This liquor store is not at all customer focused! I walked in, a first time customer and saw the post on the entry doors “No purse, No bags, No hoodies.” I assumed that was meant for young people with back packs etc. I had a purse big enough to hold my phone, keys and wallet. I was immediately interrupted upon entry from an employee who said, “Ma’am, you are not allowed in the store with a purse, it’s written on the entry doors.” I said, “Seriously, how am I supposed to hold my keys, phone, ID and credit card/cash?” He said, “not my problem, company policy.” I promptly said, “You lost a first time customer.” The employee replied, “OK.” I have never experienced such an interaction shopping and attempting to give a company/store my business. I will never enter this liquor store again! I too, would give this NO STARS if it were an option.

Always has the most unique items you didnt know you were looking for and the owner is incredibly knowledgeable.

Its a little tight down the aisles, but that is because of all the spirits that they carry.there are all different types of whatever you drink. And The young man that took care of my husband and I was very polite, very well spoken, and he was very kind.

If I could post 0 stars I would. First time visiting and the owner ran up on me at the door for having my purse. I can understand big backpacks and purses but hell my purse is so small I can only carry my license, debit, and my thoughts. I understand having policies, but it’s all in how you say things!! As a supervisor in customer service, this is not how you treat customers. Take y’all money elsewhere. It’s not worth it!

I went to buy Tequilla just now and the cashier was being super nice and helpful when what I assume was the owner literally interrupted us and began to berate the cashier about what was in inventory. Completely interrupted us without even acknowledging me, the customer.The cashier looked stunned and the owner says “Hurry up man I’m in the middle of…” proceeded to continue to reprimand him and take over. I will never give another cent to this store if the profits are in spite of how disrespectful employees are treated.

Love being accused of stealing when buying a bottle of skyy vodka. Not my fault the sensors don’t work correctly at the door. You should not chase people out the door and make them come back into the store and hand them the bottle that they literally just rang out while they look you up and down to see if you’ve stolen something just because your sensor went off for $16 dollars. Not sure I’ll be back.

The WORST if wanting to grab a quick cigar before poker night or any reason. Why have a walk in humidor if you dont let customers WALK IN and pick out a vitola they want? You have to tell the clerk what you want and THEY go in and pick it out!!! What if I dont know.I tried telling the clerk a good Monte Toro or Rocky Patel. No Montes in stock and he didnt know what the heck I was talking about.Seriously? Will never go back. There are sooo many good cigar stores in this area ... Real cigar stores.What a joke.

I put 1 star because I had to. I wouldnt have put any if given the choice. I went in to get beer, got the beer and was told by the kid behind the counter that the beer was not yet in the system and while he was sorry, he couldnt sell it to me. Beers on the shelf. Has a label. Has an id number. Has a price. Cant sell it. Okay. I will try tomorrow, surely this will be addressed by then. Just walked in, grabbed the same beer and was told the same thing..again! The clerk called the owner and the owner told them they couldnt sell it to me as it was not yet in the system thus refusing me again, a customer of many years. Never again. Not another dime. I will drive the extra 15 mins to total wine and more. You try to shop mom and pop and pop tells you to take your money somewhere else. I will

The owner of this establishment is real POS I’ve never have been to a store and had the employee tell me they can’t take a older bill. The only reason this place is still in business is because it’s the only open late at night great employees very bad business management.

Walking in as owner was throwing full cases of beer bottles out the door and screaming profanities at an employee. Truly bizarre experience in retail. From that its no surprise that the customer service here is terrible. If you need a drink bad enough to shop here, you had better find a meeting quick.

Great selection of beer, liquor and craft beer. Prices are reasonable too. Only set back is only one cashier, cant bring your purse and gets a little busy on weekend nights.

Cashier was talking on the phone arguing with someone while he had a long line, when I asked him for the receipt he gave me a rude attitude and told me to be patient. The staff here always has an attitude I have no clue who is hiring here but they need to do better.

Family member was told she could not enter with her purse, she was a regular customer, no longer nor are any family members still a customer. Plenty of parking as the parking lot is mostly deserted. I wonder why?

Bottle Rack has a huge selection and fairly decent prices. They lady behind the counter was polite and very nice. If I am ever in that area again I will definitely stop back in

When you walk in it’s great. This place also has a great selection. However while I was shopping I needed to use the restroom and was directed to leave out of their store and go to the UHAL next door. If you are open to the public you should offer the basic amenities. I walked out without a thing. I do not recommend.

Looking for a “house-warming gift” I stopped at this store on Friday to see if the store may have a sought-after selection that’s not easily found and is a bit pricey. I was pleasantly surprised when told that they had 2 bottles and I advised that I wanted one. I was then told by the clerk that he had to call the owner to see if he could sell it. The clerk called the owner who told him that they would not sell this item until Sunday morning at 11:00. The owner told him to assure me that if I showed up at 11:00 in the morning on Sunday I could purchase the bottle. I was a bit confused and perturbed but none the less I said ok. Sunday morning I drove 16 miles to return to the store at 11:00 and was the first person at the counter only to be told that the owner decided to sell the selection on Saturday and “sorry, nothing we can do about it” was all I received. I asked if they sold all their stock and received “I don’t know but I don’t think so” as an answer. I asked if there was any way to contact the owner to ask but was told that the owner stays out late at night and sleeps late into the day so they couldn’t bother him. Frustrated, I asked for the store telephone number so that I could call on Monday only to be told that the store, although I now see a telephone number on their FB page, doesn’t have a telephone. I don’t imagine that I will be going back this business for any purchases ever again. Money must be extremely good for them to not care in the least whether or not keep their word or treat their customers as valuable assets.

I walked in & immediately was confronted by the owner who said to me I had to leave my purse on a huge barrel at the entrance of the liquor store! I would rate zero stars if I could. The clerk told me I couldnt enter the store with my purse (I had a reasonably sized purse with me - not a backpack or luggage). I asked him how I was supposed to pay. He told me I had two choices - to take my wallet out and leave my purse on a barrel near the front of the store or in my car. I took option three - to leave and go to another store where I can bring my method of payment in without being accused of being a criminal. Its also worth noting that the bottle I intended to buy was a couple of dollars cheaper at Publix liquors than the amount for which this place sells it. I will not be back and will tell everyone I know NOT to patronize this store.

And he doesnt even acknowledge you when you walk through the door doesnt talk to you when you get to the counter just tells you the total and he continues talking on the phone. This past week I purchased 6 bottles of wine here. I took a chance on a cheaper bottle that was from Spain. That night we tried it and it was BAD! It smelled like vinegar and had so much sediment. Next day I took tge bottle back but they blamed me for buying a wine that was less than $10. Obviouly I wont shop here again

Went to purchase a bottle that was labeled to see an associate to purchase. The clerk said sure we have some but I have to ask the manager if I can sell it. It was only $34 but they acted like it was gold! The manager said NO. They were not selling it today. This was after I was told to come back yesterday since it would be available today! Unreal.Edit: Clerk was very nice. The one the night before was not told the fake policy. Not their fault. Owner just doesnt want everyones business, only select people.

Selection is pretty good, especially for hard cider, but they make you feel like a criminal when you walk in, starting right at the signage on the front door. Doesnt help that the guy behind the counter has his eyes glued to his phone. Would be a much better place to shop if it didnt have such an oppressive atmosphere. Youll treated much better at ABC or Twisted Lime...

I love this store. The staff has a no purse or bag role because of all the thef, some people dont like this rule. I dont mind. The staff are always in a good mood are willing to help. They have a good selection and fair prices. They staff also seem to enjoy their jobs. Its a nice local place :)

My mom went to purchase Sherry, the cashier told my mom that she cant bring her purse into the store. More or less calling her thief. I recommend you find somewhere else to buy you beer or alcohol.

Broad scope of alcohol brands. Anything from Colombian rum to craft beer can be found here. The craft beer and international beer selection has dwindled, which disappoints me. Prices are not the cheepest, but the selection makes me regularly return.

Wow. Way over priced. They might have less theft if they didn’t inflate their products so much. But if you are going to ask secondary market prices or more for your bourbon, just skip insulting customers and sell it on Facebook like everyone else.I understand being a small business and theft kills you, but at those prices you can afford better lighting and a second person to watch cameras.

(And thats really what were here for right?)Staff: Staff was helpful the first time, not so helpful or welcoming the second time.Landscaping and parking: parking is good but they should remove Sonnys fast food parking signs... And the landscaping is kind of overgrown and crappy.Purse: For those who are worried about purses... Take your wallet in? I dont see this as a problem at all. They cant trust everyone and its their business - were there for the alcohol, not a stroll at the mall with our feminine products, pain medications and who knows what else thats hanging out in our purses.

I was on my way to a dinner party and stopped in to buy a couple of nice bottles of wine. As I enter the store, the guy behind the counter yells, Hey, you cant come in here with that! I look around, assuming he was talking to someone else, but no. It was me. I had a small purse slung over my shoulder. Cant bring that bag in here! Stunned, I replied, Its a purse! Its not allowed! Not allowed. Im staring at my small purse, thinking what could I possibly put in here to steal? Maybe two of those 99 cent bottles of airplane booze, if I squeeze them in tight and dont zip the purse? I mean, really? He offers to keep the purse up front. My small purse with my $600 iPhone in it, and all my credit cards, and some cash. So heres the deal: if hes going to assume -- and treat me like -- I am a thief, I will simply have to assume the same of him. Just to set the record straight, I am a middle aged professional and this is a nice neighborhood. I took my business elsewhere -- forever. Ended up spending $50+ on the wine at Publix. Id rather overpay on wine than give my business to a business that does not know how to treat its customers with respect.

Alright selection and decent prices but some of the stock is sporadic, with regular items not always being carried and prices hard to determine with missing price signs. The associates working the register are usually on their phones and most of the time, everyone that walks in is treated like a shoplifter. Will do in a pinch but youre better off going to a different liquor store.

Packed to the rims with just about anything you can think of and the staff is really friendly. First choice, and definitely not just because I live nearby.

Good local and limited release beer selection but can be a tad more expensive than bigger corporate liquor store chains. No bags allowed as the angry one star people mentioned 20 times. Dont drink liquor.

They have my favorite drink and its hard to find. The staff are nice. The only reason I dont give it five stars is that you cant take a purse inside and I hate leaving mine in my car. I understand they are trying to avoid shoplifting but its still inconvenient for the regular customer.

I was insulted at the way I was treated within 5 seconds of my entrance. I was told I couldnt bring my purse in that is literally 4x4 into the store. I felt attacked as if they thought i would be stealing. Im appalled! Ive shopped here many times!!! Never again!!!

Ive doing tasting for years and for the first time I came to this store... well Ill never coming back again! They have this policy regarding bags which I say to the manager I understand and its ok with me, so while I was setting my table he came out of nowhere and start yelling and cursing at me about the bag policy so I just look at him and said: First you need to stop yelling and curse like that and second all I said its fine I understand... so He got more upset and keep yelling and saying: if you dont F^%#£ it understand well get the F^*#* out of here! I call my boss and she said to leave because all the girls have issues with that guy (I ask the name and refused to tell me) so while I was passing my stuff to get out he keep yelling and cursing at me that at one point one costumer have to tell him to stop treating me like that, the manager got more upset and wont stop... I was about to call the cops because he was getting out of hand... He even said that IS ALWAYS NEW COSTUMERS AND TASTING PEOPLE AT THE STORE SO THEY ARE FINE IN BUSSINESS... whoever owns the store, better check the cameras... I was not even 10 minutes in the store when all this issue happen. Please people who works in Tasting please check the review of the store and be careful! All the costumers left because they were scared how he was acting...This guy have serious angry issues...
