This 5 star rating is ALL because of Daniel! He is amazing and if you come to this store I highly recommend you work with him. I made an appointment to exchange a bag I purchased 2 weeks prior that I didnt love. I reached out to my prior sales person and recieved No response. Daniel reached out to me asking me questions about what I was looking for, started sending me pictures and we were communicating for quite awhile before my appointment. When I got to the store he had pulled a few bags for me and I ended up exchanging for another bag that I absolutely love! If youre lucky enough to work with Daniel you will see how amazing he is. Brooke who was at the front door was also very friendly!

The associate at the door was pleasant and helpful. She answered all questions and concerns I had. The uniform is cute. Heels all day standing on a uneven slope is a little harsh. They need a comfortable flat with a cute Louis Vuitton emblem. Those shoes will lead to varicose veins that will last forever, their not ergonomic friendly. Other than that nice store and setup. 5 stars!

Exceptional service! We had to wait only a few minutes to get into the store. A gentleman at the front door made us feel very welcome.Jasna and Daniel helped us to choose the bag we were looking for and the matching wallet.Everybody was very knowledgeable and friendly, I dont understand why they have so many bad reviews.Our experience was amazing!

Poor customer service! The Sarasota store closed which is so sad . I would drive the extra 30 minutes bc they knew what customer services was! I don’t by any means shop at Louis a lot. However I do have a small collection and like to treat myself. The sales girl didn’t even know what a graceful bag was???? And when I shopping for sunglasses she didn’t know there was west and east fit. I had to look in her stock drawer for what I wanted. It was my birthday and work hard as a nurse. I wanted the Louis experience. Guess next year I’ll find a different location.

Back in April for my birthday, my husband took me to this store. While in line they asked me about what bags I was interested. All of them out of stock. No big deal. But they would not allow me and my husband to go in a look around. Fast forward to our anniversary(august 27th), we went to Dallas, everyone in the store was super friendly. Allowed us to go inside to look around. I am now the proud new owner of a beautiful On My Side MM bag. Your staff needs training. You’re not special just because you sell high end bags. Big mistake. Big. Mistake.

I have an extensive background in high end retail and multiple people referred me to work for this particular Louis Vuitton store but somehow the prejudice team manager Eva Lopez just doesn’t agree. During my interview with Eva which happened to be my second one with LV, Eva asked me to take out my very understated diamond stud earrings if I was offered the job as well as covering what she called my neck tattoo. This cross tattoo is probably the size of my thumb and is hidden behind my ear. She then looked over my resume and questioned if I would be able to do the job while seeing that I clearly have all of the background and experience to do so. After a very brief but rushed interview, Eva told me they had four open positions available that she would follow up with me about. About a week after my interview she stated that they were moving forward with someone else. Another retail friend of mine also told me to apply for the store not knowing about my prior interview with Eva about two months after my first initial interview. After she mentioned my name to Eva, I was then told that there are no openings right now. But on the website, there’s about 3 jobs listed for the Tampa store.This message isn’t because I didn’t get the job but simply because I felt judged by Eva from the time that I met her and that I feel her decision was made without even fully looking into my retail background and seeing what I could bring to their company. Eva is definitely not a good representation of this popular luxury brand.

My partner and I went to this store to purchase a fragrance. While in the store the sales person completely ignored my partner. Completely disrespectful. Unprofessional. Rude. I made the purchase, but afterwards, I called client services and explained the issue and made them provide a return label (which took and act of Congress). Will not shop this location again. I have a personal advisor in Vegas that is more than happy to assist. Vegas store even sent a text to follow up with me and how my partner liked the birthday gift. This store…. Crickets. They are only about the sale, not the customer.

Its very nice inside. Theres always a line. Not necessarily long, but you have to walk around with a sales person....Id rather walk and look on my own. And if I need something, Ill ask someone. I dont really like the escort type of shopping. Ill just order online and have it shipped to me.

I made an appointment with SayuRi last Friday @3. When I got there the guy at the door didnt seem to want to be bothered when I told him Im here to see here, just brushed me to the appointment line, didnt bother confirming my arrival or anything, kind of rude when I actually spend money every time I come instead of just looking around.SayuRi is amazing though. As soon as she saw me online she SMILED and waved. She signaled she will be with me as soon as shes done with her previous client, and also came up to me to say hi and thank me for waiting while I was still on line.When inside she has so much patience and willingness to help with whatever I needed that I did not feel rushed or a burden at all.Booking all my appointments with her.This 5 star is for her, not the malaka who greeted me.

My experience was terrible, they wrapped my bag on their back room,when I got home I didn’t see my receipt inside and my lock’s pocket. And I told them twice don’t forget my lock’s pocket!!!! Still forget!!!! Second day I went to store let me wait another line for their mistake, and their service even not friendly too, so if u want to buy a bag make sure they wrap everything in front of u and put everything inside!!!!!! Or u need go back wait the long line!!!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE Customer Experience. You have to wait in line for nearly an hour just to get into the store. They tell you to make an appointments but they are booked for days in advance. Insane they treat customers who are willing to spend $800+ on a pair of shoes like this. Just let people in the store like they do every other store in Tampa!

I waited in line for am hour and never adequate it into the store. There were 2 people with appointments and 2 older ladies who walked up and spoke to the sales clerk and somehow talked their way in. I did ask the sales clerk how much longer I would have to wait. Sge told me that they were short staffed because everyone went he at 7pm. I will not ever come back to this location. I did find great deals in Zara. 😊

Purchased two items spent over $5000 and waited a half an hour to get into the store. (They are the only store in the mall still doing this) my fiancé didn’t like purse so I went back to return that item a few days later and was told they were cutting off the line an hour and a half before the mall closed. Drove a half an hour only to be turned away. I am now returning both items i purchased and will never shop at this store.

I was there Mothers day weekend so we had to wait in a line over an hour. Personally, I felt that management should offer water, cookies, candy or some type of incentive for the long wait. Thats a small price to pay considering the amount of each sale. The sales associate I had was very kind and I didnt feel rushed.

Went here on Christmas Eve(Thursday) to grab a nice purse for someone important but it ended up not the right style for my lady so we went back 3 days later(Saturday) to do an exchange and the staffs was very friendly and great at helping with the exchange, it was 15 minutes before their store closed too! my lady was very happy at the end of the day! 😊

If you were to look up the word “unprofessional” in the dictionary my experience at Louis Vuitton today would pop up. So we waited about 25 minutes in line and when we were up next in line the associate asked if there was something we were looking for. So I showed her the 3 bracelets I was interested in. So she looks it up in her tablet and told me 2 of them were available (this employee was extremely friendly and polite). Then when the next associate was available she lets her know what I was looking for. The sales associates takes us to a display case and starts starts showing me the bracelets and figures out my size. Then another employee comes over and tells her that her appointment was here. I kid you not... This lady puts away all the bracelets and tells us we have to wait until another associate is available and takes us back in line. I was beyond shocked. Why would she accept another customer if she was waiting on an appointment. I’m sorry but this lady should not be working at Louis Vuitton with her lack of integrity. I hope one of the employees lets the manager know about this situation because it was disgraceful and not a good look for the store. I will never go back to this store. The Sarasota store is a gem and I rather drive all the way down there then ever come back here. I wish I knew I knew the employees name but she was short, thin, old lady with blonde hair.

I would give this store 0 stars if I could. One young brunette lady in here that operates the line is the only nice person in the store. The older tall blonde lady who I believe is the “manager” is absolutely terrible. I’ve been coming to this store for years she’s constantly disgusting and has a terrible attitude. She’s completely unprofessional and corporate should of tossed her a while ago. All bad reviews on here describe her. As you can tell this store has 3 stars so you can see the atmosphere of the store. I WOULD NEVER recommend don’t waste your time... go to Orlando or Sarasota. I can’t believe Louis Vuitton allows one of their stores to operate like this.

I absolutely love this LV store and all its staff ! I have never felt out of place and I ALWAYS seem to end up there in gym clothes and a baseball cap! Save your time and patience..and DO NOT go to this store. This store has continually gone down hill over several months with customer service. One of the worst experiences in purchasing a high end luxury bag. The wait time to get in the store was 45 minutes, so I made an appointment. Once I arrived for my appointment, I had to wait outside for almost 20 minutes past my appointment time. Once inside, the sales associate was nice. I ordered my bag because they didnt have the color I wanted. I was told it would arrive in 3 to 5 days. 8 days later, no bag. Ive called and no one answers the phone. I called my associate and shes been working from home. The manager called me and was rude. She basically told me I should be happy that she was even calling me since she is working from home. I shouldnt have to call everyday trying to track down my bag. The store should be updating the customer about extended delivery times. Had I known this, I would have driven to Orlando and purchased the bag. Worst customer service ever. I will NOT purchase another anything from this location. And I now see other reviews similar to mine, so clearly LV has no problem with this horrible service.

So let me start by saying that a lot of the reviews I read almost prevented me from going to the store. But my husband and I decided to go anyways, and try it for ourselves. As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted, then we looked around the store (I already knew what I wanted), and then proceeded to one of the counters. So I asked the associate to show me the speedy 40. And her response was “there is no such a thing” I was like yes there is because it’s online and I also called customer service to make sure it was in stock. So another gentleman stepped in and corrected the associate advising there is a Speedy 40. He was very nice and professional and said he would check for us. He was very talkative, and even shared with me no Speedy 40 in stock at the store at the moment, so I decided to go with the Speedy 35. Conclusion: please don’t let reviews from trying something out. We can’t all possibly agree on the same things! I’d tell you this though, from the associates stand point, it could be difficult dealing with needy people spending thousands on dollars for a product. We don’t know what they are going through in their personal lives. I was happy with the service I received and my only recommendation is to please train your employees to know your products

This was my first visit to the Louis Vuitton store at International Plaza Tampa. I was immediately greeted by Alison and she was extremely friendly and helpful. I was unsure of which items I wanted to purchase and she was knowledgeable and patient as I made my selections. I initially considered one type of wallet style and she offered a few suggestions one of which I immediately gravitated towards and purchased. Extremely positive experience and I will be returning to this store to make future purchases. Definitely ask for Alison!

I will never buy another LV product ever!!!This story is about the Tampa LV store.Having been a big fan and purchaser of LV Hand-bags and accessories, I am now nor ever will purchase another LV product. I purchased a hand bag about 4 months and used the bag for 2 hours in my home, as I was not sure I was going to keep it as the magnetic clasp did not seem to attach properly. I opened and closed it many times and then realized the clasp was severely scratched. I returned it to the store, they suggested to fix it as a in store credit was not an option. Two months passed and several phone conversations, and finally I received a call to pick up my bag. When I got there, the bag was not fixed. The manager did not know why, and offered to send it back stating the clasp will show wear and tear.I have many LV products that are 1-5 yrs old and none of them have worn so pathetically. The manager over-nighted the bag and that was 2-3 weeks ago..... I still do not have my hand bag. Her last words to me... the clasp will wear with time with scratches. I replied, maybe after 3-5 years, but not 2 hours. This product is defective. I asked for a in-store credit and told her that I am willing to spend more money. She would have nothing to do with it.... At this point, I want my money back and will never, ever buy another LV product. So far, from the time of purchase which is approximately 4 months, LV has had it 3.5 months. Just horrible customer service for a brand. You lost me as a customer!!

Worst LV experience I have ever had. The store closed abruptly on Saturday 5/30. I waited in line from 1:00 pm to 1:57 PM to get a refund for a bag I never received. The sales associated would not give a reason for the closure instead stating very rudely call cooperate. When I asked about just needing the refund he stated well, its not gonna happen today. I now have to dispute a charge through my credit card company for a bag I never got!! How could such a reputable company treat customers so poorly!! I have shopped at LV in NYC for many years and its obvious the service they have in NYC DOES NOT translate to Florida. I would never recommend anyone come to this location. Very sad how poorly this situation was handled. They lost a longtime, loyal customer today.

I went into the store today to purchase a LV bag, while the advisor was very friendly I felt like I couldn’t freely walk around the store without the sales advisor right there. She kept showing me bags that I wasn’t really interested in. When I asked about some of the collections they had online all she told me was that they were unavailable or from the previous season. After an hour of being shown purses I didn’t care for and feeling like a child in a store. I left and bought a bag from MCM instead.

Proceeds to say that if you’d like to give us your CC info, and they don’t come in today and purchase it, we will mail it to your home tomorrow. Ummmm no thanks. We will just buy it online. I bought my first Louis Vuitton bag at this store last Sunday. I was welcomed by a very nice sales associate she greeted me immediately. I had a few bags in mind I wanted to look at. I found one I wanted. My experience was awesome from start to finish and I plan to return for another bag in the near future. Pre-Covid I was always greeted by a hug the second I walked into the store by my SA. It’s been so long I can’t believe I’ve forgotten her name but she is tall with black hair; she is the ONLY employee I would give my business to in this store; the others done deserve the commission. Everytime I have come by myself; or with myParents she treats us with the upmost respect and never had an issue; she always went above and beyond which is what you would expect with the prices but you don’t get that kind of service with the other SA’s. I hope she stays here; and if you see her make sure you buy with her she is truly the best!

I went in here with my boyfriend, he got me very expensive earrings at Louis Vuitton for Christmas and I had no idea. he superseded me at the store by having it ready to pick up. After they gave them to us they were extremely rude and told us “you could leave the store now”, and on top of it all, no one was in the store and she never made eye contact with either one of us. So then my boyfriend continued to ask her a question about the shoes he was wearing and was wondering if they had them in stock in white, to see what they had looked like. All she said was that he could order them online, and that what ever was in the front is only what they have. There were maybe 5 shoes on the front, and i’m sure they have other in the back that aren’t displayed. We have gotten each other countless anniversary, birthday, and Christmas gifts from Louis Vuitton and the treatment that the employees have given us over the past year at this location is disgusting. It is extremely difficult to want to spend the money on Louis Vuitton products if this is how I will be treated every time. I hope for the future people that are hired there, are taught to respect and care for any costumer regardless if they are buying a product or not and the age that they are.

Excellent service. The sales people are very friendly and helpful. I have purchased here multiple times and I am always happy with the service. I have noticed the items can be limited so you need to check often for new items you may want because the items sell out quickly. That is not the fault of sales people. Thanks for all your help.
