This place is NOT user friendly. First of all, they have an EXTREMELY loud speaker set up outside the front door. Its so loud that I couldnt even remember why I was there. I went inside and got a weird glance from an unmasked clerk?? I wandered around looking,I was ignored. They have that STUPID LOUD NOISE to attract attention to people to come spend your money. Dont expect ANY assistance. Ill NEVER go there again. Ill drive to stupid prices east b of there. Its much cheaper anyway.

Used to patronize this store daily when they 1st opened however Ive stopped going as often as i used to due to the fact that on more than 1 occasion they made me feel like the amount of money i had in my pocket wasnt good enough for them anymore for example i make my selection and they always try to upsize me or get me to spend more than what i want to and they didnt start out like that i always felt welcome in the beginning but Ive discovered it was all smoke and mirrors just like any other new store owned and operated by foreigners and i personally dont like that i mean were people too and we are doing them a service by shopping at their store so why make us feel less than because we choose a 9.99 bottle over a 20.00 bottle be appreciative of what were spending DONT try and capitalize off of us maybe they shouldve studied the areal demographics before opening a store in a low income area but then again that couldve been the plan all along either way the way they had me feeling the last time i went there made me choose another store instead of FANTASY or DEWEYS i like the store i go to now better than either of them due to the fact that whatever i put on that counter its appreciated not looked down upon and fyi the store i shop at now is way more costly than both of the neighborhood liquor stores but i feel welcomed and not judged.

I was asked to give a review on this store so heres my review i have been a customer since theyve opened and overall i LOVE the store the prices are 👍 store is clean and its closer than deweys however the guy or owner with the dot in the middle of his head is rude the other people that work there are A1 and knows how to make you feel welcomed instead of feeling a dollar sign this is the only reason im giving. 4 stars instead of 5

I love Fantasy liquor store,the customer service is top notch, its close to home and if its a drink you dont see they will guide you to something similar and tell you to come back and hell get what you asked for. Plus dont forget about the V.I.P.

Well usually i have had a good expirence till tonight, i bought some wine then afterwards decided to looknaround the rest of the store because i usually stick to wine or saké, well the owner started yelling in his own language, i have no idea to who or what, but then litterally followed me around the whole store like a foot behind me like i was a thief, which i have been a customer there since opened and never have stolen anything. I felt completely disrespected and unwelcomed. Plus their prices are high. I think i will just go back to dewies, its cheaper and friendlier.
