I bought a classic mattress from Indigo years ago that I love to this day. It was nice having an affordable option that didnt have fiberglass. Unfortunately, they no longer offer the classic mattress fiberglass-free so when I went to order a new mattress, I chose the most affordable one at the time that had an option to opt out of the fiberglass flame retardant. This was double the price of the original one I had bought. I figured it would be worth it since I love the classic. Well, this mattress (comfort always) felt pretty good out of the box. I noticed it seemed lumpy around the edges but I figured it would resolve over time. Instead, the mattress is beginning to dip in the middle and become lumpier. I passed the trial window for returns/exchanges but noticed they offered a warranty. After emailing back and forth and being asked to send picture after picture, they stopped responding completely. I asked for a follow up, nothing. Messaged again. nothing. Its disappointing to spend a grand on a mattress that doesnt perform nearly as well as the 400 dollar one I bought years ago and to have the company not really offer any solutions.

Hubby and I read reviews for lots of the boxed mattress brands, and found most were either loved or hated and returned. This brand however mostly had great reviews, and also was made out of some safer materials than the others. Not to mention they are US based with crazy fast shipping on the east coast. We took the plunge and bought a King Classic, and we are IN LOVE. We opened it up to give it 3 days to fully rise but it only needed 5 minutes, and there was virtually NO smell which I thought was cool. Weve slept on it for about a week now and we are sleeping better than ever. No tossing and turning, no aches or pains, and we both fall asleep within minutes of laying down. We both prefer firmer mattresses, but we havent even had to flip over the top layer to the firm side yet because the soft side is supporting us great! Definitely recommend this if you are on the fence about it. And weve had several people come over and lay on it themselves and decide to purchase!

I cannot say enough nice things about this company! Yes, the mattress is beyond comfortable. Yes, you can rest peacefully without worrying that you are sleeping on harmful chemicals. Yes, the customer service is thorough, pleasant, and helpful. But the best part of Indigo Sleep is the kindness that is ingrained in this company. These people truly care about what they are doing, as well as their customers. How unbelievably refreshing it is to know that there is a company out there that wants to leave a positive mark on this world! Thank you Indigo Sleep!

Best Mattress Ever! I have had my Luxury Queen Indigo Sleep mattress for a few months now and I dont know how Id manage without it. Best sleep ever! My back isnt stiff in the morning anymore AND I dont toss and turn like I used to. I have NO problem recommending this mattress to anyone! Thank you, Indigo!

We love our INDIGO mattress. Back pain, gone. Yawning all day because of tossing and turning, gone. This is such a high quality product for such a reasonable price. I was really surprised and super pleased. We got it because delivery and set up were going to simplify our lives, but the comfort level is amazing and the feeling of being really rested is amazing.

We did quite a bit of research when we decided to buy a new bed. Indigo seemed to be the best option, and we have not been disappointed! Super comfortable, very well designed, and very well priced. I would strongly recommend this bed to anyone looking for a good nights sleep.

They have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They don’t use all the harsh chemicals. They donate to progressive causes. And the mattress is great. I love it.

Love love love this mattress! My husband was nearly certain we would be sending it back but after a few weeks of the best sleep we’ve ever had I can say we are truly happy with our purchase ... and I get to say “I told you so!” :)

I recommend not to buy Indigo sleep mattresses, I order firm mattress but they have sent me soft mattress and not taking return.

I’ve had my Indigo Sleep mattress topper for a few months now and it changed the way I sleep. Sleeping on your typical dorm mattress is super uncomfortable and this mattress topper makes me feel like I’m sleeping on a cloud! Highly recommend for any college students looking for a mattress topper
