We own a Prodigy Hot Springs Hot Tub, which has been a wonderful and lasting addition to our home and lanai since 2011. This hot tub still looks brand new after all these years and the Hot Springs brand quality speaks for itself! Recently we needed to have our hot tub serviced and repaired due to a leak caused by a pump problem. We contacted Jerry at Tampa Bay Hot Tubs and Spas for service. We were very worried about the expense of repairs and possibly replacing our hot tub. Jerry scheduled Josh, Tampa Bay Hot Tubs and Spas technician, to come out and assess our problem. Josh was most professional in both repairing our hot tub quickly at a low cost with a new circulation pump and also taking the time to ease all of our our concerns. Josh is a most committed, knowledgeable, and very skilled hot tub technician and he has been with the company for 2 years now. We would like to highly commend Josh, and also Jerry and Tampa Bay Hot Tubs and Spas with 5 stars+ for their excellent service!

Only visited one time it was impressed with the showroom and inventory. The floor salesmen were very accommodating and helpful.

Purchased the Sovereign, everyone involved in the purchase and installation were professional and very helpful. They explained the whole procedure from purchase to operation of tub. Delivery was a bit difficult due to my purchase of a platform, but the guys did a great job and Im very thankful. The tub itself is outstanding works great. Also purchased the cover assist which is really easy to get cover off and back on with very little effort. Overall its a great tub, people at Tampa Bay Spa are number 1 in my book.

They personally and professionally delivered their quality product and resolved any questions I had. They even diagnosed issues that weren’t theirs to resolve (bad house breaker not related to spa or them). I would recommend.

We had been shopping for a hot tub for a while when we found Dave at Tampa Bay Spas on Racetrack road and it became clear quickly he was the one we were going to be dealing with. He was honest and extremely accommodating. We needed a hot tub at a certain date due to the construction that was taking place and he made our lives very easy. I was looking for a control panel for my aging spa. Possibly looking to upgrade. I called and asked if they may have control panels. The guy that answered said that they do not sell parts to the public. I thanked him and he just hung up. No thanks for calling, no response at all, just hung up. Ill take my new spa business elsewhere.

My fiancé bought a hot tub here two years ago. The owner was so incredibly helpful. He came out to fix an issue that we had overlooked and went above and beyond. Two years later and it works amazing, no issues. We use it once a week at least. Highly recommend this place.

Salesman was not helpful at all. He did not even get up from his desk. He did not try to offer any assistance, or try to even sell us on anything. When asked if they had brochures he said they did not but to look at their website for info. Also they had hardly any floor models and anything we wanted wouldnt be ready until June anyway. (this is Dec). When we told him the size we were looking for he asked if we would take a larger size.. (if we could have we would have asked for one 🙄) I dont recommend this company.

Tampa Bay Spa is a top notch company to deal with. They took care of me when my 2010 Hot Springs spa needed work, and when I decided to upgrade to a new model, Dave the owner has a vast knowledge of 18 years worth of Hot Springs models. Dave was amazing taking the time to explain to me all the differences in the new Hot Springs models, so I could make an informed decision. He was so patient with all my questions. When they delivered my new spa the team was professional and took the time to go through everything will me on my new spa. I really feel secure in my decision to purchase from such a ethical company. I know they will be there for me in the future to take care of me and my spa. 5 stars is not enough to rate them.

We first bought a used spa elsewhere and had nothing but problems. Then, we decided we wanted something with the best warranty and a local dealer who would stand behind the product. Boy, can I say that we found that. This stellar customer service is not cheap, because Hot Springs costs more up front than most other brands. They are the BMW of spas. If you want peace of mind, customer service like no other, and willing to pay for a quality product, then you have found your dealer. They have surpassed my expectations every single time I dropped by their office. Each time, I literally left pleasantly surprised. They have earned my trust and I know they will be there for me, whenever I need it.

We had been looking at hot tubs closer to home, but found that Dave was more knowledgeable and presented himself more professionally than others that we had talked with. He knew his product and delivered exactly what we wanted. We were planning on taking the floor model but were pleasantly surprised, when he was able to send us a tub that was just coming off the truck. The set up went flawlessly and the gentlemen that delivered the spa were quick, thorough and welcomed all of our questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in a spa.

I also want to say I was so excited with the idea that they had a salt system and this is what I really wanted. I can’t say enough about the Salt System and how easy it is. I Love It. You really don’t need to do much at all with the system. It works great. When we first got it my husband kept messing with it and because we have a chemical pool kept thinking we need to add stuff to Hot Tub, well believe me, let my experience help you. You don’t need to do much with the salt system it does it on its own. After my husband had the water so cloudy from adding this and that because a pool company said to - I took over and drained hot tub and did exactly what the Hot Springs documentation said and everything is wonderful - Salt System works great with not adding anything - water is crystal clear and has been now for over a month. Just do what they say and don’t add any additional chemicals it is easy and water is the best. Thanks to Cindy and Tampa Bay Hot Springs Spas. Love you

The spa I own is the 3rd Hot Spring Spa Ive had over the years in 3 different homes. By far the best on the market. Recently I needed service and called Tampa Bay Spas. These guys are amazing! They were here on time, very helpful, and provided everything we needed to know about our new hot tub experience. We had some difficulties with the way our house is set up when putting the hot tub in because of the tight squeeze going into our backyard but that didn’t slow these guys down. All done and installed within an hour. IM IMPRESSED! Great quality and service. Wouldn’t hesitate to refer a friend.

I purchased my Hot Spring spa from Dave & the crew at Tampa Bay Spas 3 years ago and I still use my tub every other day. It was the best purchase Ive made by far for our home. Dave goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied from start to finish. We also just had them come Install a spa cover lift and his crew were not only fast (under an hour for the install) but also cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain the intricacies of how it worked! They are the only spa company in tampa that sells high quality hot spring tubs and the only company you should visit when you are ready to purchase. A+++

We have had our Hot Springs Spa now for three months. It has worked just as expected. Dave and his crew did a great job and have answered any questions we have had. Adding the small dose of chlorine after each use keeps the spa immaculate. Ive had spas before and this one remains incredibly clean. We have three times the filtration we had on our other spas.

My husband and I called and spoke to Cindy, and we were very impressed with her knowledge, friendliness and willingness to provide excellent customer service. Since her location was in Tampa and we live in Sarasota, she suggested we visit their Brandon location where the owner is located. Jerry, the owner was every bit as helpful and courteous and we ended us purchasing a new 2018 Hot Springs Jetsetter, which was delivered 1 business day later. The guys who brought the hot tub (from Lakeland) were super nice and knowledgeable and even offered to put together and set up our new cantilever umbrella, which they did. Overall, our experience has been excellent and we highly recommend this company!

I just love my new hot springs spa, my rheumatologist diagnosed me with psoriatic arthritis and recommended I get a new Hot Springs Spa and use it 3 times a day 10 minutes at a time since doing that I felt the pain ease up on my joints and I can function a lot better everyday. The Hot Springs spa that came with our new house started acting up about three days after we closed. (Red light started blinking, no other functionality.) Even though were way up in Land O Lakes, they were out the next day. The fix wasnt straightforward...the things they tried that normally work right away werent working. They stuck with it until they got it right! Now we have a working hot tub in our new home!
