Having done my homework, tried a cheap hearing aid, and tested/priced several options I ended my search here....The friendliest of professionals fitted me and for the first time in years I have GREAT hearing. My directional sourcing insures I hear and know where the sound originated. Sounds are accurate, and the noise is suppressed! Thanks to Laura and her team! I can again join in conversations....

First of all I would like to let you know that I did my homework and went to 4 different places in a period of time, Audible Hearing is the last place AND THE BEST place I went to, very happy that I went there. I was able to see all levels of customer service and professionalism at all places I went to. Laura Gonzlalez is #1 in my book. I was very happy with the decision that I made. Laura G. gave me such an education when I left after my appointment I WAS VERY EXCITED. I wanted to wait a few days after the appointment knowing I had to make a huge decision in my life, but I knew that I made up my mind as soon as I left her office. Im still young so I have many years of work ahead of me until I retire. My hearing is very important to me. I have such great support from my family, friends and work family, everyone has noticed a big difference in my hearing. I am actually glowing wherever I go. Laura is amazing. This was the fourth audiologist that my 93 year old mother asked to see. The difference in experience was phenomenal. The audiologist (Laura Gonzalez) asked my sister and I to sit in on the evaluation, and through that evaluation, we were able to understand the difficulty in my mothers hearing. Ms. Gonzalez educated us, and as a result, my mother can hear better than she has in years. Thank you to Audible, I would recommend this office and product to anyone needing an audiologist.

I am very happy with my experience at Audibel. I felt welcome when I walked in the door and my hearing test was extremely thorough . Laura made sure I understood why I was having trouble hearing and what I could expect with my hearing aids. She worked with me over several visits to get my hearing aids to fit well and sound comfortable in most situations. The receptionist was very pleasant and willing to help with anything I needed.Im sure it is very hard to make everyone happy but I feel like she was insistent on giving me the best hearing that I can possibly have.

Hearing aid specialist Laura L. Gonzalez at this location is a dedicated and caring professional. She goes out of her way to see to it that her clients get top notch attention and that they hear as well as the technology will allow. Dealing with her is a great pleasure. She has provided me with three generations of Audible hearing aids, each of which was better than the last. The Audibel Company is fortunate indeed to have Laura in its employ.

Laura may be the kindest, gentlest and most considerate healthcare professional Ive ever dealt with. I dropped by with a minor issue and she took the time to help me even though Im not a client - yet. I and my family will see her with any hearing aid or audiology needs. A VERY nice and very helpful lady. Add to that, she knows what shes doing.

Since receiving my hearing aids from Audibel, I can only tell you how much it has changed my life. I was able to go to my daughters baby shower, (shes having twin boys, by the way) :) and I could hear people that were across the room. I didnt have to look at them head on and try to read their lips; I could understand them! Im so happy I went to audibel in Britton plaza, I felt very welcomed and it was a pleasant experience. They showed me the inside of my ear canal and after an easy test they showed me how much better my hearing would be if I purchased a hearing aid.
