Excellent customer service, super friendly personnel. We were looking for a “starter cart” and they found us a gem within one week. And the price was decent! We will definitely use them again! Kathy was fantastic! They made sure the cart was in great working order before delivering. The technician was extremely helpful in telling/showing us how to maintain our cart.

This place is awesome. Every person I spoke with was super nice and very knowledgeable. Normally when I call a golf cart place or similar I am so rudely greeted I forget why I even called them. When Alexa and Kathy answered the phone there calming and patient voice helped me decide on what kind of golf cart would best fit my family and budget. They are so awesome they even do service work in my community! Not that I would need it anytime soon, but I am thankful to know I not only supported a local family owned company, but they support the community as well. Top notch in my book.

I needed a camo print front seat to match back rest and back seats, (not an easy find). Kathy was so helpful and kept me informed thru the whole process, as seat was back ordered. Customer service top notch. Highly recommend for all your golf cart needs.

Recently we had an engine crack on a Cushman golf cart. EZ-go couldnt help us get an engine but Kathy did! She worked hard everyday to find us an engine because she understands how important it is for us to have our carts. Every time we have ever had work done they would return it within a week or two. Our first golf cart lasted 20+ years and since we have had it serviced at WCGC in the past, it made sense to purchase a new one from here as well. Somehow we had it in our heads that we could get a better deal if we bought a used cart via on-line. NOT! Wishing we went directly to West Coast Golf Cars first (as so much time was wasted waiting for returning phone calls from owners and arranging times to check out reduce priced golf cars not cared for as we had hoped). West Coast Golf Car prices were very fair! They were even able to deliver it to us earlier than the scheduled date and Mario hauled away our old cart...BONUS! We love that we have a warranty and have the comfort of knowing that if we ever need it serviced, West Coast Golf Cars stands by their word. Wow!!! Hubby surprised the kids and I with a golf cart yesterday...actually it was a gift/bonus from his boss. They not only delivered it but cleaned it according to Covid19 protocol, explained how to care for it (we have never owned one). Very happy with the detail they gave in the delivery and explanation of care!!! So happy. Not to mention it’s the prettiest one in our neighborhood!!!

Was there about two weeks ago. I tried to Buy some parts for my easy go golf cart. After a very condescending conversation with a guy sitting at the desk I finally gave up. Very rude and not willing to help. I only gave them one star because I had to give them one to post this review if I had the choice there would be zero stars.After going down the street to their competitor who was very helpful I walked out with all the parts I needed to fix my golf cart.
