I ordered the moist one pound of brisket and a half slab of ribs. The brisket was tender and moist, it was so good that the BBQ sauce is unnecessary. Add the pickle slices along with the pickled red onion with the brisket and you are in mouth nirvana for taste! The ribs are good but by far, the brisket is the best in town! They were originally on Henderson but have moved to West Tampa on Armenia Ave. They also go by The Brisket Shoppe. The founder Daniel Hernandez has all of your Green Egg grills, BBQ equipment, and damn good brisket! Check it out and you wont be disappointed!

Had a really really bad start to my buying experience with this company, Tim really helped pick up the slack.

Stopped in to get pellets for my Traeger and had such an amazing experience. Very friendly and extremely helpful employees. They offered us up some ribs they had just cooked and our choice of free drinks. We talked BBQ for a while and my family walked out and said “we’re coming back here soon!”

Great shop and wonderful people! Selling quality grills and smokers, specialty spices and charcoal, high end knives, cast iron cookware, and Yeti products. They also have a kitchen on premises serving Thursday through Saturday. Such a welcome addition to the neighborhood! Definitely coming back.

I admit, I went in thinking it was still Holy Hog specially from the Holly Hog signs on the building. They are still cooking some pork in the premises but are mostly bbq equipment and stuff sales. The pulled pork sandwich was good though.

I went for a charcoal lighter and ended up buying a pellet grill the next day. I am very grateful to everyone.
