Beth is incredibly empathetic and any employee considering or within the organization could not have a better strategic HR person at their side.

Greg and his team at Got-Rack were great to work with. The ease of ordering to their competitive prices made this an easy choice for us. Our team opted out of delivery and picked up from their warehouse. When we arrived their team had everything ready to go. Assembly went great until we realized a couple of shelves were the wrong size. I contacted Greg about the issue with intentions of driving back to switch out. To my surprise, Greg said that wasnt necessary because hed have one of his teammates bring the correct product to me. Within a few hours issue was resolved and shelving was complete! We had a very wonderful time working with Got-Rack. We spoke with Analisa on the initial call and then continued working with her. She made the whole experience easy for us. All appointments were kept and on time and she helped us design our new warehouse space to be as efficient as possible and the prices were reasonable. Within just a few weeks we had our racks delivered and the install team beasted it out in just a few hours. It was astonishing the amount of detail and attention they put into making sure the racks were measured out, true, and plumb and secure.
