They have some marvelous christmas ornaments like sharks and other sea life. They have some beautiful handmaid soap. Youre a typical hat & keychains. They have some sweet treats you can pick up there too. They have tour packages too that you should look into if your new.The place is kept wonderfully clean by the super friendly staff members working there. We passed away a good bit of time having a pleasant conversation with these women about Tampa. I will be coming back for those amazing ornaments when my kids and dogs learn to stop touching & breaking the ones that survived so far.

Excellent place to get souvenirs. I have shopped there several times in the past few months. I have purchased mugs, T-shirts, shades, handbags, magnets and more. My family and friends absolutely love these items!

A good place to start on a tour of our fair city of Tampa. Plenty of Tampa related merchandise to be purchased. There are also lots of products from favorite business locals frequent. A visit here first saves time if you are searching for the best Tampa has to offer and seeking to spend your time more efficiently.

Disappointed in how the staff ran the Brewery tour. If the goal is to encourage people to get out and about and then withhold the prize it dissuades me from wanting to support that business. The funny thing is when I pleaded my case and said I felt I had the correct amount to earn the prize. So even after all the work I did and places I visit I wasn’t allowed or given my pro. People should still go visit these breweries and support the staff but maybe avoid this business. Maybe look into other local tour groups. Just so you are not inadvertently lied to after puttin in effort.

I visited Unlock Tampa Bay recently and the staff was very helpful! The visitor center store had lots of beautiful quality items for purchase, many of which were crafted by local artisans! I’d definitely recommend stopping by and taking a look for yourself!

A snout full of information if you are in Tampa swing by you wont regret it. Fun to be had by all ages.

I used to love this shop when it was at Channelside. Now it is very difficult to find and then when I did it was disappointing. The inventory is not nearly what it was. I have no idea where to buy Tampa items now.

The person inside was obviously bored and acted annoyed that I came in to ask a question. If your shop is called visitors center then maybe you should try to be friendly and helpful. No wonder the place was so empty inside.

The 1 and only person in there was so annoyed that i even walked in i wanted to buy Alot of things i seen there and that person Acted as if my Money was no good there.. walked out and spent $2,847 somewhere else .... that shop should Close down go out of business if or sale it to someone who will welcome u into the shop ...

Useless, all they do is sell touristy stuff, no doubt made in China.

I’m new to the area and stopped in the visitor center last week. The nice lady on the floor had so many suggestions about things to do in Tampa, that I can’t wait for a day off so I can start exploring my new home!
