he will get back to me and does. Customer service is A1 at this location. 10/10 would recommended to anyone looking to get information about latest devices or buying them.

We were very fortunate to find a young man named Gonzalo to help us. He made everything so easy to follow. We ended up needing phone replaced. He checked everything out very thouroghly first. Very dissatisfied, disappointed, they lied to me. I asked for a plan and they put me on a more expensive one to make more commission. Not even willing to fix their own mistakes/ lies.They didn’t give me all the initial information. Don’t ever go there unless you want to be disappointed.

Great service! Verizon while obviously the most costly is that for a reason. Better iOS, better phones, better service. Im terrible with names but my sales guy was perfect and handled everything. Before I knew it I was back in the car with new, excellent service!
