Here within the last couple weeks United Rentals has dropped the ball on couple projects that had been quoted. Equipment was quoted and couple to 4 days before project started they mentioned they could not provide equipment quoted. We as a company will look elsewhere from now on as service and customer service does not meet our expectations!
