I had my best experience ever with laser locators. I got a refurbished Moria motor that works as a brand new one. More important than their excellence in maintenance is their excellence in customer care and support. What Joy did for me during this purchase is much more than my expectations. We had some issues in shipping to Egypt, so he shipped it to Europe via another country in the Middle East then I collected my items from there. Joy was super polite and ultra super prompt in his reply to any of my questions via email or WhatsApp. Definitely recommend Laser Locators to everyone and definitely will be their client forever.

Outstanding customer service, excellent prices, and the products that I purchased function and perform like new equipment. Also, the very expensive (large and heavy too) products that I purchased were properly packed to prevent shipping damage. I wont go anywhere else for refurbished phaco systems.

Friendly and welcoming. While conducting some out of town business with a neighboring company, I bumped into Joey outside and we exchanged some small talk about his car. I told him I was going to the coffee shop to finish up my work day. To my surprise, he told me I could use their conference room if I wanted, so I did. I just wanted to know what a great experience I have had purchasing equipment from laser locators. Joey is a great guy and they are honest and willing to give you the best prices. Items always are packaged well and they are cordial to always include small gifts like a t-shirt in the box. I first learned about they thru Ebay but the are definitely not a typical Ebay business. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Joey from sales was so easy to get in touch with and answered any questions I had immediately. The fact that they dont sell equipment that they do not know how to fix really gives you peace of mind. Plus for local businesses/practices they give a 1 year warranty on the equipment. I asked about potentially getting a service warranty down the road but they said that wouldnt be necessary and they could help/fix any problems that may arise at a very reasonable price. This is another potential huge cost savings vs going with an equipment manufacturer.The team that installed the equipment was knowledgable and friendly. I feel lucky to have them in the Tampa area and I will definitely purchase more equipment from them in the future!
