The food was so delicious and owners super nice! Very clean, calming yet upbeat music and comfortable seating. The menu has an excellent variety and they have a very good looking brunch menu. The next time I go I will take my dog, sit outside buy some healthy treats from them.

I was greeted by Brian, who walked me through their concept as it was my first time. They serve items like lasagna, but with a healthy twist. He was knowledgeable about their dishes and was able to help me choose. I chose the beet salad, and the lasagna made with squash instead of pasta. It was amazing and my total calorie count was 370, which healthy lower calorie meals is the main reason I chose to make the trip here. I will return, the food was great, but the atmosphere and their staff made the visit complete.

Please Go when Brian is working. Very knowledgeable, and concerned about customers. Went today and carry out orders took priority over in store customers. My friend walked right out and did not buy anything.

By far my favorite healthy food spot in Tampa. The food is soooo good and the staff is SO friendly. The best part is not having to stress over what you want to eat if you’re following a specific diet. The menu makes it super easy to tell what you can and can’t eat.

The BEST place ever. Love love love everything about it. Healthy AND flavorful. I love that they actually season their food, a lot of healthy restaurants lack taste, but I was not disappointed. My favorite dish is their Picadillo with white riceAlso recommend trying the cauliflower au gratin, potato salad, chick pea salad and edamame salad.Lastly, please try their baked goods. You will not be disappointed!

This is my absolute FAVORITE place to go! I love healthy organic options that taste good and Intelligent Gourmet hits the mark in every aspect. I am gluten and dairy free which can be challenging when eating out, but Linda and Pat make it so easy! They really put so much love into their food and when you go there you feel like family! Everything is so fresh and they even have their own herb garden! If you haven’t tried IG before, get in there! You will be so happy you did and feel fantastic after one of their healthy and nourishing meals!! Their juices rock too!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!

We had the General Tso’s Chicken and Keto Pizza and they were delicious! They were reasonably priced for the quality of the food. The food is great for our dietary and caloric needs. We definitely recommend it and will be back often.

ATTENTION: Intelligent Gourmet is no longer at this location, they have relocated and are now inside the Village Health Market on S MacDill. I would hate someone to waste their time since it happened to me .Anyways, despite being frustrated I believe it was worth the drive, it definitely surpassed my initial expectations . It is a very cute cafe and the customer service was great. I was overwhelmed with the delicious aroma and the arrays of food everywhere . I ordered the paleo bowl and it was awesome. They made something so basic look so fancy and taste so delicious. It was only $10 and definitely worth every dollar. Very reasonable prices and clean food that is actually tasty and well seasoned . We were looking for a healthy option for some meals to go while on vacation and found The Market on Manhattan/Intelligent Gourmet. Amazing healthy options were available from soups and salads to bowls and interesting main course items. They even had oatmeal with fresh fruit and nuts, a juice bar and coffee as well as muffins and desserts!!! The staff was friendly and the owners were very knowledgeable about the nutritional value and quality of ingredients they use in their food and able to help us make good choice.We are set for the time we are in the area on vacation!

Linda and her team are amazing. They make healthy food that tastes great including low, low sugar desserts. Their veggies are my favorite as they are cooked and ready to go. I get asparagus, brussel sprouts, broccoli, and a unique chicken dish every week. GREAT CHEF & service!!!!!

I LOVE this place, I’m there about four times a week at least,I have a very busy schedule and want to eat healthy, their food is so good and the portions are great size. The owner is so creative and making healthy entrées, salads and very yummy desserts. I also buy my dogs homemade food from there, It’s also all natural.I don’t know another place in Tampa Bay that makes food that is all natural no GMO’s organic and just so healthy. If you haven’t been there you really need to stop by I can’t say enough good things about the Intelligent gourmet.

Food is great, but I’m only giving 3 stars because of their portion size. For the price of the food the portions were extremely small. For two meals me and boyfriend still had to get more food after we ate. And we spent over $30. I make decent money and eat organic everyday but I couldn’t rationalize paying $30 for the portions they offer. I would eat here for lunch every single day if they just made their portions bigger 🤷🏻‍♀️

Intelligent Gourmet did not disappoint! I signed up for their three day juice cleanse online (which was very easy), got a call the next day with my questions answered! I picked up the juices for the next day each night so theyd be extra fresh! These juices were the most fresh juice Ive had, you could taste that they were just made and all the ingredients paired well together! The owners were so friendly and asked me how I was feeling each night! It was hard but worth it, on day 3 I felt so rejuvenated 🙌🏽 I would highly recommend to anyone looking to start fresh!

Who knew eating clean could taste so good! I had my first dish from Intelligent Gourmet last night. The rice was cooked to a perfection and contained a perfect blend of fresh vegetables. Linda out did herself with a delicate addition of cayenne pepper that kept my mouth craving more! A+

Im a very active person with limited time. lt is a constant struggle trying to fit in exercise and proper nutrition. It becomes work trying to find good, quality, healthy food that tastes great. I was turned on to Intelligent Gourmet through a friend doing their juice cleanse and wow what a difference a few weeks have already made for them. I then decided to try their food. Their food is natural, not filled with all the additives and preservatives that you get from eating out. The main question I had was their portions enough to sustain me through the day. There are absolutely no worries there. I eat 4 meals a with their shakes and they are more than enough. Some of the meals can be enough for two servings. I no longer have to stand in line waiting to get nutritionally unbalanced food that is full of fillers. The convenience of picking up ready to eat meals has been wonderful. It takes the time out of cooking, preparing food, grocery shopping and wasting a lot of money. Their plans are very cost effective and have made a real difference in the way I eat and feel already. And dont worry, the taste is absolutely delicious. I will not waste many more dollars on eating out and feeling terrible now that I have found intelligent gourmet.

The first visit I ordered a medium size kale salad and a small roasted Brussel sprouts to go. It was a pricy $16.Today I thought I’d give IG another try..I ordered a Farrow Bowl that includes roasted broccoli, crimini mushroom, roasted red bell pepper, grape tomato, arugula, red chili and red wine vinegar.The bowl itself was a small portion, missing from the bowl was the arugula, tomato and red chili. ADDED was onion (which I don’t like). It came with one stem of broccoli and three small pieces of red pepper. This $9.50 bowl that had missing ingredients and for an ingredient I don’t care for. Besides picking the dozen onions out of the bowl, the taste was less than flavorful.I also ordered an Açaí berry smoothie that tasted like a lightly flavored berry with ice. Again, taste less than flavorful. I asked the ladywho made the smoothie if she put blue berries in the smoothie due to the lack of flavor and she said it was a pre-made mixture. This “smoothie“ was $5.95.I am all for supporting local businesses and will continue to do just that. However, I will not return to a pricy small portion that lacks and or skimps on the ingredients as described on their menu.

Intelligent Gourmet, has been a delightful experience since the beginning. Im on a weekly vegan meal plan and it not only saves me time in the kitchen, but I feel amazing. This is the first time Ive ever tried strictly vegan, and I will never go back! Ive lost 10 pounds in the first 2 weeks of being on the vegan plan. Ive loved every meal, and they are always all of the recipes are so intricate and delicious. The owners and staff have also been extremely positive, knowledgable and helpful through the process.

Intelligent gourmet is by far the best juice shop I have ever been too. Linda is amazing with a Juicer. Her juices not only taste great but are also super fresh. I found out about intelligent gourmet when I did my first juice cleanse and I was so impressed I went back for a second cleanse. Their online ordering system makes things super quick and easy. Order the night before and pick up the next day. I highly recommend both Linda and intelligent gourmet!

I received my first overnight shipment of meals from Intelligent Gourmet and they are so incredibly delicious. Its great to not have to prepare these meals, just open and enjoy. I love that I do not have to worry about harmful preservatives, chemicals, GMOs and gluten. The price is right too.Lindas snack bars are amazing as well. Ive searched for the perfect health food bar and Ive finally found it. My whole family loves them too. Im so happy that Ive found Linda and Intelligent Gourmet.

I loved my first experience with Intelligent Gourmet so much I ordered a second Juice Cleanse two days after the first. The juices are super tasty and leave you full by the end of the day. I whole heartedly recommend this cleanse, it was just the jump start I needed to get back to myself.Christine

I had been experiencing months of lethargy and just not having the energy I was used to. I had tried a variety of changes to my life and diet to feel better but I just wasnt getting the results I desired. Was starting to think it was all just attributable to being in my mid 40s and that maybe this was just not going to be resolvable. My sister turned me on to Intelligent Gourmet here in Tampa. She had just finished their 7-Day juice cleanse and she both looked and felt great. What did I have to lose? I also did the juice cleanse and I am amazed by the difference I felt after just a day or two. Not only were the juices great tasting, but packed with nutrition and I experienced no hunger during those days. When I reached the end of the cleanse I was actually depressed to be going back on real food again. If anyone told me that in my lifetime I would type a sentence that included the words I was sorry to be eating food again....I would have written them off as crazy and sent them away in a padded wagon. Seriously. My cravings are gone, my water retention gone,my energy improved, my skin looks and feels great, and I lost weight. I plan to make this cleanse a regular part of my nutritional plan. Maybe monthly. In addition.. I have also had the opportunity to sample many items from their meal plan that I turned my boyfriend on to. Intelligent Gourmet is amazing. Linda is a master at her craft. Not only does she use the best ingredients possible, but her options can fit anyones needs. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, organic, non-gmo, are all options. Ive tried a lot of what she offers and every bite and sip have been delicious. Her mini-juice cleanse left me on cloud 9, every juice was super fresh. Her pad thai was also superb.Never used her online ordering, but now that I know she ships, I sure will.

Using Intelligen Gourmet is one of the best decisions Ive made! I no longer have to worry about shopping, meal prep, and clean up which allows me to spend my time being productive in my industry. I probably couldnt make the meals much less expensively anyway.The real benefit is in my improved health and energy since I started using Intellgent Gourmet about 2 months ago. Once I provided Linda with the daily calorie and macronutrient intake I wanted she put together a meal plan that has helped me lose weight and body fat (8% so far) and has my blood work the best its been in years. My blood sugar numbers are more stable and my A1c is almost that of a non diabetic! (Pretty amazing considering Ive been on insulin for over 20 years)Best of all the variety of food, quality of the organic ingredients, and taste has be looking forward to each day!!
