Good milkshakes just a little thin compared to other locations I have been to.

Häagen-Dazs at International Plaza and Bay Street in Tampa is a great place to get quality ice cream and cold treats on a warm day. I really like all of the different options that they have available. The staff here is very accommodating and makes sure that everything is made right and the way you want it.

Located at the entrance of the food court it’s normally busy but this time less so and since my stomach was still queasy from last nights Indian door from Aroma in Largo, decided to give it a rest with an ice cream sundae. So vanilla with hot fudge bits and whipped cream. Nice customer service and j really enjoyed my lunch .

Someone has GOT to be kidding me. I picked up some Haagen Dazs ice cream bars at Walmart. What a F-ing joke! I’ll never buy Haagen Dazs again.

The ice cream here is good. They only have scoopable ice cream, so if youre into soft serve this place isnt for you. They have ice cream, make floats, shakes and they will top it all for you with the toppings of your choice. The ice cream here is a bit pricey, but it is decently good. Its either a good way to start your mall experience or to end it.

Over priced ice cream with horrible employees. The employees working 9/2/19 looked like a bunch of zombies. One guy moved so slow I wasnt sure if he was even awake. None of these employees were friendly and the ice cream in our dazzlers tasted like it was freezer burnt. I sure as heck dont like paying almost 16 dollars for freezer burnt ice cream. I would go somewhere else...maybe a place that appreciates their customers.

Be very careful the manager is stealing people and they over charged me when I complained he fixed the bill plus he overcharged me again for a 2.45$ expresso coffee accounted for 5.99 the manager is a thief and I am going to take a picture of what we drink plus the thief be careful it is the only ice cream nearby check your bills! .... I am ready for testimony if someone wants to sue this son of .... !

So while paying for our shakes, my friends card declined. She called her dad to have him put money on her card real fast and while waiting, she told us it was okay. She got it. Paid for them and told us to have a blessed day! While she didnt have to do it. It was such a gracious thing of her to do! Did not get her name. But she was working at the time of 630. Thursday day. All by herself! Thank you again. We appreciate it so much!!! 😊😊😊

A Tampa staple for a reason! The staff is always upbeat, the ice cream always satisfies my sweet tooth and the view from Dolores Park never gets old. With so many ice cream shops in the city, this place knows how to keep me comin back!

Let me start by saying I was at West Shore and drove over to International Plaza just for some Haagen Dazs ice cream. when I walked up I was the only customer the young lady glanced at me and mumbled she would be right with me. Another lady approached while I was waiting.. and the employee walked over, greeted her very warmly and attepted to serve her..but the lady directed the employees attention to me and said I was there first...to which the employee rolled her eyes and came and served me in a manner that suggested I was irritating her. .. I politely thanked her. Paid and left. Im not sure why I was treated so differently than the other woman. Perhaps because I am a black woman and the other was a white one... I cant say for sure...but the difference in treatment was made very obvious and I certainly will not be returning to this location.
