I needed 1 banjo bolt. The employee there tried to find every reason NOT to sell me the item. Finally I tell him exactly what he needs to hear so that he can comprehend whats required which surprise - they have. Then I look at the sign - $10.00 minimum on all sales so I ask for numerous other items. Again - surprise!!! They have NONE of it! (Never mind a full front showroom) and I still got charged $10 for a item that should have been under $2.00. Time to wake up and understand you are no longer relevant in the area in which you serve!*****UPDATE*****A senior member of management above the store contacted me on 8 September regarding this post requesting my feedback. I gave him as much information as I could regarding my experience and that I did not post this review in reaction to something that had happened recently rather I waited several weeks before the posting. He explained that the company strives for 100% satisfaction and made several offers to compensate for the situation. I simply asked that he council those involved and ensure that no other customer was treated as I was. He in turn asked that I remove the posting or update it - which is the reason I increased the rating from one star to three. I feel positive that he took the time to contact me however the situation still occurred.

Was referred to them by a hydraulics shop, Not overly friendly and seemed annoyed that we did not know the name of the fittings. We had an old hose that was supplied as a sample.

Great store! The guys who work there are super helpful and always have what need in stock! If you need any hose parts ask for Dennis and he will be able to sort out your problems! We constantly have repair hoses or buy new fittings for our pressure washing company and they are always great to work with!

Always a pleasure using these guys. Very helpful and never really a wait. Have 0 complaints. Small showroom but large rubber supply in back. Thank you guys.
